So once again up and coming I have to finish a few books before I can start with this one so there's a sneak peak.

Sneak Peek
I threw my bag on the bed, exhausted from a long day of school. I quickly grabbed a book ignoring the assignments peeking out of my bag. The Magic Thief was my latest interest in the Jewel Thief series. I was so absorbed in my book that I didn't realize my mom had come in. "Done with your homework?", she asked peeking over my shoulder at the book. I yelped then slowly shook my head then returned to the book. She sighed, "Reading is always good but you can't let it get in the way of your studies", she said. "It isn't getting in the way", I said, not looking up from the book. My mom snatched the book from my hands, she was livid. "You will look at me when I speak to you young lady", she said. "Whatever", I replied, like the typical teen I was. "You are not to touch a single book that isn't related to school till you learn respect", she said, proceeding to grab all my precious books. "Its not fair", I screame, stomping my foot. "Do your homework", she said simply leaving the room. I collapsed on the bed and cried. Why doesn't anyone understand me.
