It's still Jan 1 it's New Years Day it counts

Honestly, most of 2018 was a boring year for me. Nothing interesting happened until... August?

I moved back to the US for the first time in 7 years in July. I moved to rural PA and started my sophomore year going to a completely normal civilian school instead of being in a completely military community (as I've been a military kid my entire life)

I've lacked in my update schedule for the stories I've already started, and that's something I want to improve in 2019 is to finish all my books in hiatus. I do love those books and I've never started a book I don't want to finish, I've just been more motivated in new things.

Early January I found the Minecraft roleplay series The Magiclicas, and got into the community there. In August/September I officially joined the helper team for that, and ever since I can easily say these few months have changed my life drastically. Joining got me into role play production, and I've joined one or two others and I'm learning how to use these skills.

Doing this has made me reconsider what I want to be when I grow up, still in the same sort of genre of career but shifted my focus from gaming to maybe just video production.

I've made new friends and gotten to really know, including and most certainly not limited to...

All the amazing people from the Magiclicas and Elysium Teams, I know only one or two people from those teams read my stuff here but I feel like I should shout out them too because they've changed my life so significantly as well.

Everyone here has become a sort of family?? It our own ways, at least to me. I've never really been super close to a lot of people online and especially haven't ever been associated with any specific groups of friends, I've always been on my own. But now I can say that has changed, and I don't regret meeting anyone that I've talked to this year one bit. I've learned so much from everyone and I can't express how much I appreciate you all.

For 2019, I hope to continue to have fun with everyone! That's what I'm online for, is to have fun and interact with people I can't IRL. I want to become more confident in my storytelling and maybe finally post some of my original stories, however first I will be finishing my stories in hiatus, like I mentioned before. I want to try and work on my art and videomaking skills and improve on those as well.

Welp, I think that's it? Not mentioning much IRL because honestly I have literally nothing going on there.
