Chapter 9
I'll honestly say that I wanted to end this fanfic the last chapter, but I decided I've tortured you guys enough. Buuuut, that doesn't stop me from ripping your hearts out with this chapter.
On that cheery note, here we go
~
Bill, now a dream demon, rushed as fast as he could to the underworld. Well, it wasn't technically what it was called, but it really didn't have a name. Most demons barely had a mind of there own left, and Bill's was slowly slipping. He had to find Lewis, and fast!
He flew over all the last souls down there, looking frantically for his brother. Where is he? Bill asked himself frantically, his failing mind clinging to the image of Lewis' innocent face and smile that had reflected his own.
Then, he saw him. He looked almost normal, but just a little bit transparent. Bill called his name, but Lewis didn't seem to hear him.
He can't here me, Bill thought. I'll have to get closer.
He floated down right beside Lewis. "Lewis!" Bill yelled. "It's me, Bill!"
Lewis' gaze stayed fixed ahead. No, not fixed. His eyes were glazed over.
Bill waved a hand in front of his brother's face. "Lewis!" He said. Lewis didn't respond. "Lewis, it's me, Bill! You're older brother!"
Lewis didn't even blink. He didn't even breath. He was dead and so was his mind. The sight of him shattered Bill's heart, if he even had one at this point. His single eye filled with tears. "Lewis..."
Lewis didn't even acknowledge his existence.
Bill tried to shake his brother's shoulders to wake him up, but his hands went right through his brother's body.
"No," Bill whispered. "You can't. You can't do this to me, Lewis!" Bill's Voice cracked and he racked with sobs. Lewis couldn't even hear them.

Bill stormed up to Zoro. "You said I could see him!" He grabbed the demon where his throat would have been.
"And you did," Zoro said, unfazed by Bill's attempt to choke him. "You saw him."
"But he didn't see me!" Bill yelled.
Zoro shrugged. "You never said you wanted him to be able to see you back."
Bill's single eye turned blood red and he threw Zoro across the mindscape. The demon laughed. "You can't hurt me. I'm immortal, just like you."
Bill's hands burst into blue flames. "Shut up!" He threw fireballs at Zoro. "You ruined my life! You drove me insane! You're the one that made me...this!" He threw more fire at the demon.
Zoro continued to laugh. "You won't even remember your brother, just you wait," he said. "Trust me, I've done this before. The demon population is failing and it's my job to get new recruits."
"Recruits?" Bill asked. "Is that all I am?"
Zoro shrugged. "I'm not the one to ask."
~
Two days passed and Bill forgot everything from his past. He discovered time travel, interdimensional travel, traveling into human's minds and a bunch of other demon stuff.
During the years, Bill made this one man's life a living hell. He was named Stanford Pines. He would poke and prod in his direction and inspired him to build this portal. He found refuge in a little town called Gravity Falls with paranormal anomalies everywhere.
One day, when Stanford and his college friend were building the portal, Bill had some fun with them when the other man got stuck in the portal. He was never the same after that, and neither was Stanford. Although Bill was stuck in the mindscape, he still had fun with all the things he caused and even earned himself a page in one of the author's journals.
Years passed and one day, Bill was summoned by a boy named Gideon.
"Oh, Gravity Falls!" He said. "It's good to be back!"

The end.
Crappy ending? Yeah. But I don't know all the mysteries yet, and I don't want to get them wrong!
Sorry, but I did say that I would've ended it last chapter but whatever
Well, I had a great time reading all your comments. It kind of made me smile when y'all were in tears because of this thing. I know it's mean, but it means I must have some writing potential. So, yeah, sorry for this ending
I know you guys are gonna be like "What? That's the end?" But, yeah, it is.
Not my best work, but I suck at endings. And, this chapter probably is really jumbled up. Sorry, once again.
But, I'm still working on fanfics. I get new ones in my head all the time. Don't forget my one shot/short story book. I write in there all the time!
So yeah. Hope y'all like my shortest fanfic ever!
