TYPES OF FOLLOWERS ON WATTPAD

There are different types of followers people get. Meaning, there are different reasons why people follow you.

Which typa follower are you? and which typa followers do you receive most? LET'S FIND OUT.

We have the-

1) 'I love your bio!' followers.

There are people who actually appreciate the weird, silly shiz in your bio. Some peoples bios put a smile on your face, others make you want to roll your eyes, others creep you out.

I should prolly make a separate chapter for types of bios I've seen.

So yeah, a lot of people follow because of what's in your bio. or Who's in it.

2) You're one of their fave authors.

They love your work(s). They like your writing style. They follow to keep up.

3) 'I love your comments' followers.

They see your comments in a book, they like, they follow. I've had people follow me because of the silly arse comments i be leaving on books. sometimes i wish people didn't have to see em in their newsfeed. i've also followed people based on their comments.

4) 'you're friends with this author' followers.

maybe their favourite author is close to you. maybe you're being followed by one of their fave authors. maybe you're all over this author's board and vice versa.

5) 'we have mutual friends' followers.

why are we following the same people and haven't followed each other?

6) 'smut chapter is on private' followers.

GIMME MY SMUT, AUTHOR.

they'll probably unfollow after jacking off to your chap.

7) 'omg you replied!' followers.

lmao and they're usually the peeps who start off with a hateful comment.

8) 'you're ranking high in your genre, i'm ranking high in my genre, we should follow each other' followers.

Popularity strikes, yet again.

9) 'we're both ranking high in the same genre' followers.

they might not even read each other's books, but they'd follow each other. normally the ww group is fond of this. but they're usually the tightest.

10) 'You love bts therefore i love you' followers.

11) 'You're pretty' followers.

oml how could i forget this:

12) 'YOU'RE A BOY' followers.

these people don't care who you are, what you are, what you write. you're j u s t a deal to them. harsh truth.

17) 'you have a lot of followers' followers.

18) 'i only want a follow from you, nothing genuine' followers.

19) 'you have a nice personality' followers.

20) 'we had a great convo in the comments section' followers.
