Chapter 60

Yoongi was whistling all the way to Namjoon's mystery club. He paused at the end of the hall when he saw the door open and Jin with Hoseok stepped out.

He hid behind the corner as they came walking.

"So do you like their idea?" That was Hoseok, Yoongi knelt down.

"I do, this is going to be interesting. I am not happy that Tae is working with Namjoon but what can we do."

"I agree with you, but let us head home. You said that you have a plan for this party."

"Yes, it involves Yamato and we will have to plan thoroughly. I have a feeling that this Tae might be working with the police."

"I do not think that, Jin. He is odd I agree but working for the police? He is simply too young."

They walked past Yoongi and their voices cut off by the next turn. Yoongi blinked, 'So Jin had ideas for this party he was planning?'

He stepped from behind the corner and walked to the club. He shook his head he didn't have time to think about that right now.

Yoongi knocked on the door quickly, the door swung open and he looked straight into Namjoon. Who he noticed was as white as a sheet.

"Kiryu it is you."

Yoongi nodded at him, they were familiar with each other's names but maybe he thought someone was listening to them. "Yes... I have come for an answer."

Namjoon turned from him and returned with a book in his hand. "I -"

Yoongi's eyes widened at the book. "This is Yuki's book! Where have you- why do you have it?"

Namjoon gulped. "She left it in the cafeteria three days ago and I kept it."

Yoongi lifted an eyebrow and held out his hand. "What was your plan with it?"

Namjoon's ears turned pink. "Well, I uhm thought that if- if I needed to start a conversation without you around it was the way to go."

Yoongi doubled over and slapped his knee with his hand. "That is the funniest thing that I have ever heard."

Namjoon bit his lip nervously, yeah it was funny for him but if Yoongi only released how much butterflies he had each time he saw Yumei... He would understand.

"Can you like to stop laughing?"

Yoongi stopped laughing and stood upright again and held out his hand again. "Them I will deliver the message to our fairy princess."

Namjoon handed him the book, he kept a close eye on Yoongi's face and saw that he was trying hard to bite back a laugh. "My answer is in the back."

Yoongi placed the book in his bag. "I will make sure she gets it. Oh and Namjoon."

Namjoon flinched. "Yes?"

"We still need to talk."

Namjoon nodded slowly. "Yes, you and Jimin."

Yoongi nodded and took his phone out of his pocket. "Give me your digits so that we can set up a date and time."

Yoongi handed him his phone, "Don't look so scared."

Namjoon hadn't realised that he had such emotion on his face. He took the phone and saved his number on it. "There is something else you should know."

Namjoon handed him the phone, Yoongi asked as he pocketed it. "Yes?"

Namjoon took in a deep breath. "We have planned the party and when you give me a time and date- we should talk about it."

Yoongi blinked at Namjoon, he had forgotten this was the party Jin was so adamant for Yumei to join. "Sounds good, I'll let you know."

Yoongi turned around and left Namjoon in the doorway. This was going to take a lot of careful planning from both families.

Yoongi made his way to the parking lot. Majima was supposed to come and fetch him he bit his lip. He had to speak to Jimin alone and tell him what he had learned from Jin's conversation.

The Kim family was on the move, so they would have to put their pawns into play, their time might get short to get Namjoon and Yumei together and he didn't want to rush their relationship.

Namjoon spoke of the party that Jin wanted to welcome the freshmen with but Jin postpones it so that Yumei may attend.

So... What was the plan then? He was worried, there were too many variables. He had identified that his own mother was a spy and even told Jimin who shrugged him off, unless...

Jimin knows that she is a spy and he already had a plan in place, but then the other question that was playing in his mind was how did he find out so quickly about Unmei's family?

Maybe he should do his own small investigation. No, there wasn't any time left for that. It was now or never, Yumei had to get out of this life as soon as her leg was healed.

He heard a car honk and it brought him back from his thoughts. He smiled the limo was waiting for him, he walked towards it when the door flew open. "Ooni!!!!"

Yoongi couldn't help the smile that formed on his face. "Yumi, what a surprise."

He was surprised and as he got in, he glared at Jimin. She was supposed to rest and yet here he brought her gallivanting in the city.

"Yay! Jimmi dod you see? Ooni didn't expect to see me!" Yumei clapped her hands together in her excitement.

Jimin nodded, "See, Yoon. No one could stop this rainbow of ours."

He didn't care, the fact was that Jimin was supposed to make sure that she rested. "You are right, no one would be able to stop her."

Yoongi closed the door and ruffled Yumei's hair. "Did you have a great day?"

Yumei smiled and leaned against Yoongi's shoulder. "I did, I have finished the book Jima bought me in the garden."

Yoongi placed his arm around her shoulders. "Wow, already?"

"You know that I am a fast reader."

"That you are Yumi." A silence fell in the car as Majima drove them home. Yoongi made eye contact with Jimin and Jimin nodded.

Yumei wanted to ask about Namjoon and his reaction but she was too embarrassed to ask it now. She would have to wait until they got home and she was alone in her room.

Her eyes started drooping, she suddenly felt tired and she closed her eyes. Yoongi looked down and smiled, she was so stubborn. After making sure that Yumei was fast asleep he turned his attention to Jimin.

"Why did you bring her?"

Jimin folded his arms, "She wanted to go out and I told her no. So I gave her an ultimatum that she could ride along when we pick you up or just stay cooped up."

"She should have stayed home, you know her life is in danger."

Jimin let out a sigh, "I know... But Yoon, you know that she craves freedom and this is how fsr it is going for now."

Yoongi licked his tongue. He understood but she would be the death of them. He pressed his lips against her temple and turned his gaze to the window. "Jimin, we are running out of time."

Majima chimed in, "What do you mean?"

"The Kim family is moving and what I have heard... This party they are planning for the freshmen- I think that is when it would be going down."

Jimin's eyes widened. "That is soon, only a few weeks and we-"

Yoongi sighed, yes he knows. They had so much they wanted to do but as he just told them; out of time. "I know, so we would have to hurry and make contact with Namjoon."

Majima let out a tsk. "Well, luckily I bought her a cellphone."

"You what?!" Yoongi didn't mean for his voice to come out so harsh but what was he thinking? That is the last thing she needed.

Jimin leaned forward. "I told Majima he shouldn't but... It might be the quickest way."

Yoongi snarled. "Quickest? It would be the quickest way to get her killed."

The estate doors opened and Majima stopped the car in the garage and turned to them. "No, it would be the quickest way to get them-"

Yoongi didn't give him time to finish his sentence. "I am against that idea. Do not give her the phone, we have a safe option with the letters."

Before Majima or Jimin could retort, he felt movement beneath his arm, Yumei was making up. "We will continue this debate later, Jimin gets ready fort he mad tea party we promised her."

Majima climbed out and opened the car door, "Would you be alright with the young miss?"

Jimin was already out and paused waiting for Yoongi. Yoongi slowly slid out beneath Yumei and climbed out. He picked her up and placed her right arm around his neck. "I am fine with the young miss."

He was irritated at the whole situation, he was going to tell Jimin that she shouldn't be going out, especially now that the Kim family was on the move. If Namjoon wanted to meet her, they would organise it but...

He peered down into her sleeping face, his heart broke. 'I am going to lose you either way.'

He made his way to the manor doors, Jimin had already opened it up, he adjusted Yumei in his arms and slowly climbed the stairs. The house was eerie quiet, so Mr Kazuma wasn't home?

He pushed her bedroom door open and placed Yumei on the bed. "Sleep, fairy princess... When you wake, I'll give your knights letter with your tea party."

He turned away and closed her door behind him. He let out a sigh, how where are they going to do this?
