A groan escaped from Blake. She ignored him and continued.

Whitley: Years ago, the police and the people of Unova entered a massive war that is still happening. The people of Unova didn't want the police within Unova territory while the police wanted in to catch criminals. However, when Team Plasma attacked for the second time, the people allowed the police to enter the region due to Team Neo Plasma's goal. They were able to catch most of the biggest people at the time. An agreement was put in place. The police would send a ship to pick up anyone who was getting arrested while Unova looked for Neo Plasma people. Regardless of what the agreement said, the police continued to try and enter the region.

And... cut! take a breath.
