Drea Leroy, eleven years old, and her Muggle mother stood in the train station, right between platform 9 and 10. Drea's mother hugged her tightly. "Mum," Drea said uncertainly. "Yes, sweetie?" The pretty redheaded woman asked. "I don't wanna be a witch," Drea said, close to tears. "Oh, no, no, sweetie. Yes, you do. You, Andrea Allison Leroy, are very special. And you are so, so lucky to be this way. Now. I love you, and now, we've both got to go." Drea nodded as her mother slowly walked away. Drea clutched her suitcase, shocked by all that had happened in the last two weeks. She blinked and walked straight through the wall between the two platforms. She was suddenly engulfed into a whole new world. Children pushed suitcases across this new platform. It all seemed so alive, and at the hub of the wheel stood a majestic red steam engine, reading 'The Hogwarts Express' across the side in gold lettering. Its horn sounded, emitting steam. Students scurried onboard. Drea stood there in awe, and as she stared, a young girl pulling a suitcase ran straight into her. The girl had porcelain skin and a brown pixie cut. "Oh, God, so sorry," she said in a slight Irish accent. Drea smiled. "It's ok." "I'm Addi. Addison Finnegan." Drea laughed. "Drea Leroy. Muggle born." "Half. Me Mum and Dad both had one Muggle parent." "Good to know. But, we'd better get going." Addi nodded and ran towards the train. Drea laughed and chased after her.
