"No More Secrets" - Chapter 7
It was four, so Chat Noir waited on a beam on the Eiffel Tower. For Ladybug of course. Not only that but he was also waiting for Marinette. He hadn't seen her since she left for school, he hadn't seen anyone but customers coming into Marinette's parent's bakery. It was boring, waiting for hours for the clock to strike four. But it did, very, very, slowly.
"Who you looking for Kitty?" Ladybug asked, sitting beside Chat. "Marinette will be here soon, don't worry. I promise."
"Are you sure that you want to reveal your identity to me?" Chat asked, looking over the sight that he from where he sat. "You don't have to do this. I just ran away and needed a place to stay for the night and Marinette just happened to see me without my identity. Speaking of which did she tell you?"
"No, she didn't have to," Ladybug answered, "now, just close your eyes. I'll be right back."
Chat just looked up, waiting for Ladybug to come back. For one year he had lived with his father, not knowing he was Hawk Moth. Maybe that's why he was almost never there for him. He was searching for people to Akumatize. Hearing the footsteps he slightly tilted his head. Waiting for Ladybug to give him the okay that he could open his eyes so she could see who she really was.
"Can I look yet mi'lady?" Chat asked, raising his head back up to face the beam atop of him. "My neck's starting to hurt."
"I told you to close your eyes, not to look above you," Ladybug stated, if she was still Ladybug that is. "Just wait a bit, okay? I'm just trying to calm myself down."
"I told you, you don't have to do this," Chat repeated, "it could just be a secret for a bit longer. Although I do have a secret that may be worth telling right now."
Ladybug didn't answer immediately but when she did it came out in more then a laugh then anything else. "And what would that be?"
"I know who Hawk Moth is," Chat blurted out.
Everything went somewhat silent. You couldn't hear Ladybug moving around anymore, almost like she had stopped in her tracks. The only noise was the birds flying away, free to go where they wanted. Chat heard Ladybug give a sigh.
"Is that why you left?" She asked, as she started to move again. "Because your father's Hawk Moth. That's why you ran away?"
"Kind of," Chat lied, he couldn't exactly tell her the truth right now. But if she knew his father, no, everyone in Paris knows him and his father. Footsteps was what he heard afterward, almost like they were leaving. No, they were leaving. "Ladybug?"
Chat turned his head around, Ladybug was no longer there. A cool wind blew, making the scene even more dramatic. Sighing he turned his head to face the other side of Paris. It was a beautiful sight. He didn't have long till he transformed back though, he had already been up there for awhile. But where had Ladybug gone?
"Chat?" A voice asked, sounding like Ladybug but it came from below. "Can we go home now?"
Chat looked down, there stood Marinette. Smiling she looked up at Chat. He gave her a small smile in return. "Sure."
But what he hadn't noticed was that she said the word home not her home just home. Like they were a family now. Chat jumped from the beam he was on, which wasn't far from where Marinette stood. Without another word Marinette hugged Chat. Letting go a bit afterwards.
"Will we walk?" Marinette asked, but before she could do anything else Chat grabbed him. Bridal style.
"Nope," he grinned, as he jumped onto the railing. "We're going to run. Or jump, I guess."

Alya knocked on the hatch of Marinette's room about fifty thousand times. Marinette had said she should be home a bit after four, it was already five. Alya was getting just a bit worried, Marinette's never been this late when she said she would show up at a certain time. And Alya didn't expect that the hatch would be locked, or could be at that.
"Marinette," Alya called. Knocking once more on her friend's door/hatch to her room. "Marinette."
The hatch opened up, Marinette stood above it. Smiling. As usual.
"Hi Alya!"
"Girl, what took you so long?" Alya asked, stepping into her friend's room. "Where were you?"
"I was out," Marinette replied, heading to the hatch above her bed. "Just out for a walk."
"A walk, you told me you would be back a little after four," Alya explained, almost yelling. "I was worried you fell somewhere or something."
"Alya, a fall wouldn't stop me from getting home," Marinette said, crossing her legs atop of her bed. "I just got a little lost."
"You know Paris like the back of your hand, how could you get lost?" Alya asked.
A soft ow sound came from the top of Marinette's room. Almost like it was from the balcony. Alya didn't hesitate to open the hatch above Marinette, who tried so hard to stop her. Opening it Alya stared in awe. It was none other than Chat Noir. Atop of Marinette's room.
"What's he doing here?" Alya asked, a bit surprised yet a bit freaked out. A hero who saved Paris was atop Marinette's house. Not just that but he had stumbled on a potted plant. "Why is Chat Noir here Marinette?"
"What is he doing here?" Marinette asked, trying to give Chat some time to think of a way to explain his situation.
A beeping noise came from near him. It had already beeped four times on their way back. Meaning he would transform into Adrien right now. Making Alya stare at him for about a minute before turning to her friend.
"I knew it! I knew it!" She chanted, hugging Marinette tightly. "Wait if he's Chat Noir, I wonder if who I think is Ladybug is true as well. But most importantly. Girl, why is Adrien here?"
Marinette stuttered a bit before starting her sentence, Adrien helping her a bit. "Well you see, I didn't know Chat was Adrien."
"Girl, didn't you have a crush on Adrien but then on Chat Noir?" Alya blurted out, making Marinette almost want to kill her. But she couldn't kill her best friend.
"Well," Marinette dragged on, not wanting to either of them she was Ladybug. Not now, not at this moment. "Alya promise me something."
"Sure,"
"Don't post this to your Ladyblog,"
"Your trying to kill me aren't you?"
"No, just please," Marinette sighed, "would you put it up if I promised you that I told you who Ladybug is?"
"Fine you got me, so who is she?"
"Your going to kill me for this, probably both of you," Marinette sighed.
Adrien was a bit confused. But that was before she yelled.
"Tikki, spots on!"
