As Travis and Becky pulled up back at there house, he walked around a bit outside while Becky was inside feeding Alexis. She looked up and saw him sitting on the couch outside with his head in his hands, she had an idea so she finished feeding there daughter and took her outside. She walked around the house and snuck up behind Travis, she put Alexis down and watched her crawl under his legs. He looked a bit confused.

Travis: Alexis? Where did you come from?

Becky walked up the steps smiling at him while he held Alexis. She sat next to him and rubbed his back as he was stressed.

Becky: What's wrong?

Travis: I don't know how I'll break the news to everyone.

Becky: Like Management?

Travis: No, The universe. Our fans.

Becky: Listen I know it'll be hard, but you'll have to do it one day or another.

Travis: Yeah... I know....

He looked down and saw Alexis playing with her feet and he smiled, he walked both of his girls inside and sat on the couch and thought long and hard how he was going to tell his friends and family.

He needed to pass on the news to Stephanie since he told her he would. He called her immediately.

Stephanie: Hello?

Travis: Hi Stephanie, how are you?

Stephanie: I'm good, how are you Travis?

Travis: Well not good..

Stephanie: Bad news?

Travis: The doctor said that I have multiple bruises on my cerebellum (back of the brain) and doesn't want me to wrestle. He didn't say how long I'll have to wait and rehab but he said he wants me to Inring retire for now.

There was a long silence as she was thinking.

Travis: Stephanie?

Stephanie: Yeah.. I'm sorry Travis, that's horrible.

Travis: ....

Stephanie: Now meet me at my office on Monday, I'll be at RAW for the next contract signing for PAYBACK.

Travis: Ok.

Stephanie: Well discuss what's the next step and everything we can use to help you recover.

Travis: Thank you Stephanie, see you Monday.

Stephanie: Bye Travis.

He hung up and took a huge breath, he rubbed his face since he knew that his friends and family were next. He decided to have a get together with there friends for later on tonight.

He called his mom and she picked up quick.

Mom: Hi honey, how are you?

Travis: Not good mom..

She over heard him start to cry and hold it back.

Mom: Honey? What's wrong?

Travis: Mom......

Mom: What sweetie?

Becky walked in and saw Travis holding back tears and overheard his mom on his phone, she sat next to him and comforted him as she was started to hold tears back now.

Travis: Mom, I was told that I'm too concussed to return to the ring.

Mom: What does that mean?

Travis: Means I have to retire.

They both didn't hear anything from his mom as she must have been in shock.

Mom: Travis, I'm so sorry.

Travis: ....

Mom: Can you call your dad and tell him.

Travis: Oh fuck.... I don't think I can.

Mom: You have too, Listen honey. I am so sorry that this has happend. But remember, you have Becky with you.

Travis: I know, she's my everything right now. And so is Alexis, both are now my world.

Mom: I love you honey, I'll call you later.

Travis: Love you too mom, bye.

He hung up and Becky wiped his tears off, he looked at her and she smiled at him. She picked up Alexis and sat her on his lap, he looked at there beautiful baby girl as she poked his nose.

Travis: You two are my world now.

He kissed both and took a big breath as he called his dad up.

Dad: Hey Travis.. Listen I heard about your injury.

Travis: You did?

Dad: Yeah Katie called me just now.

Travis: I'm guessing she heard mom talking.

Dad: Must have, now son listen. I'm sorry to hear about this.

Travis started to hold tears back as his dad gave him advice. Becky held his arm and just looked at him.

Dad: .. now this maybe something great for your career, this can open so many opportunities for you bud.

Travis: I guess I never thought of it in that way.

Dad: This can make you prove WWE what you're capable of, in a comeback or helping the show out.

Travis: Yeah that's good advice.

Dad: Glad I could help buddy, listen I gotta get back to work but remember. Whatever happens your mother and I are so proud of you.

Travis: Thanks pops. Love you.

Dad: Love you son, talk to you later.

Travis hung up and started to cry, Becky saw him breakdown and held him.

Later that night*

Travis sat around the table that him and Becky prepared food for, everyone was was there; Finn & Bayley, Charlotte & AJ, and last but not least Lexi & Buddy.

After talking a bit, Travis stood up and everyone looked at him. Becky knew what he was going to say and held his hand.

Travis: So I.... We got some terrible news the other day and I thought having everyone that's close to us needs to find out first.

Everyone looked at him very concerned and confused. Travis started to tear up a bit and everyone got worried.

Travis: We went to the doctor yesterday for some tests, and we found out that I need to retire from the ring due to multiple concussions.

Everyone gasped and looked at him shocked, he saw Charlotte and Lexi start to tear up. Bayley stood up and hugged him as he let some tears go.

Buddy: I.. I don't know what to say, I'm sorry man.

AJ: This is terrible.

Finn stood up and walked to Travis as he teared up and hugged him.

Finn: I'm sorry brotha, I... I shouldn't have botched that move at Mania.

Travis: Nah man, it's not your fault. It's no ones besides myself for not reading the signs.

Everyone got there hugs in for Travis and all sat outside drinking some cold ones just talking good. They all tried to change the subject on his injury until AJ had to ask.

AJ: Now I know you don't want to talk about this but, how are you going to address The Universe?

Travis: You know, I have been talking to Edge and Paige for some advice. You'll have to wait and see.

Charlotte: Are they doing anything with you after?

Travis: Stephanie said she had somthing in the works for me, so either or I'll still be around everyone.

All continued to talk and laugh as they looked at the fire. Everyone took pictures of this amazing night of everyone just hanging out for the first time in a long time.

After everyone left*

Travis cleaned everything up and helped Becky put Alexis to bed, both kissed her goodnight. Both just watched her fall asleep and Becky walked him to bed.

After they both stripped down, he laid next to her and kissed her until she spoke.

Becky: Today was good, I think we'll be fine.

Travis: It felt good talking it out to everyone.

Becky: Well you'll have to do it again in front of everyone in a couple days.

Travis: That's going to be the hard part.

He kissed her and she giggled as they said there goodnights and fell asleep.

Monday Night RAW*

After a nice relaxing week with his family and friends, Travis and Becky rolled into the arena in Kansas City for RAW. Travis unpacked both bags in there locker room and got changed, he watched Becky get changed and they walked out to talk to everyone.

Some people who didn't know what had happen to Travis had questioned why he wasn't in his ring attire.

Travis kicked off RAW by walking out with Becky by his side the whole time and both stood in the middle of the ring.

Travis: How's it going Kansas City?

The croud erupted in cheers and he soaked it all in.

Travis: Well I'm currently out here for a reason, and it's not a good reason.

He took a breath and Becky kissed him which made him smile.

Travis: Well thank god she's out here with me.

The crowd cheered and chanted Becky's name until Travis continued.

Travis: So let's get this over with.

He took another breath and looked around at eveyone as the cameras followed him.

Travis: So I wasn't at RAW last week because I was going through some tests, now after all the years I've been wrestling I've never had a serious injury to make me come out here and explain what's happening.

The crowd was silent and just focused on Travis and Becky.

Travis: After all these tests, I've found out that I have had multiple concussions throught my career. And I've been told that I have multiple bruises on my cerebellum, the back of my brain. Now what this means is that I need to rehab my injuries and focus on my health.

At this point he knew that some people knew what was coming next.

Travis: Which is...

He was getting a bit choked up and Becky rubbed his arm and kissed his cheek.

Travis: Which is why I have to announce my retirement from in-ring competition.

The croud was shocked and he saw some people holding there mouths which were open in pure shock. He looked at some of his female fans start to cry.

Travis: Now this doesn't mean I'm going away forever, I've got some stuff built up for this company in the coming days.

Becky smiled at him as he said his last statements before his thank you's.

Travis: During this injury I was talking to some other superstars that had this same talk with everyone. Now I talked to Paige during this, but I was told some advice from another superstar and I'm going to say one line he told me.

Travis: He told me "It's hard to leave this company, but it's so worth it when you comeback".

Travis: That man is Edge, he and Paige have been huge help during this difficult time for the both of us.

Travis wiped his eyes and kept talking.

Travis: Now for the hard part; I just want to say thank you to everyone, all the managers, producers backstage and the rest of the superstars back there; to Vince, Shane, Stephanie and Hunter who have been huge help for my career. To my family back in Boston, I did it.

He looked at Becky and started to drop tears as he saw her crying, he kissed her and continued.

Travis: I want to thank my rock, my world; Becky, baby. You're my everything and always will be, I love you.

Becky hugged him and kept crying as he kept talking with one more statement.

Travis: And to you all, the Universe. I want to say thank you to you all, you're all very special to me. You're now my family, and therefore I say thank you and I love you all.

He kissed Becky cheek and had one more thing.

Travis: As my last thing..babygirl, Alexis? I'm coming home.

She kissed him and he waved to everyone as he held her hand backstage. There he was greeted by almost everyone that uas effected his career from Vince to Hunter.

After all the hugging and talking Travis went to pack up and both him and Becky went to the airport.

Back in Tampa*

Becky and Travis saw that Katie had put Alexis to bed and they just watched her sleep and smiled.

Travis: This is my life now.

Becky: Our life now, I'm going to be here as much as possible.

He walked her to there bedroom after they tucked in there daughter.

Both stripped down and laid in bed just looking at eachother.

Travis: You were a huge help today. Thank you.

Becky: No need too, I'll always be by your side.

Travis: I love you.

Becky: I love you more.

Travis: Prove it.
