Dear Sir or Madame,

You are kindly invited to the annual dinner party of Mr. Bryan Lewis. The event will take place on Thursday the 2nd of July. The dress code is casual.

Proceedings will start with a driver escorting you to the mansion of Mr. Lewis at 6 pm. A four course dinner will be served at 8 pm whereby Mr. Lewis will make his arrival and welcome each of you personally. 

Please complete the full details on the attached RSVP and return it to the address stated on the back of this card by the 3rd of June. Unfortunately we are not in the position to accept a refusal as an answer.
