Grey's POV:

We were still in Nash's car driving to god knows where. I was both excited and cautious about going on this date. I was excited because it proved that Nash really was trying and that it would give us both a chance to know each other, but I was also cautious because I felt like I was rushing into things too fast, I mean I had just gotten out of an unaturally short realationship with my best friend and obviously me and Nash didnt have the best past together and it felt wrong to just forgive him so easily, but thats what im doing because no matter how confusing it sounds it also felt right. I was so wrapped up in my thoughts i had'nt even noticed the car stop.

"I need you to stop over thinking things and just let yourself have fun with me today" Nash said. Holy cheese balls is he some type of mind reader.

"No Grey im not a mind reader Im your mate remember, I can feel your emotions" he said laughing and what a beautiful sound it was.

"Thank you for the compliment beautiful" he said with a cocky grin on his face. My face on the other hand turned beat red im sure and my eyes were the probably the size of Golf balls.

"You said you werent a mind reader " I said in embarrassment

"Im not, you said that out loud" he said still looking slightly amused

"Can we just go to where ever it is you brought me" I asked getting out of the car only to gasp in excitement.

"You took me to a carnival" I asked

He suddenly looked sad and started rubbing the back of his neck with his hand.

"Well yea, i thought it would be fun but if you dont like it we can go somewhere else" He said Nervoulsy.

"Are you kidding ? this place is perfect hurry up lets go" I said surprising us both as I grabbed his hand leading him to the entrance, i didnt even try to ignore the sparks i felt from his touch.

After Nash paid for our tickets we decided to play some games before we got on any rides. I led him over to the basketball game where you had to shoot three shots from a line that was drawn on a ground, it was the same distance as the free throw line on an actual basketball court. I stepped up to win this really cute stuffed teddy bear set, one was black and the other was white. maybe I forgot to mention that I was really good at basketball cause Nash moved me out of the way.

"Let the man handle this love" he said before attempting to win the game. I would have been upset at his sexist little comment if he hadnt of missed two of three shots. I didnt even try to contain my laughter.

"Hey its not funny, its alot harder than it looks" he said pouting at me. I would have continued laughing if he didnt look so adorable.

"Let me show you how its done tough guy" I say stepping up to the game and landing all three shots perfectly.

The guy that was manning the game smiled at me and asked me what prize I wanted, I asked for the teddy bears and turned around to a shocked Nash. his expression was hilarious. His mouth was open wide with shock and he was staring at me babbling.

"How...But....you...and....What ?" He stuttered, I just laughed.

"I grew up with Blu and an older brother so all of my Free time was spent playing sports with them and Lyla, basketball just happens to be my favorite" I tell him while we went to play some water gun game.

"I never got to tell you how sorry I was about Lyla, I know she meant alot to you" he said honestly.

'She did, she was the sister I never had" I told him sadly "Now lets play so  can kick your ass in this game too" I said changing the subject.

I did end up beating him in that game as well. The prize was an im a winner shirt for me and an im a loser shirt for Nash. we spent the rest of the day eating cotten candy, getting on rides and just having an amazing time. It was dark outside by the time we got back in his car. I sat down and buckled up placing my bears on my lap.

"I had an amazing time Nash, this really was an amazing day so thank you" I said smiling

"Im glad you had a great time but the nights not over yet, we still have one more place to go" he said.

"Where are we going?" I asked not bothering to hide my curiousity or excitement

"we have to eat dont we" he said pulling up to a mcdonalds drive thru and ordering us some food.

After we had our food he drove for about 5 minutes and parked in an empty lot. He got out of the car opened his trunk,pushed the seats up and sat down.

'Well are you going to sit there and look at me like im crazy or are you going to join me ?" he asked

I smiled and got out of the car to take a seat next to him in the back of his car, which was very spacious. There was a bunch of pillows and balnkets for us to lay on while we ate and talked some more. I was telling him about the promise I made to my dad after he asked me why I never kicked his ass whenever he and his crew picked on me. when I was finished was staring at me with a look on his face that i couldnt decifer.

"What ?" I asked

"I just dont know how i ever treated you so badly, you are absolutely perfect" he said causing me to blush and look away from his face, suddenly becoming my nervous and shy self again.

He gently grabbed my face and turned me to look at him.

"Dont hide from me, I meant what I said. Im going to do everything i can to get you to forgive me" he said.

The look in his eyes told me he was being honest and that he really wanted my forgiveness. But he didnt have to do anything else because he already had it. This day was perfect and I was done being mad at him. I was ready to give him a chance.

"I Forgive you" I say.

The biggest most beautiful smile broke out on his face at that point.

"Really ?" he asked

"Yes, really" I tell him laughing at the excitement on his face.

"Thank you Thank you Thank you, I swear you wont regret it" he said hugging me. I embraced the feeling of his strong arms around me and so did my wolf.

I pulled out of his embrace and he looked at me curiously. I smiled shyly at him before bringing his face down to mine and kissing him softly. He was still for a few seconds probably surprised but soon started to kiss me back. our lips moved in sinc together slowly. I didnt have the words to describe how wonderful it was. we pulled back after a few minutes, both of us breathless.

"That was.." he started

"Amazing" I finished finally catching my breath

He smiled at me before laying down with me in his arms. And thats how I fell alseep warm and cuddled into Nash feeling safe.
