Chapter 1

I got my Hogwarts acceptance letter a few days ago. I was very excited to go to the school. Finally I can get out of my boring mansion and make some friends. And maybe learn some magic to finally get rid of those accursed mudbloods. My silvery-grey owl, Xander just came back from sending my reply to the head mistress.

It was very quiet, mum and dad were at the Malfoy's house doing their death eater things. As usual. I walked down the stairs into the sitting room. The room looked like it wasn't used in years.

My family was the second-richest pure blood family in the wizarding world, the Malfoy's being the first of course.

(A/N this may or may not be true, I'm unsure but this is my book so Malfoy's are the richest! Ok back to the story.)

Being an only child sucked sometimes. I was always alone, there was never anyone for me to hang with. On the bright side though, mum and dad always gave me what I wanted, and I never had to worry about having an annoying sibling.

"Gwen!" I called while sitting on the couch. I heard a loud crack as the house-elf apparated into the room with me. "Yes miss?"

"When are they coming back?" I asked

"They should be returning within a half-hour or so Miss Trixie." Gwen replied

"Thank you Gwen, you may now return to your tasks."

She nodded and ran off while I propped my feet on the table and leaned back. My eyes closed slowly as I relaxed on the couch thinking about the future ahead of me.

*Dream*

I was in a dark room. There was no light at all except for the faint glow under a near door.

"Finally the time has come." A deep voice said across the room "Are you ready?"

My mouth seemed to have a mind of its own, along with my voice. "Yes master"

After what seemed like forever my eyes finally adjusted, I could see the see the outline of a very long table and a man's figure siting at the very head.

"Come here child." The man said quietly

I walked towards him. Each of my steps seemed to be dripping in confidence, but I was very scared in the inside. I was also very confused, apparently I knew this man and what was happening, but I didn't. It was like I had amnesia or something.

Soon I was face to face with the man, or rather face to head. He was turned so I faced his back, but as if noticing me behind him he turned.

The man was none other than the Dark Lord himself. Once I saw his face, my fear slowly began to fade. I knew what was happening. Finally it was time for me to join the Dark Lord. This was the day I've waited eleven long years for. I wanted to become one with the death eaters. My family and my friends, we would all be bonded together. I would have all the power in the world.

Well, all the power given to me. Not more than the Dark Lord of course.

"Give me your left arm ." The Dark Lord said while I obediently followed his commands. He placed my arm onto his own and held it there tightly while he took his wand in his right and placed the tip on my forearm.

*Dream Ends*

"Time to get up dear."dad said while shaking me awake. Grumbling, I sat up and stretched before rising and turning to dad. "Welcome back father."

Father placed a hand on my head. "Thank you dear, now let's go eat dinner shall we?" He said, I nodded and followed him into the dinning room. Mum was already sitting in her place at the table waiting for us. Once she saw me she immediately smiled. "Hello Trixie." She said, "How was your day?"

We sat down and I looked back at mum and put on a small smile. "The same as usual mum."

The house-elves came in carrying our food and we all dug in. I was just beginning to cut into my chicken when father spoke again.

"How about we go to Diagon Alley tomorrow and get your school supplies?"

My smile grew bigger, "That would be great father."

He nodded, "It's settled then, we will leave around noon tomorrow."

Mum and dad had some small conversation about something with the ministry of magic, but I wasn't listening I was to busy thinking of Hogwarts and all the other students my age.

Once we finished eating, I went straight up to my room while mum and dad left to their studies.

When they aren't doing their death eater stuff they are working in high positions in the ministry with Luscious Malfoy, making it harder to show that they are followers of the Dark Lord.

I entered my room and laid on my bed listening to the house-elves clean up the mess downstairs. Eventually my tiredness got the best of me and I fell asleep, this time I didn't dream.

I woke up later than usual, I looked quickly at the grandfather clock in the corner to see that it was 10:47 am. Quickly I got up and brushed my hair and changed my clothes.

A house-elf knocked on the door and I let them in. "Sorry to disturb you miss." He said, "But Mistress Rosewood sent me up here to you with your breakfast."

He set it on the desk and left. I ate some of the food and walked out the room. As I made my way downstairs I bumped into a different elf. "Watch it you prat!" I growled at it.

"So sorry miss, I promise to never do it again!!" He whimpered

I glared at him before entering the library. Mum was sitting there with a book as usual. She glanced up at the sound of the door shutting. Her face brightened up a bit upon seeing me.

"Good morning sweetheart, I trust you slept well?" She said

"Of course mum." I replied

She set down her book and revealed her wand from her the sleeve of her top. As always, mum dressed up as if she was going somewhere fancy, but you never know when the Dark Lord calls. And you don't want to be embarrassed when you get called out for looking like trash under his watch.

Today she wore a white top under a dark green blazer with a matching pencil skirt. Those shoes though, I couldn't understand how she managed to survive wearing those heels all the time.

Countless times I asked her, but all she ever said was 'Patience and practice can lead you so many ways.' I never really understood that though. I used to practice not hating muggles, but no madder how long I tried I still despised them. Pathetic weaklings.

With one flick of her wand, her book along with many others flew to the shelves behind me. I envied my parents power, I've waiting so long to use magic.

Father then walked in the room wearing a black jacket and pants, I looked down at my outfit. Skinny dark jeans with tears in the knees and a dark blue crop top. I was also wearing some kind of shoes muggles called Converse.

I felt so out of place, like I was the runt of their litter. They both are dressed like they are about to go to a nice dinner, while I fool around with reckless muggle teenagers.

It's a shame, the only thing that's good about the non-magic folk were their taste in clothing.

I left my dark brown hair down in its natural waves. I loved my hair, it matched perfectly with my ice blue eyes.

"Are you two ladies ready to leave?" Father asked

"I think we are Drake." Mum said while walking towards father.

Father placed his arm around her waist and looked at me. "You ready Trix?" I nodded and followed the two lovebirds to the fireplace. I quickly took a small handful of floor power off the mantle and stepped inside while dumping the powder over my head.

"Diagon Alley!"
