A/N: Hello, readers! Welcome to another chapter! Enjoy!
Depending on how the manga ends, I kinda want to pull a Klaus and Elijah (from The Originals) with Keiji and Miyasato. Don't know why, I just want to do it for some reason.
All you need to know is, Keiji probably isn't gonna have a happy ending (it's a Mikey fanfic, what do you expect?).

"THAT'S THE CHARM." Mikey mumbled as Takemichi was sobbing. "I'm not the one who created Toman. It was Baji."
Most of the Toman members were sobbing as well. "If someone's hurt, we all protect them. We wanted to be a gang that protected each other. That's what kind of gang we are." Mikey finished.
"Baji-kun... was fighting on his own... this whole time. All to keep that promise." Takemichi said.
"I'm sorry, Baji." Mikey apologized. That's when sirens could be heard in the distance.
"Popo's here." Rindou announced.
"We're leaving, boys." Ran added on, hopping off of the car he was sitting on.
"Yes, sir."
"Let's get outta here! Scatter! Scram!"
All of the Valhalla members and the spectators left. "I'm gonna stay with Baji. All of you, get out of here." Kazutora announced.
"Kazutora-kun..." Takemichi mumbled.
"I did this. I want to be the one to settle it." Kazutora claimed.
"All right." Mikey agreed as he began walking away.
"Let's get out of here, Toman!" Draken called out.
"Right."
"Let's head out with them!" Keiji shouted at his fang members.
"Yes, sir!"
Both Toman and the Scorpion Gang began leaving the junkyard.
"Mikey..." Kazutora began, causing Mikey to stop. "I can't ask you to forgive me. Not about Shinichiro-kun... or Baji. But I'll carry that burden for the rest of my life."
Kazutora placed his hands behind his back as he bowed down. Chifuyu then stood up from Baji's side.
Mikey didn't respond to Kazutora as Toman continued leaving the junkyard, followed by the Scorpion Gang.
On October 31st, 2005, 150 members of the Tokyo Manji Gang, along with the 80 members of the Scorpion Gang fought 300 members of Valhalla. The conflict that ended in Toman's victory resulted in one death and one arrest. And eventually, that conflict would be called the Bloody Halloween.

-Β TWO WEEKS LATER -
Two weeks after the conflict with Valhalla, Keiji went with Mikey to Baji's resting place where they saw Chifuyu uncontrollably sobbing.
"This is what you wanted me to do, right, Baji?" Mikey asked.
Soon enough, Mikey and Keiji were walking down the road. "I'm thinking about merging the Scorpion Gang with Toman." Keiji spoke, causing Mikey to glance over at him.
"Kei, you saidβ"
"I know what I said." Keiji interjected. "I only created the Scorpions to find Shinichiro-san's killer, because I was angry that someone I respected was murdered like that. And instead of disbanding it, I wanted us to merge."
"If that's what you want." Mikey agreed. "I'll have you announce it at the meeting."
Keiji looked over at Mikey. "Also, I like you." He continued bluntly.
"Hm?"
Keiji sighed. "God, I can't believe I'm fucking admitting this. I'm not the best at feelings. Never really have been. I have a huge crush on you, or something like that. Man... How do girls do this shit?" He mumbled under his breath.
Mikey slightly chuckled. "I guess you're all right. But are you sure you want to be with me?" He asked.
"Well, we're engaged in the future, so..." Keiji thought.
"I'm sure." Keiji nodded.
"All right. Let's try this dating thing then."
"Sounds good to me."
γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγ
Keiji and Miyasato were standing in front of the juvenile detention center where Kazutora was being held.
"Are you sure you want to visit Kazutora?" Miyasato questioned.
Keiji sighed, closing his eyes before reopening them again. "I'm sure, To-chan. I need some kind of closure. I need to let him know that I don't blame him for taking away someone who I respected." He responded.
Keiji sat down in the chair as Miyasato sat down next to him. They saw Kazutora walk in, making Keiji glance up.
Kazutora sat down. "Didn't expect for you to visit me. You hardly know me." Kazutora was the one who spoke first.
"You're right. I only heard about you from Manjiro. Unfortunately, it was anything but good." Keiji said.
"That's understandable." Kazutora stated.
"When I first found out about Shinichiro-san's death... It took a long time for me to process it. I lost my parents at a young age, and I was bullied a lot by kids older than me. Shinichiro-san was someone who I thought of as an older brother figure." Keiji explained. "I believed by killing the person who killed him would bring both me and him peace. But I see now that's not what he would've wanted."
Keiji then made eye contact with Kazutora. "I forgive you, Kazu-chan. Let's be friends from now on, okay?" He finished.
"Kazu... chan?" Kazutora blinked in confusion.
Miyasato let out a long sigh. "Ignore Kei's weird nicknames. It's how he is." He stated.
"They're not weird, To-chan!"
Kazutora cracked a small smile. "You sure you wanna be friends with someone like me?" He questioned.
"Of course. I think we'd get along great when I don't want to kill you." Keiji answered, chuckling as he did so before realizing something. "Oh, that reminds me. Sorry about hitting you with a metal rod during the fight."
"It's fine. I deserved it anyhow." Kazutora reassured him.
The two bid farewell to Kazutora as they walked out of the detention center. "I kinda feel bad for him." Miyasato admitted as Keiji glanced over at him.
"Yeah. He's not what Manjiro described him as at all." Keiji agreed. "He's just another kid our age who needs a fuck ton of therapy."
"Huh?"
"You didn't notice?" Keiji hummed. "I saw it in his eyes and could tell he's been through literal hell. Perhaps even more than what you and I put together have been through."
"You have a point." Miyasato agreed. "Say, Kei. Are you serious about your decision?"
"I am." Keiji sighed. "Listen, To-chan. Sooner or later, the Scorpion Gang is gonna eventually dissolve into nothing. That's what happens with smaller gangs. It's better to have us finally merge with Toman. I'm thinking about the future here."
"I suppose you're right. But I can already tell our subordinates aren't going to be too happy." Miyasato said.
"That's the risk I'm willing to take."
Suddenly, Miyasato's phone buzzed as he took out his phone from his pocket and flipped it open.
"Draken is wondering if you and I want to hang out with him at his place with Takemichi." Miyasato announced.
"Sure. Got nothing better to do." Keiji accepted.
Miyasato texted him back as his phone buzzed once more. "He sent me the address. Let's go." He said before pocketing his phone.
γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγ
Keiji and Miyasato were standing in front of a brothel where Draken supposedly lived. "You sure Draken sent you the right address?" Keiji questioned, tilting his head a bit in confusion.
"This is the place." Miyasato answered.
"If this is some cruel joke, I'm not laughing." Keiji muttered.
"Let's just go in."
The two of them stepped out of the elevator and into the brothel, looking around. Keiji scrunched his nose up in disgust as he saw posters of half-naked women in the lobby.
"Aren't you two a little too young to be in a place like this?"
The two looked up to see a man at the front desk with a woman wearing a silk nightgown looking at them. Miyasato was frozen, making Keiji roll his eyes as he seemed to be the only one that wasn't fazed.
"We're looking for Draken. Is he around by any chance?" Keiji questioned.
"Oh, you're friends with our Kenny Boy?" The woman asked.
"Yeah."
"He's in his room." The man at the front desk replied, giving them directions to Draken's room.
"Thank you, sir."
Keiji grabbed his best friend's wrist before dragging him away. "You need to snap out of it, Toru." He said in a serious tone.
"Huh? Sorry." Miyasato apologized.
"Anyway, remind me never to complain about living on the streets again." Keiji said.
The two of them entered the room. "Hello." Keiji greeted.
"Didn't think you two would show up." Draken commented. "Takemitchy was about to leave."
"I'll go with him. To-chan, you coming?"
"Nah, I'm gonna hang out with Draken for a bit."
"Sounds good."
γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγ
Keiji was walking down the street with Takemichi. "Gee, I didn't know you were that desperate to get laid, Michi!" He exclaimed, laughing after Takemichi told him what had happened.
"Stop laughing at me!" Takemichi shouted at him.
Both Keiji and Takemichi spotted Emma as they followed her. Or more like, Takemichi did.
They found Emma smiling as she hugged Mikey. "I love you, Mikey." She said as Mikey pats her head in response.
Takemichi had a look of shock while Keiji had his normal blank face. "Did he already forget that Manjiro and I are engaged in the future? Emma-chan is his sister." Keiji thinks to himself.
He watched as Takemichi was sweating nervously and in tears. "His imagination is going haywire, isn't it?" Keiji asked himself in disbelief.
"Indeed, I do smell a mystery, my dear Watson." Hinata spoke, knocking Keiji out of his thoughts.
"Huh? H-Hina?!" Takemichi exclaimed.
"Hi." Naoto greeted.
"And Naoto?"
"Oh, so this must be the kid that helps Takemichi travel back and forth from past to present." Keiji noted. "Makes sense."
"I'm sorry for startling you. We happened to spot you while we were out shopping." Naoto explained.
"I-I see..." Takemichi stammered.
Keiji looked back to see Mikey trying to shove Emma off of him. "Anyway, Emma-chan lives and breaths Draken-kun, so this can't be happening!" Hinata exclaimed. "There has to be something behind this! Right, Takemichi-kun?"
"Y-Yeah..."
"I'm going to solve this mystery! In the name of my grandpa!"
"Just go along with it, Takemichi-kun." Naoto informed. "She's hooked up on detective series lately, and she keeps mixing them all up."
"Hurry up, you two! We have to follow them!" Hinata told them.
"I'm here, too." Keiji mumbled.
The four of them followed Mikey and Emma to a restaurant as Keiji stood next to Naoto. Emma was feeding Mikey some parfait. "Where'd you get that pipe?" Takemichi asked.
"Behold, my dear Watson! Emma-chan's eyes..."
"Her eyes?" Takemichi repeated.
"She's definitely in love! Call it female intuition!" Hinata said.
"I see! Somehow, that's super convincing! I guess she does look like she's in love." Takemichi then got punched in the face by Hinata.
"You're disgusting! Where are you looking?!" Hinata exclaimed, steam coming out of her nose in anger.
"There it is! Nee-chan's Detective Punch." Naoto stated.
"If only you knew what else he did, Hina-chan." Keiji smirked.
"Wait, wait, wait! Keiji-kun! You promised!"
"Relax, will you? I wasn't gonna say anything."
Footsteps coming up from behind the group suddenly grabbed Keiji's attention.
"Hey, Takemichi!"
"Yamagishi!"
"Yeah, I definitely smell a case." Yamagishi commented once Takemichi caught him up on everything that was happening.
"Right? That's why we're tailing them so we can find out the truth." Takemichi stated.
Keiji let out an exaggerated sigh as he was sitting on the steps. "I'm surrounded by morons. This is why I only hang out with To-chan." He thought.
"But we haven't gotten any solid evidence." Hinata added on.
Yamagishi thought for a moment. "I've heard rumors about this Emma chick. There have been numerous sightings of her leaving with Mikey-kun from his house. And it's always early in the morning. She's definitely spending the night and leaving early in the morning." He explained, pushing up his glasses.
"Seriously?"
"As tragic as this is, the mystery has been completely solved. This is absolutely, positively... two-timing!" Hinata exclaimed, pointing her finger.
"No way!" Takemichi denied.
"We have to get their confessions." Hinata claimed.
"What? Are you going to ambush them? That's possibly a bad idea." Takemichi warned as Hinata was walking forward.
"We have to find out for sure. If it's true, I feel really bad for Draken-kun." Hinata said.
"Hina..." Takemichi trailed off. "True. If Draken-kun finds out, there's gonna be blood!"
Keiji looked over to find Draken was walking forward with an angered expression.
"No way! What the heck is he doing here?!"
"Who are you gonna feel bad for?" Draken asked.
Keiji watched as Hinata slammed her hands on Mikey and Emma's table as Draken continued to walk forward.
"Emma and Mikey?" Draken mumbled.
"Y-You've got it all wrong, Draken-kun." Takemichi frantically said.
"Draken?!" Emma exclaimed.
"Huh?!"
"It's all over." Takemichi mumbled as he was on the ground.
Draken then smiled. "You're hanging out with your little sister on her birthday, Mikey?" He teased.
"Shut up." Mikey said.
"Little sister?" Takemichi said in question.
"Wait, did you not know, Takemitchy?" Draken asked, turning around. "Mikey and Emma are siblings, though their moms are different."
"What?!" Hinata and Takemichi exclaimed.
"Actually... I guess they sorta look alike." Takemichi admitted.
"Do we?" Mikey questioned.
"Huh? I know I told you before, Hina." Emma stated.
"Huh?! Uh, Miss Detective? And Yamagishi-kun?"
"Look! This parfait looks delicious β‘οΈ" Hinata said.
"Wow, it's so fluffy β‘οΈ" Yamagishi added on.
"Yeah, she just forgot." Naoto said blankly.
"This is why you shouldn't jump to conclusions, Michi." Keiji informed.
"Huh? You knew, too, Keiji-kun?"
"Of course I did. Manjiro told me."
Draken placed a pink teddy bear on Emma's head. "Here." He said.
"Huh?"
"Happy birthday." Draken grinned.
"Hey, that's..." Mikey started to say. "The thing you wanted from the arcade the other day."
Emma then stared at the bear. "Well, I did what I came here for, so I'm leaving." Draken said, walking away.
"He's so cool!" Takemichi, Naoto, and Yamagishi said in awe with sparkles around them.
"I'm so happy for you, Emma-chan." Hinata said as Emma hugged the bear tightly.

- NOVEMBER 15TH, 2005 -
The full moon was out, lighting the night sky as both Toman and the Scorpion Gang members gathered at the shrine.
"Hey, Captain Sunada. Do you know why the President told us to be here?"
"Don't know." Sunada replied, his hands stuffed in his jacket. "He just told us to come to Toman's gathering. Said it was important."
Miyasato watched as Takemichi stepped up to him and Draken, wearing the Toman uniform. "That's definitely not your look." Draken commented.
Takemichi looked at him sheepishly. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure this jacket's wearing me." He said.
"Well, I formally welcome you to Toman." Draken stated.
"Right! Thank you very much!" Takemichi bowed.
"Right. Anyway..." Draken continued on, turning around. "Let's get this meeting started."
"Right!"
"This is gonna be an important meeting for you. You better be prepared." Draken informed as Takemichi only nodded in reply.
"Kei..." Miyasato thinks to himself, recalling his best friend's decision. "There was no use changing your mind, huh? If this is what you think is best for us, then so be it."
Mikey had stepped forward as his jacket blew in the wind. Hanma soon stepped forward after him.
"Valhalla?!"
Keiji and Chifuyu stepped up next on Mikey's other side.
"Hanma, Keiji-kun, and... Chifuyu?!" Takemichi thought.
"Our gathering tonight is about to get messy." Draken muttered. "We're settling things for good after the Bloody Halloween."
