Yoongi took a step back from her hospital bed. "I don't believe you!" Yoongi knew that Unmei would never do such a thing. "You are clumsy by nature and you fell-"

Yumei's eyes widened at him, 'I know I am clumsy but never to such an extent that I would break my own leg.' Her hands formed small fists. "I didn't fall and break my own leg, Yoongi."

Yoongi was pacing and turned to glare at her. "I am telling you are wrong! Unmei would never do that to anyone!"

"Then why don't you go ask her yourself!"

Yoongi snarled at her, "I will do exactly that! You will then apologise to her."

Yumei didn't flinch, she wasn't afraid of his anger demeanour anymore, "Excuse me? I will not apologise to a girl who broke my leg."

Yoongi was getting frustrated, there was no way Unmei would do something like this, he will talk to her tomorrow but he had to get Yumei off this topic. She was wrong, "I am still telling you that you are wrong."

Yumei lost her temper and grabbed a glass of water from her table, "Get out!" She threw the glass at him, Yoongi dodged and the glass shattered against the wall.

He was surprised at her action before he could say anything the door opened. "What is going on?"

Namjoon stared at the four people that have entered the hospital. The woman was very elegantly dressed and the older man was probably her husband, he looked stern and his suit expensive.

The other man was older than the man, he had an eyepatch on his right eye and Namjoon flinched. 'So scary.' The fourth looked around his age, he looked out of place but his suit was neat and nothing was out of place.

His and Jin's eyes followed them till they stopped at the reception. The woman looked back and Namjoon saw surprise flash over her face. ' Who are these people?' She turned her head back to the front.

Jin whispered in his ear, "We should leave." Namjoon shrugged him off and turned to him. "I am not leaving until I know she will be okay."

Jin rolled his eyes, he didn't want him to meddle further in his business. "She will be fine, Mr Shoma is with her."

Namjoon didn't care that he was with her, he wanted to hear with his own ears that she was okay. "I-" Jin grabbed his arm, "Let us leave." He dragged Namjoon from the hospital.

Riyu bit her lip, 'What was Jin doing here?' Mr Kazuma looked at the nurse, "We are here for-"

The nurse smiled, "I know." She walked from the desk. "This way." She led them to a private room that was far from the reception. They heard angry voices coming from the room, they stopped at the door and the nurse left them.

Jimin opened the door, "What is going on?" He looked the room over, Yoongi was near the wall far from the bed and glass laid shattered at his feet.

He turned his head to Yumei, she was huffing and her face was red. "Yoongi was just leaving."

Yoongi blinked at her, he has never seen Yumei this angry in his life. He was frustrated at her for telling a lie about Unmei and she didn't want to believe him that Unmei wouldn't do this.

To think he was worried about her. "Yes, I was just leaving." Jimin looked between them, he had felt the tension that was in the room. 'Something happened between them.' He entered the room followed by Mr Kazuma, Riyu and Majima.

Yoongi's hands started sweating, 'Why didn't Jimin come alone?' He saw the anger that flashed over Mr Kazuma's face. He was going to be in so much trouble.

"Yoongi-" Before Mr Kazuma could finish his sentence the doctor came in. "Good Afternoon, I am glad you all are here."

Riyu walked to Yumei's bed and took her hand. "Don't worry mommy is here." Yumei half-smiled at her but her attention was on the doctor.

Mr Kazuma took a step back so the doctor could address them all. "I have some bad news, we will have to operate to see how the leg had been broken."

Yumei, Yoongi and Jimin flinched. That sounded serious, the doctor continued. "So Miss Kazuma has to stay overnight so we can monitor her and she will be out tomorrow afternoon."

Majima narrowed hos one eye at the doctor, he didn't like the idea at all and they wouldn't be able to have security around her.

Mr Kazuma nodded, "That should be fine if I may ask-."

The doctor smiled, "Ask away."

"Can I have one of my people stay with her?"

The doctor looked uncomfortable, "It shouldn't be a problem."

Mr Kazuma turned and looked past Yoongi at Jimin. "Will you stay?"

Jimin nodded at him, "I will, sir."

Yoongi's heart broke, it will take a long time before Mr Kazuma trusted him with his daughter again. He had failed as her bodyguard and now he will have to face the consequences of something he had no control over.

Mr Kazuma looked at the doctor again. "We will say our goodbyes and leave her in your care."

The doctor nodded, "I will give her my best care." The doctor left the room and Riyu was patting Yumei's hair to comfort her, Mr Kazuma was glaring at Yoongi now. "We will talk at home."

Yoongi gulped, "Yes, sir." He turned his gaze to Yumei who was not looking at him, he let out an inward sigh. 'We are not okay.'

Majima walked closer and smiled at Yumei, "Don't worry young Miss. You will be home soon." He had tried to lighten the mood but it failed.

Riyu moved so that Mr Kazuma could say goodbye to Yumei and he kissed the top of her head. "I will come to pick you up tomorrow."

Yumei hadn't uttered a word, she didn't blink. 'Why did Yoongi defend the girl with so much force? Didn't he meet her only today?'

She didn't notice as her parents left with Majima, Yoongi had paused at the door and took a look back, 'Have I gone too far?' He regretted how he behaved but she had to see no one was always out to get her.

Yumei looked up as the door closed, Jimin walked to the bed with a smile on his face, "Mei-mei, want to tell me what happened?"

Namjoon was struggling against Jin's grip. "Let me go!"

Jin stopped walking and turned to Namjoon. "They will not let you see her, so go home."

Namjoon blinked, "What is it to you anyway? She is a random girl-"

"Exactly, she is a random girl so why are you so worried?"

Namjoon opened his mouth, something told him that he shouldn't voice his opinion. "Nothing, I have to get back to my club anyway."

Jin nodded, 'Good, that would keep him busy for the day.' He let ho of his arm, "Want a ride back?"

Namjoon nodded, it was better than walking twenty kilometres, they walked to Jin's car and Namjoon took one last look at the hospital.

He closed the door as he got in and took his phone out, "Who are you texting?" Namjoon didn't look at Jin, "I am letting Tae know that I am on my way back."

Jin turned the key and the car sprung to life, "Why are you even friends with him? He is weird."

Namjoon typed his message before answering Jin.

"I am on my way back, I will need your help with something."

He put his phone back in his pocket, "I am friends with him because he is unique and we have great conversations."

Jin said nothing, there was something about Tae that he couldn't put his finger on. "If you say so, something is off about him."

Namjoon looked at Jin, "Seriously? I think you are paranoid."

Jin didn't answer and sped up the car, they were quiet for the rest of the drive. Namjoon's thoughts went back to the four people that have entered the hospital. 'Was that Yumei's parents? But who was the other two?'

Yumei turned her gaze back down, should she spare Yoongi? She didn't know what he will tell her parents, she was still angry that he didn't believe her.

She couldn't understand why he didn't believe her, her heart was sad. "I just tripped, Jimin."

He took her hand, "Tell me another lie that I would believe."

She pouted, he always saw through her but Yoongi- "I am sticking to my story."

He chuckled, "Protecting him are you?"

She averted her gaze, "It is nothing."

"Mei-mei, you know if someone hurt you I will break their bones."

She knew, he was always her shadow but she had to stand on her own feet but that meant she will have to get out of Yoongi's shadow too. "Jimin-"

The door opened and nurses entered, "Sorry but we will have to take her now."

Jimin nodded and stood up, he kissed her on her temple, "I'll be waiting for you here."

Yumei nodded and the nurses rolled her bed out of the room, Jimin watched them leave and took out his phone, he scrolled down to Yoongi's number.

"She didn't talk, so you better save yourself under Mr Kazuma's wrath if you want to stay with her."

Yoongi sat quietly in the car, no one had uttered a word when they left the hospital he noticed that Riyu was as white as a sheet. Majima started the car and they drove back to the estate.

Yoongi's phone vibrated and he took it out and stared at the message. 'Yumei didn't say anything about who did this to her?' That was strange to him because she told Jimin everything.

Was that a sign that she was wrong about Unmei? He shook his head, 'No, she voiced her opinion strongly enough.' He replied.

"I will try my best."

The reply came quickly.

"You and I are going to talk about this."

Of course, Jimin would expect him to tell him the truth at least. He placed his phone back in his pocket, the car stopped at the gates.

Jin stopped at the University and Namjoon climbed out, "Thank you for the ride." Jin gave him a wave and saw Hoseok walking closer.

Namjoon nodded at Hoseok and made his way to his club when he got there he let out a groan. 'Not today.'

"Joonie!" Her voice was as sharp as razor, he sucked in a breath and plastered a smile on his face. "Jeoni, what are you doing here?"

She was holding a small bag with cookies inside. She was smiling at him, "I have come to reward the hero of the day!"

Did she have to scream slightly at every word she uttered? "How did you hear about that?"

She gestured backwards, "Oh, I have come to the club to see if you could help me find my missing earring."

Namjoon took a look at her, 'But she was wearing it.' She continued, "So, I found Tae coming from the direction of the infirmary."
