Wren's POV

Its been three days since the incidence at school.I have been locked up in my room and haven't eaten anything.

Honestly am not hungry.I know that am making Ade and the girls worry but I have no control over my body and mind.

Sometimes things happen and trigger memories from the past and I am just locked there.I re live everything all  over again and it hurts so damn much.

I am startled by noise outside my bedroom door.

''I want to see mommy..''

''Sweetheart.... I told you that your mommy is sick....''

''But I just want to kiss her better just like she kisses me when my tummy hurts...''

I could tell that that was Mia and she was crying.I could never stand to seey angels sad and worse knowing that I am the reason.

So I gathered all the strength I had in me and put on my best fake smile and went to open my bedroom door.

I was immediately tackled by two little humans with hugs and kisses.These two make it all better. I was feeling better already.

''Mommy.....I had missed you soooooo much''

Said Mia with a huge smile on her pretty face whivk still had dried up tears.

'I had missed you both very much too.'

''Momma  are you better now?''

This time it was from Ava.

''Yes baby.....am all better all thanks to your magical kisses.''

I said while tickling them...

''Now go and get ready for school.''

''Will you take us to school?''

They asked at the same time with huge grins on their faces.

''No my Angels......'' I could already see their smiles dropping.''...but  after school we will all go for ice cream...''

That seemed to do the trick.

''Now go and get ready or no ice cream later.''

Now it was just Ade and I.As soon as the kids were out of site Ade pulled me into a big hug and started sobbing into my chest.

''Don't you ever scare me like that again.Do you hear me..''

''Am sorry my love it won't happen again.''

After a few more minutes she let go and smiled weakly at me. I knew she understood where I was coming from.

I didn't need to say anything ,she already know that I was not yet ready to go back to school.

''I love you....I'll see you later.''

She said and briefly pecked my lips.

''I love you too. Abe.''

I was now all alone with my thoughts but now I did not feel as bad as before.

I had all I needed to get through this.

Since I had missed school I had a lot of work I had to catch up on.

Ade being the good friend that she is she had brought me all the work I had missed.

I also had to make up to Ade and the girls since I know ice cream wouldn't be enough.

After finishing the assignments I decided to make them their favourite meal and snacks since I knew that they would be hungry when they got back from school.

Checking the fridge it only had eggs and milk so decided to go grocery shopping.

Since the store was just a few blocks away I decided to just walk there.

I got all the things I needs for making dinner and some other things we needed at the house.I felt my phone ring in my pocket.I could already guess who it was.

''Hey love how are you feeling...do I need to come home.....do you need anything...''

''Slow down babe and yes am doing fine and no you don't need to come.home and I don't need anything.''

''Okay if anything happens call me immediately.''

''Okay I will mother..''
I said while I rolled my eyes.

''Don't roll your eyes at me little girl..''

'I did not roll my eyes''

''Then Santa Claus exists.''

I was so busy talking on the phone that I did not see someone heading my way.

I hit someone with my cart.

''I gotta go I'll call later...bye..''

I didn't even wait for her to reply. I was panicking. This was the third time I had bumped into her.

''You know I.am.starting to believe that you bump into.me.intentionally....''

Damn that smirk.....I wish I could wipe it off her gorgeous face.

''Am really sorry and I swear that it is not intentional.''

''If you say so princess.''

She said then walked away leaving wandering what the hell just happened.
