Currently I'm driving to the store to grab some food for tonight because my sister is coming over and I also need necessities because one of my targets are going to die very very soon.

I know I've been nervous about handling them, but it's been a few days since I last worked, and that gave me more time to get shit together.

And that's because of the man himself.

Xavier Grey.

I have never been this ready to end someone's life in almost two weeks, but this man really wants me to.

He fired me the other day, and yes it did hurt because even though we've had a bad history with each other, he made me think I was "forgiven". And even if I wasn't, he was generous enough to not bring it up again.

Or maybe he just didn't care.

Honestly, it didn't matter because he's no longer my boss and I no longer work for King Grey Corporations.

I know I shouldn't take this harshly because I'm going to kill him soon, but still, that job was my starter and working as their assistant allowed me to take trips to different countries and even allowed me to work with other partners who also wanted him dead.

Let's just say the Grey brothers haven't really blessed anyone outside of America.

But I'm not going to sit here like a knot on a log.

I have things to prove, and they aren't going to be put into place without me being in the right state of mind.

Which is why I've been keeping an eye on the Grey twins lately, and I am proud to say that in a few weeks Grey Corporations will go down in flames.

I've been informed that De'Andre is still out of the country because of business - he won't be back until the end of the week - and Xavier is getting too comfortable with his power of being head of the throne.

It's time to do something about that.

Now don't get me wrong, Xavier has always been the one who drove this business forward, but he's just an asshole and big headed.

He fired me and I already knew he was going to replace me with Romeo's daughter, but I wasn't going to let him.

I'd kill the both of them before he ever disrespects me again.

After the day he fired me, I promised myself that he's going to feel everything I felt.

I tried giving him another chance at life but since he likes to fuck shit up so badly, I'm done being lenient.

It's time to be deadly and finish this shit before it gets out of hand.

With a clouded mind, I grab all of the things I need from the store and drive back to my apartment.

Even though I have the money to buy a very expensive house, I don't want the press to have an easy target.

That would cause speculation.

Safety has always been something I'm careful about. My luxury would never outweigh my safety and it's not just me that I have to protect.

It's my sister as well.

While turning the corner to my apartment, my mind switches back to Xavier.

He has been messing with me for the past few years ever since we had that mishap where I thought he was De'Andre, but my little sister is even in this, and I don't like it.

Years ago she had told me that he had broke her heart, and after that I never saw him as a man.

I saw him as a idiotic asshole who only cares about himself and his well-being.

It seems like everytime he comes across someone, he personally fucks up their life.

Well, that stops today.

"Are you free tonight?" Xavier asks me as we eat our breakfast

I'm at his house for the weekend, and my parents decided to give me the space to actually be around him because he hasn't done harmed me.

But then again, I would've found a way to get to him anyways because our relationship - or whatever we're apart of - has been getting stronger everyday, and I haven't felt more alive.

"No, I don't believe so. What's up?" I ask taking a bite into my pancake

I moan slightly at the taste and close my eyes because his pancakes were by far the best I have ever tasted.

He never allows me in the kitchen while he's cooking so I always had to watch from a distance, but it's nice to see his back muscles tense and flex.

Only God knows how much of a holy sight that is.

"I'd like to take you out to dinner. I know it may be too soon, but I feel like I don't know anything about you." He replies bringing the cup of berry punch to his lips

He drinks the reddish colored liquid while looking at me and that's when I realize he's messing with me.

It's too early for this, so I shake my head and look down at my food. I smirk and take a sausage link and slowly bring it to my lips to lick the top of it then softly push it in my mouth and bite on it.

After I swallow, I lick my lips and open my eyes to meet Xavier with his jaw clenched and hand tightly wrapped around the cup.

The usual stormy grey color in his eyes is gone and now a color so dark it almost looks black, but I'm done teasing him just yet, so I get up from the table and walk to the bedroom.

Not before turning around to bite my lip and take off the buttoned up shirt I'm wearing, that belongs to him.

He always wants me to wear his clothes, and it feels nice to be completely embraced in his scent and masculinity.

I lick my lips and continue looking at him and finally make my way to the bedroom. Once I walk in the bathroom to check my appearance, I notice a yellow sticky note on the window that makes my breath hitch.

It's nice to see you've moved on. Hopefully you can do that again before our next meeting. XOXO, J
