Somewhere in the night of woods,
we are just lost together.
Hearing the howling of wolves,
Still on the search for the monster.

Still scared of the scarlet blood,
at the start of the path, shouting to give up.
Abandoned darkness, yet we are determined,
take a deep breath, it's time to end this havoc.

~~Poet's Note~~
Well this could be a story if you imagine or it could be something more. It could be a warrior queen who's purpose is to slay the monster. And the blood belongs to the countless of people the monster killed. But she has to go in, to save the ones she holds most dear.
Or it could be that "she" finally found help. And now, standing in front of the darkness of her monsters with the self harm blood on the path, she is finally ready to go in and try to destroy them.
