Now I know that I've been gone for a while, but I'm back now, and I feel as if I should nip this shit in the bud.
De'Andre Grey is nothing but a fucking liar and he deserves to rot in hell.
A couple of years ago, Xavier and I were dating and I honestly adored and cherished those times.
We used to go on late night dates to the movies, the park, and even the Oklahoma's Museum.
I had an incredible time with Xavier and I even thought about giving my virginity because we were together for about 2 and a half years.
But then he decided to fuck that up.
Months before I planned on giving Xavier my virginity, De'Andre came into our room and told me he had a deal for me.
I was confused at first, because we had never really spoke.
Mostly because he was never home and would always try to keep his distance from Xavier other than work.
But once he told me the deal, I was disgusted.
He wanted me to secretly sleep with him, and I couldn't find it in my heart to take him seriously.
And De'André knew I was never going to cheat on Xavier, because I wouldn't want him to cheat on me.
But when he threatened to tell everyone about my past, I knew there was nothing I could say to change his mind.
As a child I was always mice and quiet.
Until highschool.
My 11th grade year was the scariest year of them all, and it involved my sister, my ex boyfriend, Jack, and his sister, Veronica, and I.
We were all at Jack's house one night and things started to get pretty heated.
Mostly because Veronica was jealous towards my sister and I because we started to take Jack's attention away from her.
As children they were inseparable and I understood that because that's how my sister and I were.
So being the person I am, I tried negotiating with Jack saying we should include her more so she doesn't feel left out.
But he instantly neglected it and claimed that she needed to mind her own business and that she's basically a grown woman.
I saw both of the reasonings clearly, but I hated that I was in the mix of it.
I couldn't do anything about the situation, so I just went along with it.
But that only went on for so long because Veronica ran away a few months later.
There was a letter taped to her mirror saying that she knew she was a burden and that she was tired of being a third wheel.
But at the end of the letter she had lied and said I was being mean and rude to her and said that I was the one who had made her run away.
She lied and said that I was the one who made her cry all those nights we walked in her room and heard sniffling.
But she had told me it was because she wanted to be included...
But what made me even more upset was that Jack took her side then broke up with me hours later.
I didn't even try and fix us because I realized that he'd always believe her and there would be no way he'd take my side even though he knew how conniving his sister could be at times.
After that my sister and I kept our distance from them, but one day the unimaginable happened.
I was walking down the street and came across an alley and something in me told me to turn to my left and when I did, I couldn't imagine what I had witnessed.
It was Veronica and she was beat up badly
While she was on the phone I noticed that she had bruises all over her neck, arms, and legs and her eyes were bloodshot red and so was her skin. She was in the worst state possible and my heart broke at the sight of her.
Subconsciously I gasped softly and that must've triggered her senses, because she looked right at me then hung up the phone and pulled out a gun and aimed it at me.
I instantly ran but once I realized the bullet didn't come towards me, and that the sound was somewhat faint, I ran back to where I first saw her.
She was lying on the cold beige colored looking pavement that was now turning red as blood began pouring out of her which made my stomach turn and twist.
I cursed under my breath and shook my head rapidly not believing what had just happened.
I had just found her and she took one look at me and commits suicide
I ran to her side and instantly took the gun away from her but before I could check for a pulse, she gripped my wrist and whispered her last words that I knew would make my life miserable.
"Rot in hell you bitch."
Not even a second later, I began to hear sirens blaring and tires screeching.
In my mind I prayed that she wasn't on the phone with the police before she looked at me, but once the sirens came closer I knew that she was.
I shook my head repeatedly as tears started to fall down my cheeks and tried to put the gun down, but it was too late.
The officer behind me told me to raise myself slowly and to put my weapon down.
In that moment I knew I wouldn't be able to make it out of this and just stared at the ground.
The SWAT Team and the regular police officers were behind me and bystanders were all around the alley with their phones out recording.
While staring at Veronica's body my mind began going wild and subconsciously a grimace and a bucket of regret washed over me of even befriending her.
Seconds later, the police officers cuffed me and took me into their car and drove off taking me to the police station.
At first I was sentenced 10 years because of first degree murder, and 5 years because the gun wasn't registered, but once they found out who my parents were they instantly sentenced me to 3 years.
My parents were the first called assassins who worked for Luke Olson.
He was one of the kings of Mafia, and once they realized that my parents had people related to them, who could literally kill everyone in the police station and their families without hesitation, they thought it'd be best for me to stay in there a shorter amount of time.
But even that didn't settle with my family because my Aunt Mayleign bailed me out the next day and told the world if they touched me, they'd die.
So with that being said, I never told anyone of my past and because Xavier was strict on not dating anyone who has a record, I even gave him a fake name.
He was just now getting settled in being a powerful business man and he didn't need the press on him 24/7 because he had a "murderer" as a girlfriend.
But the fact that I was dating Xavier and that he didn't know my past did make me want to tell him just in case something like this happened, but that's easier said then done.
So days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, and just like that, months turned into years, and I still didn't tell him.
And I still didn't want to
But after De'Andre had threatened me, I played by his rules and childish games and that led to Xavier finding us in his bedroom with me in his lap squirming around because he was making me very uncomfortable and I wanted nothing more than to get off of him.
Once Xavier had found out, I felt his hurt, and it made my heart hurt a million times more, but I couldn't do anything because I still loved him, and I knew that he deserved more than a criminal even though I was falsely accused.
Weeks after this happened, I left California without uttering a single word because the guilt and regret was heavy on my conscious and soul and I knew that this world was too cruel to have Xavier and I to be together.
Growing up, I always thought everything happened for a reason, but that day when I saw the hurt and disgust in Xavier's eyes made me believe otherwise.
All I wanted was to be loved and not treated as a felon because of something I didn't even do.
But I knew it would never happen because a murderer would always be the label that hung over my head, but when I had Xavier by my side it never mattered.
Because he murdered my past with love and affection
