"Pedri," Vivienne calls out to him while rolling her eyes at the unusually nervous boy standing beside her at the paddock's entrance. He's not stepping a foot inside the paddock, refusing to budge from his spot, "Stop overthinking. My family won't eat you alive."

"That's where you're wrong." He tells her pointedly, "Because last night I got messages from two unknown numbers claiming that they're someone named Charles and Mijoo."

"And?" She raises an eyebrow, still not getting what's wrong.

"And they literally sent me death threats!" He exclaims with wide eyes and shoves his phone into her hands for her to see for herself.

Vivienne grabs his phone and swipes to see what he's talking about and without any doubt, Charles and Mijoo both have texted him. Correction, they have threatened him over texts under the words You better be on your best behaviour around my sister, you punk or else. That's the message Charles had sent whereas Mijoo's is as simple as I'm gonna run you over with my car.

"Oh, they're not that bad." Vivienne says after a moment of silence.

Pedri turns to face her with a whiplash, "Not that bad?!" He almost shouts, "One of them literally said they're running me over with her 360 mph car and you're saying its not that bad?!"

Vivienne huffs with another roll of her eyes, "C'mon, mon chéri. They're just messing with you." She tries to soothe his worries, "Charles takes his job as a protective big brother quite seriously and Mijoo...well, I think she's threatening you because of jealousy."

His eyebrows furrow, "Jealousy..?"

Vivienne nods and then winces when she's reminded of a certain memory, "Yeah, when we were younger she used to have a crush on me. Maybe, she still does."

"Great." He throws his hands up in frustration. "Just another person to fight for your love. A person who's most probably going to try to kill me."

She chuckles at how dramatic he's being and then pinches his cheek affectionately.

"You won't have to fight anyone for my love," She tells him with a smile, "I'm already all yours."

With that, she leans and presses a small peck on his jaw, just below his lips.

Just as quickly as she had leaned in, she leans back and gives him a smug look.

Pedri tries to chase her lips but she stops him with a hand on his chest to which he just replies with roll of his eyes and a groan of, "You're such a little tease, I swear to God."

One of her hands come up to cup his jaw as she wipes the slight stain of her lipgloss on his lower lip. This makes him sigh in satisfaction.

"You can kiss me all you want when we go back to my house." She whispers seductively while looking up at him through her eyelashes.

"Really?" He looks like an eager puppy and it almost makes Vivienne coo at how cute he looks wrapped around her finger.

"Hmm," She hums in approval, "Yeah, you can do anything you want, anything you like."

She stops for a moment when she sees his eyes darkening and tries to hide her smirk at the obvious effect she's having on him.

"But before that," She continues while still caressing his jaw, "You have to do something for me."

"Anything you want, amor. Just say the words and I'll do it."

He sounds so eager that a chuckle slips through her lips.

"Come with me to the Ferrari garage, watch the race and then go to the after party with me."

Pedri scowls at her while she cheekily grins up at him after saying that.

"You're such a sly vixen." He grumbles and pinches her waist playfully making her squeal as she swats his hand away from her waist.

"Think about the reward, baby." She says in a sing-song voice which causes his scowl to deepen.

But it takes just one look at the pink dress hugging her curves and the shimmery pink lipgloss decorating her lips and he finally relents.

"Okay fine." He groans as he lets in.

Vivienne does a little cheer and gives him a kiss on his cheek, liking how his light stubble tickles her lips. With one final smile at the Spaniard, she starts to enter the paddock with her VIP pass.

They quickly walk through the crowd, manoeuvring around engineers and F1 fanatics alike. Pedri looks all around the circuit with amazement and wonder. It feels like a surreal experience to be there, to be attending a F1 race at it's core and heart, in the circuit of Monaco with a girl he cherishes so much. It's so different yet so alike to the atmosphere of a football game. His gaze flicks towards Vivienne who has a huge toothy smile on her face as she almost glows, as if this is her element and maybe it is because she's talking about it so animatedly and with so much energy.

Pedri finds her energy contagious and lets a carefree smile blossom on his face.

But the smile vanishes when he sees his looming death from afar.

Aka the Ferrari garage.

"Here goes nothing." Pedri mutters under his breath as he lets Vivienne grab his hand and pull him towards the Ferrari garage where he can already see the two Ferrari drivers, Charles and Mijoo glaring at him.
