It was early in the morning, when I arrived at the set. I didn't dare to be late on my first day here. This movie was more important to me, than others might think. It was the door to my success and if I do it well, I'd have the chance to live my dream in the future.

Being an actress.

Since I was a kid, I dreamt of that, and up until now, this dream never let go of me. Sometimes I feel like it is my fate to be an actress.

I love the feeling, that you can flee from your own self into another person, try new personalities, be diverse.

My parents always told me, how shy and insecure I am when it comes to meeting people, and somehow they are right. I'm literally panicing when I have to be social in real life.

Being an actress changed so much, finally I have the advantage to be someone else.

I tiptoed over to the door to the meeting room and waited a few seconds to fix my hair and to take a deep breath. Then I smiled, half forced, but happy, and entered the room. As I had expected, I was one of the first people that arrived.

Only the director and a pretty girl were already sitting around the table, and had a quiet talk.

"Hello, my name is Soyi... I'm here for..."

"Ahhh, number 16, what a pleasure."

A bit pissed, because of the unpersonal name, he called me, I sat down, next to the girl. She looked at me with a pitying smirk, and then leaned forward to face the director.

"I would not dare to treat my best people in such an unfriendly way.."

There was a sparkle in her eyes, that made the director lean back.
Did she just risk her job, just to make sure he treats a stranger, she just met, in a good way?

My hand patted her shoulder nervously, because I really didn't want her to lise the job. When she finally faced me, I mumbled: "You really don't have to do this..."

The man in the black suit raised one brow and formed a wide grin on his mouth.

"I was messing around with you, Nr. 16."

The director was the only one who was laughing passionately, the girl next to me and I kept quiet.
What a jerk.

Then the door finally swung open and a handsome man entered the room. Under his long eyelashes, two big eyes sparkeled at us and his mouth was smiling non stop.

What a cutie.

"Good morning ahjussi, good morning ladies."

He sat down next to me and immediately leaned over to me and whispered into my ears.

"And you are?"

Goosebumps all over my back. Shoot.

"She is the successor of Jenny."

Thankfully I gave the girl a smile. she had saved me once again. What would the director think of me, when I can't even introduce myself in front of men.

But to be honest, it's unfair, that I had to talk to this stunning humanbeing, that presents and expresses himself in such a polite and graceful way. He made me blush.

"Ahh... I know you! You are the girl that Tae talked about so much."

I chuckled shyly. Taehyung had talked about me?

Then the man next to me stood up and went over to the girl to shake her hand.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Park Bogum. Call me baby."

Whereas I started snorting like mad, the girl stared at him in disgust and rejected his penetrating grin.

"I'm Mina. And I was quite glad with Soyi sitting next to me, I don't need more company."

I wish I had her courage and her independent personality.
Mr. Bogum didn't seem that impressed by her and giggled quietly as he walked away from us to sit down a few chairs away from us. Then he faced the director.

"I have to excuse Taehyung, but due to some circumstances, he will be a bit late today."

After some other actors had arrived and had greeted me, to welcome me to the team, a little discussion for the plan for today started.
