ONE week after Minghao had left, Wonwoo and Soonyoung were informed with specific details of what happened the day of. Joshua, who had been told by Mrs. Wen of the sad ending rushed to Jun's place to spend the night as he was one of the only individuals closest to the boy. Jun had still not become accustomed to the empty bedroom across from him. For the last seven days, he woke up not being able to walk with Minghao to school, able to give him a gentle kiss, or even physically give him a simple 'hello' as there was a large distance between them. Minghao's whereabouts were unknown to Jun, he wondered if he was banned from contacting anyone residing in Korea or overall had his phone rights stolen.
"Nothing?" Jun's overwhelming thoughts fled as Joshua's voice entered his head, the bluenette looks over to him. The same concerned expression he wore was once again present as Jun was spacing out as they walked home.
"Nothing."
"There has to be some reason," Joshua reassures, but Jun shrugs his shoulders and puts his device away as it only brought his hopes up. "he can't just disappear like that."
"I know." Jun shortly mumbles, understanding where the older was coming from. "I'll just keep waiting, it won't hurt to wait for a couple of days."
"Well, tell us if you get anything," Joshua refers to 'us' as Soonyoung and Wonwoo as their group has now enlarged ever since the situation occurred. "I'll see you tomorrow, text me if you need anything." The blunette says goodbye as they arrived in front of Jun's house. The brunette gave him a weak wave as a way to respond to his departure.
"I will."
Though, a text from Minghao would take longer than expected.

[ 3 YEARS LATER ]
"Jun, you're a second year in college what do you mean you don't have a pencil?" Yanan questions, brushing his silver hair back as he was stressed for the boy. They were sitting in their Chinese language and literature class, level three to be specific as there were many fluent speakers who were taking the course. The boy, forehead pressed against the extended desk groans as he had no writing utensil on him. "you're so lucky I'm here to help." The boy then reaches into his bag and pokes Jun with the extra pencil he had.
Jun, who lifts his head takes it with appreciation. Though he was not appreciating the class he was in as it would be for two hours long. "I hate it here, I'm at this performing arts academy for dance, not Mandarin."
"Well, we still are required to take academic classes along with our claimed majors. We can't do anything about it." Yanan sighs, he was also a second year. But instead of being a dance major like Jun, he was persuing in acting. "we just have to get through the period, but do you want to get coffee after? I have another class but I still have some time before it starts."
"Why do you get coffee so much? Aren't you supposed to be a broke college student like the rest of us?"
"It's called spending your money wisely," The silver-haired boy reminds as the concept was a thing, "if you're broke I'll pay."
"No, it's alright. I got paid last week and I'm still stable with my savings." Jun informs, sitting up properly as he caught the professor walking in. "haven't gone bankrupt, yet."
"Well, that's great to hear."

"This line is terribly long for no reason," Jun complains as they were standing outside the coffee shop, many new incoming individuals trying to flood their way in as the brunette assumed they were attempting to squeeze their way inside. "can't we just go to a different one?"
"The next shop is in the opposite direction of my class," Yanan tells, he stays put and waits patiently unlike Jun. "besides, I can wait. I'd rather stay then walk to a coffee shop that I'm not really interested in."
"You're so odd."
"Thanks."
They had to wait about eight minutes until they could finally enter the simple coffee shop. Jun has never seen it so packed before to where it gave him a headache, besides, the drinks here were generic. He was sure it was like any other shop from a block down or in another city. "I'll get my regular," Jun tells to Yanan before they arrive at the register. Though he was going to pay for himself, he believed paying separately would take more time. The boy gives him a thumbs up, "why is everyone craving coffee today?"
"Good question," Yanan starts off, looking around the area. "finals week are months away and I'm pretty sure we aren't facing a decrease in coffee bean production."
"Please don't push!" One of the employees shout from the counter, obviously stressed that there was a maximum count of people within the shop. Not to mention, the numbers were growing higher, "I understand that we have a celebrity here, but please give him space!"
"A celebrity?" Yanan and Jun question in unison, turning their heads as they replicated two lost puppies. What would a celebrity be doing at a bland coffee shop like this? Especially when it was located on a college campus. Yanan turns to Jun, poking at the fazed boy, "did you know about the celebrity transfer student?"
"Nope, guess that makes the both of us," Jun raises his brows and lets out a huff as he was interested in the figure who made the shop go berserk. "maybe they tried to keep it on the down-low but fans still figured it out."
"Probably."
They finally had made their way to the register and Jun had stayed close to Yanan as he didn't want to get lost in the crowd of people. Behind them, diagonally on their right, the famous male occupied a seat while a couple of staff members crowded him. He wore shades although he was inside, book gripped gently in his hand as he enjoyed his tea. Sure, there were many snapping photos at him and though it was somewhat irritating, he tried to enjoy his first day away from China. "Kun gē, can you tell them to stop snapping pictures. It's agitating my eyes..." Minghao quietly requests, the older boy nodded his head and listened to his orders.
"Please stop snapping photos," Kun stands up and tries to push away the excited fans. Jun, who turns around to watch the commotion catches a glimpse of the male. "Minghao is not enjoying the flashes."
Jun's eyebrows angle down as he heard the name, "Minghao?" He repeats, the brunette was sure that he heard the name right. Yanan, who caught Jun spacing out was done ordering and snaps him out of his little world once again.
"You okay? Is the boy pretty or something?" Yanan teases, but Jun doesn't laugh. "Jun, you okay?"
"How many Minghao's do you know on this campus?" Jun quickly questions, Yanan was unable to answer because he knew none. They walk towards the celebrity slowly, "exactly." The brunette firmly says, but Yanan was unsure of what he was talking about.
"You look like you're about to do something crazy." Yanan worriedly says, watching the back of Jun's head.
"You're correct." There, the boy dashed off towards the guarded male without any second thought. As much as he was aware of the consequences, if his assumption was wrong Jun was confident to say that he'd be ready to face the prepared results. He could hear Yanan yelling, 'Junhui what the fuck!' from the sidelines but, his voice was quickly canceled out as many pushed him away from the front.
Minghao, who caught the name removes his attention from his book. There, he finds Sicheng arguing with a brunette who was vigorously pointing at him. He sets it down, tapping on Kun's shoulder once again. Though he just returned to his seat, he needed to bother him as an important thought came into mind. "Kun gē, who's that boy?" As he points to the brunette who was not backing down from his place.
"Do you want me to escort him out?" Kun reads his message wrong, Minghao shakes his head. "Should I ask for his name?"
"Maybe not here, knowing that there are fans." He mumbles, the ravenette nods from his words and stays put. "but, can you make sure he doesn't leave."
"Of course."
On the sidelines, Yanan was finally able to push through the crowd and yank Jun back to him. Kun, who had his focus set on Minghao and the crazed fans didn't notice this. As the silver-haired boy had handed him his coffee, he lets out a tired sigh. "Gosh, you're arguing with a celebrity's bodyguard. You have no common sense!"
Jun rolls his eyes, "I had a reason," Yanan drags him out of the shop quickly as they were suffocating within the large group. "but, I had no luck getting information. I just know that his name is Minghao."
"What were you wondering anyways?"
Jun shakes his head, lips cupping around the small straw that stood proudly in his cup. "Don't worry about it, you have class soon don't you?"
"Oh shush! You're just trying to change the subject."
The brunette gives a cheeky smile, "Maybe."

Minghao had given one job to Kun, which was to ensure that the brunette from the coffee shop wouldn't depart. But, he understood his solid position as he wanted to keep the fans away. Minghao had finally escaped from Liaoning after three years of suffering there. He had to live with his aunt and his snobby cousin. Minghao hated all of it. But, as his parents weren't there to supervise his future - Minghao decided to take on a new path and rose up in the entertainment industry quickly with his dedication. It all started with simple photography, but he was shortly scouted by a modeling agency and things went from there. "Do you both seriously have to walk me around campus?" As Minghao whines, hearing the footsteps of Kun and Sicheng behind him. Both of them had taken a side.
"Yes, sadly." Sicheng answers, "we're basically babysitting someone."
"Company's order. If you want to expand your popularity in Korea, we're going to have to be your guardians." Kun tells, "besides, why did you want to study for two years before continuing?"
"This is a college that's based on performing arts, why not learn some more things along the way?"
"I guess." As the oldest ravenette lets out a sigh, "what's the class we're heading to again?
"Chinese language and literature, level three to be specific." Minghao gives the boys a small smile as he answers, "ready for two hours of learning!"
"No."

Jun and Yanan had taken their usual seats, waiting for their cranky professor to appear as it was too early for anyone to be in the large room. She walks in, her one-inch heels clicking on the floor and echoing through the classroom as everyone became silent. Setting down her lesson for today, she takes in a deep breath before announcing the news. "As many of you may know, a famous actor and model from China has enrolled in our school. He is in this class, so please be respectful towards him and know your boundaries. He does have two personal staff members following him around, remember your manners."
The two males exchange looks at each other. A couple of girls squeal as they were aware of who the boy was, Jun, who was still wondering if his theory was right waits for him to enter the room. Like any other college student, fashion wasn't emphasized as many of them were too brain-dead to function correctly in order to create a decent outfit. Today, Jun was wearing the same sweatpants he had on from yesterday and an oversized long sleeve. But, the transfer student wore long black pants with a collared shirt, over the top of that he had a trench coat that almost seemed to touch the floor. His hair, exceptionally long and could be easily defined as a mullet stood out to Jun the most. He even had the same shades on from yesterday and to top it off, he had a beret. "I'm Xu Minghao from Liaoning. Nice to meet you all."
"Oh, him." Yanan sighs, realizing who the boy was. "he's not that popular in Korea yet but he's all over China I believe." The younger turns his head to Jun who had his mouth wide open, "I get he's pretty, but no need to drool Junhui."
"Yanan...remembering when I told you I had a complicated relationship with my boyfriend who was overseas.." Jun reminds, he discreetly points to Minghao, "I should probably tell you who it is."
As Yanan's eyes slowly widen once his brain connected the dots, he shakes his head, "No way!" With the two words being loud enough to catch everyone's attention, Minghao darts his head in the direction of the shocked males. Minghao's shades concealed his eyes, but, Jun knew that he was staring at him. He points to the familiar brunette,
"Coffee shop boy."
"It's actually Dunkin' Donuts to you."
