Echo POV

"Cancun?" I ask Beck, ok so I may have met his family in probably the begging of our relationship in a family reunion more like a party of sorts but that was only for a few hours.. this is different.

"Yeah." Beck says.

"Beck this is your family vacation and my parents are going to Puerto Rico for a vacation as well." I say not because I didn't wanna go with them but because I was nervous as heck for it, meeting his family and spending a whole week with them is nerve wrecking!

"Your parents are already taking Jade like always with your brother and because ever since you became friends they've taken her with you. Come on please, it'll just be a week." Beck says trying to convince me and I look away to resist him.

"Think about it, beaches, you and I alone, jacuzzis, we get our own room." He listed taking my chin between his fingers.

"Beck we're gonna be with your family, this is your family vacation." I say making him smile.

"It'll be fun I promise." He says and I hug myself looking down.

"Fine.. but only if your aunt allows it." I mumble.

"Great because she was the one to ask me to bring you." He says making me blush.

"And you didn't bother telling me this?! Now I'm more nervous!" I groan making him chuckle and kiss my nose.

"It's ok baby it'll only be a week." He says making me bite my lip.

"Oh, hey, I just wanted to remind you guys that I'm going away to Puerto Rico with Erik's parents for semester break and you guys have nothing fun to do." I blink and looked at Jade.

"Why was that necessary again?" I ask her tilting my head.

"What you're going to Cancun with Beck's family." Jade says.

"Don't brag about it." I say perplexed.

"Anyway go to the table I wanna order my lunch today." I say as she nods and goes to a table.

"So you got nothing to do for semester break?" Festus asks.

"No." Tori says.

"Come to the back of my truck." Festus says before moving away from the window making me raise an eyebrow.

"He wants you to go behind his truck." Cat says.

"I know." Tori says backing away.

"So, you're going to Cancun with Beck's family?" Andre asks making me groan.

"Don't remind me." I say.

"Why aren't you happy?" Cat asks.

"Because I've only met his family once probably a few months after we started dating. Family is important to me so every time Beck has a family thing I just let him go with no questions asked and not go with him. I mean those things are privet a girlfriend isn't suppose to go to something like that unless it's like a party or something which is how I met them, but family get together's and meetings are for that family." I say hugging myself.

"But you've been his girlfriend for 2 years already, they can see you as family too just like your family sees Jade as family." Andre says.

"That's different, Jade and me have been friend since we were in kindergarten so of course they would see her as family. I'm still a stranger to Beck's family." I say.

"Maybe that's why they wanted you to go, they would get to know you and you them. If you're really planing on being with Beck for the rest of your life then you might as well start knowing them now." Andre says.

"But what if they don't like me?" I ask and he wraps his hand around my shoulders.

"No one could ever not like you when you act like you act with the people who are close to you." Andre says and I take a breath nodding.

"I guess." I say and notice Tory and Festus were not back yet.

"Well I'll just go bother Beck to buy me food after school then." I say making Andre laugh.

"Hey, did you hear some of the guys are going to Yerba?" Beck asked and I raise a brow.

"Yerba?" I ask and he nods.

"Why does that place sound familiar?" I mumble before taking out my phone and looking for this place raising a brow.

"Yeah we better head to school and tell them not to go." I say making Beck look at me.

"Why?" He asks.

"Because that place is in the middle of a war so it's basically the same as Jade's dreams or the tracks she uses to sleep with bombs exploding everywhere and people screaming." I say causing Beck to take his keys.

"Let's go then." He says and we head out to go to school for our last day and I almost dragged Beck to Sikowitz class where I knew Tori would be.

"Tori!" I say causing her to look at me.

"Oh, hey Echo. What's up?" Tori asks.

"Beck told me some of you are going to Yerba." I say and she nods.

"Yeah all our expenses are payed, we get to spend a week in an exotic island and we only have to preform once every night." Tori says and I like my lips placing my hands together as if I was playing and put them to my lips.

"You looked nothing of that place did you?" I ask and she tilts her head.

"Festus said it was sorta like Hawaii." Tori says and I shake my head.

"No, Tori listen to me, you have to cancel your plans, I'm all for you guys having fun but Yerba is in the middle of war right now and has insects that can kill you so please don't go." I say making her eyes widen.

"Bu-but that wasn't on the official Yerba site." Tori says.

"Yeah because they're not gonna say all the bad things about the place me and my family went there because of that same site to have a little family vacation and trust me we didn't even spend the night in the hotel because it was so disgusting and bombs were going off everywhere with random soldiers just showing up with a lot of noise." I say making her frown.

"If you still wanna go do it but all I'm saying is that place isn't what you think it is and not fun at all." I say.

"Well.. I guess we're not going then." She says making me sight.

"I could talk to my parents and let you borrow our beach house." I say making her look at me.

"Really?" She asks and I nod.

"Yeah we sometimes stay the weekends there but I'm sure they'll be cool with you guys using it for the week.. just don't break anything and leave things like you found them." I say making her smile and jump hugging me with a 'yay'.

"Wait.. just how much money does your family have?" She asks.

"A lot, my mom is a designer and my dad is a lawyer." I say making her blink.

"Wow." She says making me chuckle.
