"MANJIRO INFORMED ME THAT HE'LL be announcing the new 3rd Division captain at Toman's gathering tonight." Keiji was telling Miyasato as they were walking down the street.

"Really? That sounds interesting. Did he tell you who he picked?" Miyasato questioned.

"No, he didn't." Keiji replied. "Hmm... Perhaps it's Michi?"

"Did Mikey even make him an official member yet? I don't think he would jump straight into captain." Miyasato reminded him.

"Think about it. Manjiro would need someone who he trusts. Michi seems like the perfect candidate." Keiji pointed out before sighing. "Then again, you do have a point."

"I suppose we'll just have to wait and see who's appointed." Miyasato stated.

"Yeah."

Keiji and Miyasato were waiting outside the public bath with Mitsuya, Smiley, and Muto as Mikey, Draken, and Takemichi finally walked out.

"It's finally happening." Mitsuya spoke up.

"Let's go, Takemitchy." Mikey said, turning to Takemichi.

"It's time to formally welcome the new 3rd Division Captain!"

Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, Smiley, and Muto finally arrived at the shrine. Mikey walked ahead while Draken trailed behind him. Mitsuya, Smiley, and Muto followed behind the two as Keiji and Miyasato were right behind them. Everyone else bowed.

"Good evening, sir!"

Takemichi goes to stand beside Mitsuya while Keiji and Miyasato stood in front of their gang members. "We will now officially appoint the new 3rd Divison Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang." Draken announced.

"I wonder who's gonna get picked."

"Peh-yan?"

"That's not happening."

"Would they pick the guy who attacked Draken-kun to be a captain?"

"No way."

"Then who is it?"

"Me?"

"Yeah, right!"

"3rd Division Captain! Step up!" Mikey called out.

Everyone looked around in confusion until an unfamiliar voice could be heard.

"Let's go."

"Yes, sir."

Keiji glanced over and saw an average height lightly dark-skinned male with blue eyes, and dyed blonde hair. He also wore sports glasses and an earring on his left ear.

Keiji narrowed his eyes, catching the attention of his Vice President. "Something wrong, Kei?" Miyasato whispered.

"I don't know if it just me, To-chan." Keiji mumbled, making Miyasato raise an eyebrow. "But I suddenly have a gut feeling he can't be trusted."

Miyasato only hummed in reply. He knew his best friend was a great people reader — He could see whenever someone had good intentions or not. And for Keiji to say something like this, it was clear that whoever this guy was could not be trusted.

The newcomer immediately sits down on the stairs in front of Mikey and Draken without giving them a greeting, which made the other members angry.

"What's his deal?"

"He can't be serious!"

"He's sitting with his back to the commander!"

"What's your problem?!"

"Who the hell do you think you are?!"

"Hey, he's not gonna say anything to us?"

"The hell is that guy's problem?"

"Listen up! The person sitting behind me is the new 3rd Division Captain, Kisaki Tetta!"

3rd Division Captain.
Kisaki Tetta.

"I've seen him before!"

"Isn't he from Moebius?"

"Kisaki from Moebius?!"

"Why's someone from Moebius here?!"

"Get the hell out, Moebius!"

"Yeah! Piss off!"

Everyone started screaming at Kisaki, telling him to get out immediately.

"Shut up! If any of you've got a problem with Mikey's decision, step up!" Draken's voice boomed out.

As expected, nobody moves a muscle and doesn't say anything.

"We're eventually going to butt heads with Valhalla. The new Valhalla is so huge that Moebius has nothin' on them! To defeat them, Toman needs to grow, too!" Mikey announced. "Kisaki Tetta here kept our generation in check through Moebius. We need Kisaki if we're gonna fight Valhalla! The 3rd Division Captain is Kisaki Tetta! Remember that! This ends the 3rd Division Captain appointment ceremony!"

With that, Mikey turns his back to everyone, wanting to leave.

"Commander!" Kisaki shouted as he then bowed. "Thank you, sir!"

"Yeah." Mikey simply replied.

"What the hell is our commander thinking?" Draken mumbled quietly.

"Damn... I seriously can't shake off my gut feeling. Something is definitely odd about that guy." Keiji thinks to himself.

Kisaki was about to leave until Takemichi runs up and punches him in the face.

"What the hell are you doing, Takemitchy?!" Draken shouted.

"Michi? He definitely knows something. What information did he find out in the future? I need to speak with him privately." Keiji thought.

"Hey, what's he doing?"

"Holy shit."

"He's gonna get killed by the top brass!"

"Hey! The hell are you?!"

"You ain't even in Toman, so what the hell are you doing?! Are you tryin' to ruin this ceremony?!" Draken exclaimed.

"Draken-kun... I-I wasn't..." Takemichi stammered as Mitsuya, Smiley, and Muto stepped up.

"The hell are you thinking, Takemitchy?!" Mitsuya asked.

"Hey... You throwin' dirt at Mikey's face?" Smiley questioned.

"N-No, guys... I... I was..." Takemichi breathed out.

"Yo, what's goin' on?" Keiji heard Baji's voice speak up. "This looks like fun!"

"Baji..." Mitsuya muttered.

"Hey, you're not allowed here right now." Muto added.

In a flash, Baji runs towards Takemichi and began punching him repeatedly. That is, until Mitsuya grabbed onto him.

"Quit it, Baji." Mitsuya said.

"Let go, Mitsuya. I'll murder you." Baji threatened.

"What are you tryin' to do?" Mitsuya asked as Baji ignored him.

"Mikey!" Baji shouted.

"What are you doing here, Baji? You're not allowed at our meetings because of a certain internal conflict, remember?" Mikey reminded him.

"I ended up punching some twerp just now. Am I finally gonna be fired for ruining your precious meeting?" Baji countered.

"Baji..." Mikey muttered.

"I'm goin' to Valhalla." Baji claimed, making Keiji blink with shock. "You don't want any troublemakers, do you, Mikey?"

"Baji!" Mikey shouted.

"I'll go ahead and quit. Starting today, former 1st Division Captain Baji Keisuke is an enemy of Toman." Baji announced.

"Baji..." Mikey mumbled.

"Don't worry about it, Mikey." Draken reassured him. "That's just how he is."

"Yeah."

Kisaki then punched Takemichi in the face, knocking him out.

Around 20 minutes later, Takemichi opened his eyes and looked at the sky.

"Ow! Ow..." Takemichi groaned.

"Seems you're finally awake."

"Huh? Keiji-kun?" Takemichi questioned.

"Yeah, it's me. I told To-chan and everyone else to go home." Keiji replied. "I needed to speak with you without ears listening in anyhow. So, I'm assuming you punching Kisaki had something to do with the information you found out in the future?"

"Yeah."

Takemichi then went into explaining about Hinata and Akkun, as well as Draken's fate.

"So Draken's on death row, huh? I didn't expect that." Keiji hummed. "Let's head back."

"You go ahead. I need to wash this blood off."

"I'll wait. It's fine."

Takemichi went to wash the blood off. After he was done, he noticed a charm on the ground and picked it up. He opens it up and notices a photo as Keiji peeked at it next to him.

"It's Mikey-kun and Draken-kun! They're so young!" Takemichi said.

"Mitsuya and Pah-chin are there, too." Keiji added.

"Baji-kun... Are these the founding members? I think I just picked up something super amazing." Takemichi said as he looked closely at the photo.

"One, two, three, four, five... There are six of them." Takemichi said.

"Huh? That's odd. Manjiro told me there were only five." Keiji hummed.

"Who's this guy who seems super close to Baji-kun? He's got a tattoo on his neck. Who is he?" Takemichi wondered.

"Hey, hold on a second." Keiji said, pointing at the male next to Baji. "He looks super familiar. His eyes, I mean."

"Huh? Have you met him before?"

"I have no fucking clue. I got the memory of a goldfish." Keiji replied as Takemichi sweat dropped.

"Ah, To-chan! I can't shake off the feeling!" Keiji exclaimed. School was already over as the two were in their classroom.

"So Mikey lied saying Toman had five founding members instead of six. What's the big deal?" Miyasato asked as Keiji told him what him and Takemichi had found.

"It's not that." Keiji responded as he sighed. "I know I've seen that guy somewhere before. I just don't know where and it's bugging me!"

Keiji then rested his head on his desk. "More importantly, Manjiro told me who killed Shinichiro-san." He continued.

"So you found out who did it?"

"Yeah, some guy named Hanemiya Kazutora."

"Hanemiya... Kazutora?" Miyasato repeated. "He's Valhalla's No. 3."

"Seriously?"

"You didn't know?" Miyasato hummed. "He apparently leads the anti-Toman forces or whatever. I don't know much about the dude. All I know is that he's in the same year as us and goes to our school."

"He sounds like an ass." Keiji mumbled.

"You think everyone in Valhalla are assholes."

"That's because they are!" Keiji huffed out before lifting his head back up.

"Anyhow, Kei. Now that you found out who killed him, what are you going to do now?" Miyasato asked.

Keiji sighed. "Honestly? I'm not really sure. Of course I want to pay him back 100 times over, but I feel like that should be Manjiro's job. Shinichiro-san was his older brother, after all." He answered.

Miyasato could only hum in agreement. "What about you, then?" He questioned.

"Me? I'm going to make sure that fucker understands that he killed the only person I respected." Keiji answered.

"More importantly, I'm going to make sure he doesn't kill Manjiro. Even if it costs me my life."
