Kaminari came back to class 1-A, he tried to smile when the Bokusquad waved him over but he just couldn't.

He sat down at his seat and drew things around him. The class's atmosphere was down without Kaminari's normal self, with his stupid ideas and wacky dares.

"Kaminari, it's been 2 months... What happened to you?" Mina finally asks. "It's nothing, I promise..." Kaminari says, not looking up from his sketch book.

"Liar." Shinso says from a corner of the classroom. "I will only do this with your consent. Do you want to tell them what really happened?" Shinso asks. Kaminari sighs, "Sure,-" He begins. He's cut off by his body going into a trance sort of thing.

"So, what happened in the last 2 months," Shinso asks, "And say it loud enough for all of us to hear." He says. "I have been beat long and hard for the past 9 years, Midoryia also. 2 months ago, I made a deal with Mr. Kymate that I'll take all the beatings as long as he didn't touch Midoryia or any of the others." Kaminari rambles on.

Half the class turns to look at Midoryia and the other half keeps staring at Kaminari. Midoryia is crying into Todoroki's shoulder.

"The things he did to me the past 2 months are just to unbearable to even think about. But at least the little ones and Midoryia are safe." Kaminari continues. "Shinso stop him!" Mina yells in tears. "I can't! Someone has to break his connection!" Shinso yells back. "Someone bump him! It worked for me at the Sports Festival!" Ojirou yells from his corner.

Mina takes a running start and rams into Kaminari, shoulder first, knocking him out of his chair.

"I never thought that this is how my life would turn out, but life is full is surprises. I'm going back to the orphanage to save the others, even if it costs me my life.-" Kaminari says, a minute before falling out of Shinso's control, and his chair.

Kaminari winces. When he was knocked out of his chair, he landed on his shoulder which was covered in scars and bruises.

Mina hugged him very carefully. "I'm so sorry, Kami..." Mina says, crying into his shoulder. Mr. Aizawa then steps into the room. "Shinso, Present Mic and I want to speak with you." Aizawa says standing in the door way.

Shinso nods and follows Mr. Aizawa out. Kaminari begins to be the one crying. A few people step back before Midoryia says something. "It's okay guys. He's gotten to control his quirk when it comes to water. Come here, Kaminari." Midoryia says, going to hug Kaminari.

Kaminari begins crying into Midoryia's shoulder. "Shhh.. It's alright, Kami. He won't be able to hurt you again. That's a promise." Midoryia says, letting Kaminari ruin his blazer sleeve.

Kaminari suddenly looks up, panicked. "The others! We need to get back to them!" Kaminari yell-says. Midoryia's face says that he suddenly realized what Kaminari was saying.

They both quickly run out the door and out of U.A. Shouts and yells from their classmates can be heard but Midoryia and Kaminari ignore it and keep running.

They eventually get to the orphanage and run inside. Kaminari suddenly stops him and Midoryia. "I smell smoke, theres a fire.. Quick! Get the others! I'll try to find the fire and put it out!" Kaminari yells and dash's towards the kitchen.

Kaminari sees more smoke, but not in the direction of the kitchen. "Midoryia! The fire isn't in the kitchen!.. Shit! It's coming from Kassidy's room!" Kaminari yells, darting towards the young girls room.

Cries and sobs can be heard through the door of Kassidy's room. Midoryia uses his quirk to smash through the door. All the girls are hiding beside Kassidy's bed.

"Girls! Are you all okay?!" Kaminari yells into the room. There's a line of fire by the door, making no one able to get in or out. "Kami! Help! It's getting hard to breathe! Rina passed out, get us out please!" Kassidy yells from beside the bed.

Kaminari thinks for a minute. "Yhuming! Use your quirk! It'll help save you! Midoryia, there's more smoke coming from Keller's room! Go there!" Kaminari yells. "But what about you! Our quirks don't mix, you could get hurt!" Yhuming yells. "Don't think about that! Do you want to be a hero? Then your job is to protect others! This is your chance! Do it!" Kaminari yells encouragingly.

Yhuming looks up with a worried face. Kaminari smiles encouragingly and nods. "Haul-com Start!" Yhuming yells, sending a deer-shaped blast of water at the door. Kaminari moves out of the way just in time.

Kaminari rushes in and picks up Rina. "Now go outside! Just like we practiced!" Kaminari yells. He runs outside with the other girls and sits Rina down. "Now stay here. Yhuming, use my phone to call the fire department. I have to make sure the boys are okay." Kaminari says, giving his phone to Yhuming and running back inside.

The fire is worst in the boy's room. "Midoryia! What happened! Where are they!" He yells as Midoryia runs out of the boy's room. "They aren't there! They must be somewhere else!" Midoryia yells. Kaminari looks panicked, Midoryia and Kaminari spilt up to look for the boys.

Kaminari finds the boys in Mr. Kymate's room. "Melaus! Yajion! Lokiuia!" Kaminari yells. "Kami! There's a fire in the closest! Lokiuia is stuck in there!" Yajion yells. "I'll deal with it, you two get out of here, the girls are already at our meeting place!" Kaminari yells as the two boys nod and run out.

Kaminari opens the closet. "Lokiuia! Are you okay!?" Kaminari yells. "I'm okay! It's hard to breathe!.." Lokiuia coughs out. A thud suddenly hits the ground and Kaminari knows he passed out. 'I have to get in there.' Kaminari thinks, 'Like I said when I was under Shinso's control, I will save them if it costs me my life." Kaminari stares into the fire and at the floor. He picks a towel and throws to where it covers the fire. It slowly roars back to life, Kaminari takes the advantage and jumps onto the towel and into the closest.

He picks up Lokiuia and jumps out of the closest, getting burned on his left arm and leg. He keeps Lokiuia's head in his chest to protect him from the smoke. Lokiuia wakes up in his arms. "Huh..? Kami?" He stutters out. "It's alright. We're almost out." Kaminari says quietly, still running. Kaminari bursts out the door to the fire department outside.

Lokiuia is coughing up ash, Kaminari is covered in smoke holding in his coughs. "Help him, please!" Kaminari yells at one of the firefighters, holding out Lokiuia. "We'll take care of him. We need to check you and that other boy as well." The firefighter says, pointing at Midoryia. Kaminari nods with tears in his eyes.

A few minutes later, Midoryia and Kaminari are sitting on the ground with paramedics trying to look at the scars on them. They keep refusing and batting away their hands. "Boys, just listen to us. We need to check you for open wounds so we can make sure they won't get infected." One paramedic says.

Kaminari shakes his head and kicks the paramedic. The paramedic sighs, "Hold his arms and legs back while we check him." Soon, two paramedics were grabbing Kaminari and pinning his legs and arms to the ground. Memories flooded his mind.

"Kaminari, stop fighting back. It'll only make it worse.~"
"Get away!"
"Fine, you wanna play like that, then let's play.."
"Huh..? Wait! What are you doing!? Get awa-"

                    (Back to the present)

Kaminari stop fighting back and let them look at his arms and legs. 'Please don't ask to look at my back..' Kaminari thought. "Sir, if it's alright with you, can you take off your shirt so we can see if you got any major burns on your stomach or back?" Asked a paramedic.

Kaminari opens his mouth but Midoryia says something, "Go ahead and let them, Kami, it'll be better for all of us..". The paramedics looked confused. Kaminari nods and takes off his shirt. The paramedics stare in shock.

(Time skip brought to you by me trying to get to the point.)

Kaminari and Midoryia are hugging Kassidy, Rina, Yhuming, Melaus, Yajion, and Lokiuia goodbye as they head off to their new homes. "I'll miss you so much, Denki!" Lokiuia says, hugging Kaminari with his arms around his neck. "I'll miss you to, Luiouima." Kaminari says, "But we'll meet again, that's a promise."

Lokiuia smiles and lets go of Kaminari. "You'll always and forever be my hero!" Lokiuia yell-says before running off to his new parents. Kaminari stands up and smiles, with Midoryia right beside him. "I'm going to miss them, more than I'd ever miss Class 1-A." Midoryia says, joking at the last part. Kaminari nods in agreement.

"Boys, there's two people here to see you." One of the people who got the others new homes said. Midoryia and Kaminari look at each other confused and walk over. "These two families are interested in adopting you." The person said, pointing at set of two couples.

"Oh you poor thing, you should have told me Inko died! I would've taken you in as soon as possible. Katsuki wouldn't have minded either." Mitsuki said, going to hug Midoryia as soon as she saw him. Midoryia smiled and hugged Mitsuki back and stayed there for a good while.

Kaminari turned his attention to the two people in front of him and froze in shock. "Mr. Aizawa? Present Mic? What are you two doing here!?" Kaminari asked in a concerned tone.

Kaminari can tell Present Mic was way too exited about something. "Why do you think we're here? To just watch everyone get adopted and leave you here?" Aizawa says. Kaminari looks at him confused, still not getting the point.

Aizawa sighs, "Mic, just tell him already." Present Mic's face lights up. "We're adopting you! You'll have two other siblings as well! You'll fit right in, none of our children are our biological children." Present Mic says extremely exited.

Kaminari stands there shocked. "Are you serious!" Kaminari yell-asks. "Why would we like to you, Kaminari?" Mr. Aizawa asks, smiling a soft, sincere smile. "So you're really adopting me..?" Kaminari says, tears welling up in his eyes. Mr. Aizawa nods.

Kaminari runs up to Present Mic and Aizawa and hugs them. "Thank you, dads.." Kaminari mumbles. "Anytime, son." Aizawa says, hugging Kaminari back.
