Jump in the Line
She had been offered be the flower girl, she could understand why she wasn't a bridesmaid, and she didn't want to be anyway.
That was how Raven found herself walking first down the aisle, her purple hair curled around her face and he body clad in a simple light blue dress that swirled around her feet which were in flats after they'd found she wasn't the best at walking in heels yet. The flowers fell neatly, apart from one which landed on Damian and she repressed a chuckle at his annoyed face. She stood over to the side as she turned to see Babs.
Her hair was styled in an impossible fishtail braid that seemed to blend into the bun where her veil rested. Her dress was just off white, a ballgown with hints of purple and blue in it, as had been the theme of the wedding. Her make-up was the most elegant Raven had ever seen, the way the blue and purple smoked on her lids and the red of her lips.
Sometimes the beauty of Humans still amazed Raven, almost as much as the fact that Damian was dressed smartly in his suit with a dark blue tie and his hair slicked back with so much gel it glinted under the sunlight. The vows were peaceful, she could tell the others were getting fidgety but after so much meditation practice in her life she could focus for hours. The only time Damian said time was allowed to go slow for him was when he was doing the plank, though everyone else agreed that was the worst time for time to slow.
She watched as Babs and Dick brought each other into a kiss as they were officially married and then was the signing of the book and finally they broke into the first dance.
Raven watched the couple waltz around the floor as Damian came over to her.
"May I have this dance?"
She took his extended arm with a smirk as other couples took to the floor to join the newlyweds. She would be the first to admit she didn't have a clue what she was doing, and the last to admit that the solution was that she stood on Damian's feet. It was a truly beautiful day to be alive.

Wally held back his giggle as he noticed Raven had stepped onto Damian's feet to dance.
"Let her off, she's probably never danced before," Artemis bit as she noticed, "At least she's got the initiative to learn, what time were you up to last night in a panic again?"
"Oh shush," He replied as the song came to a close and the party section of the wedding began.
The part with the best food.
"Thanks for being my best man," Dick said as he came over to the table as Wally was halfway through the sandwiches.
"As if I wouldn't," Wally scoffed, "How long have we been friends? Just about all our lives."
"And for the rest of them too," Dick said as he raised his glass.
"And any other life we live," Wally said as he clinked his own glass and they took a drink.
Wally watched as Dick headed back off over to Babs, one day he'd have this day with Artemis.
One day soon he hoped. She had already taken the engagement ring, so he'd be truly surprised if she just turned around when he tried to plan the wedding. Though she did mention something about the wedding being planned as soon as you get engaged.
"Stop staring at his wife and stare at me," Think of the devil.
"What if I think she's prettier?" Wally joked to be rewarded with a slap around the back of the head, "I'm joking, I'm joking."
"You better be mister," She said as she took his hand, "And we better be getting this soon."
"We will be, we will be."

That morning Raven was staying with Kori, because Dick and Babs, quote on quote, wanted some pre honeymoon honeymooning. Raven had been quick to agree to not be there that night. She sat in the bed she'd been given, Kori was already asleep in the other room and Raven couldn't blame her, it was around 2.
"Mom, I just want to say thank you. For everything. I couldn't see where you were leading me at first. This dimension, my whole life. But I think I know why now. And I can be normal. I don't think I'm going to be, the people I live with, Dick and Babs- Mom and dad are actually superheroes and they have loads of superhero friends. I'm not the odd one out anymore, mom. I fit in. Your dimension is perfect. I've found my home."
She smiled over at her phone as it lit up with a text from Damian. A secret trip out. She smirked as she climbed out of bed and headed out. What was the point in being a superpowered superhero if you can't have any fun?
