2. We reserve only the right to a one time publication of any submission and we will not use any submission outside of its intended use.

3. The author retains all copyrights of the works submitted to us and only allows the Pub a one time publication right.

4. We do not become involved in any copyright disputes. Any Poems posted that are disputed as being owned by another author other than the submitter, will be removed immediately from the site.

5. Poets Pub India reserves the right to edit poems.

6. Poets Pub India reserves the right to place Poems in collections and competitions that best suits the Poem.

7. Poets Pub India reserves the right to refuse any poem based on subject matter that does not fall within the borders of Poetic acceptance. This includes poems about self harm, suicide, hatred and any kind of political depreciation that may lead to unnecessary disputes.

8. All authors retain the right to have their works removed at any time. Simply send us a request by Private Message and we will immediately oblige.

9. The Poets Pub India will not follow any writers on Wattpad except the founder member and team members. Restrictions on how many you can follow would not allow us to follow everyone.

10. The Poets Pub will not vote or comment on works outside of the Poets Pub.

Poets Pub India will not accept any type of slanderous or controversial comments. 

We will not tolerate any harassment or bullying of any kind. 

Comments will be deleted and those responsible will be banned from the Pub.

If you submit a Title or Cover, it is understood that the copyright will be retained by the Poets Pub India upon publication.

Credit will be given, but the rights remain.
