Agent B's point of view
"Ashton isn't answering his phone." Michael said worriedly, pacing around the living room. "Luke won't return any texts. Calum... Calum's the one texting me."
"Yeah?" I asked, not really caring. "Great."
"Great? Great? My best friends are probably gonna get kidnapped or some shit and you're sitting on your ass doing nothing!"
"And I suppose you're not doing the same?" I asked, looking at him as he stopped.
"I'm-I'm walking-"
"Whatever." I said and then stood up. "Get some shoes on or some shit. We have boys to hunt down because someone's being a mom right now." I said and grabbed my car keys out of a drawer.
"I'm sorry I care so much about them! I wouldn't expect you to understand how I'm feeling Agent-"
"Don't fucking finish that sentence or I'll kill you myself." I told him. "It's not a threat. It's a promise." I told him lowly.
He closed his mouth and I chuckled as I shook my head. "You're uneducated. Don't go walking around like you know everyone because one day it's gonna bite you in your fucking ass." I snapped. "Let's go."
-
I walked around a motel, looking at the attendant. "Is Calum Hood staying here?" I asked and he looked at me.
"Ma'am I am not allowed to give you that information." He told me and I sighed irritatedly.
"Yeah, yeah right. Okay so listen, this is a matter of federal business. Now I'm asking again nicely, is there a person who signed in by the name of Calum Hood?" I asked and showed him my badge.
He stared at it for few minutes and nodded. "Yeah. Floor three, room 21a." He told me and I nodded.
Michael followed me up to the room and I knocked on the door. I didn't speak up when he asked who it was, I just kept knocking, and knocking, and knocking until he answered the door.
"What?" He snapped when he saw me. He didn't have a shirt on, his jeans were low on his hips, and maybe he had no boxers but that's none of my concern.
"Happy hour is over. Get your shit and let's go." I told him as he ran a hand through his messy hair.
"Is Luke there-"
"No. He isn't. Now get your shit and let's go." I said to him. "This asshole had been bugging about you guys for so long and if you don't grab your shit-"
I was cut off by a gun shot and I looked at the wall beside us. "Get inside. Get inside." I yelled and pushed Michael inside.
I slammed the door shut and locked it. "Behind the bed." I said quickly and they looked at me.
"We'll get-"
"Behind the fucking bed." I whisper hissed at them and they did as I said. I walked around the room and then slammed the closet door shut once the door was shot open.
I hid behind the bathroom door and waited for him to run towards the closet. Sure enough, the closet was the first thing he checked.
"Run! To the car!" I yelled and pushed the man into the closet to buy time.
I locked and loaded my gun as Michael and Calum ran out of the room. "Those stupid fuckers forgot the keys." I said and then my back was being slammed against the wall.
I felt the drywall dent due to my weight and I punched the man in the jaw, sending him stumbling back. I kicked him in his stomach and his gun went off, shooting into the drywall.
Before I could pull the trigger on it, he threw an award clock at my arm, causing me to drop the gun after shooting the floor. I looked around quickly and grabbed Calum's belt and t-shirt.
I moved away as he shot and then jumped on the bed, ripping the t-shirt in half. I kicked the gun out of his hand and then wrapped the fabric around his neck.
He clawed at my arms, but his nails couldn't get through the thick sleeves of my hoodie. When he realized as much, he slammed his head against my nose and I accidentally let go of the fabric to hold my nose.
I looked at the crimson red blood on my hands and then dove for the gun on the floor. The pressure of my thigh hitting the floor hurting more than it should have, I squeezed my eyes shut in pain for a brief second.
He kicked the gun away from me and I looked at him. I kicked his ankle roughly and then jumped up, slamming his face again at my knee as he fell to the floor.
I grabbed the belt off of the bed and chuckled, looking at the leather. I folded it into two and then gave him a nice, hard slap with it.
He held his thobbing cheek in pain and I whipped the belt at him again, hitting his throat this time.
I could hear police sirens in the distance, and I honestly wasn't ready to talk to police, but it's my responsibility to do so after I kill someone.
I stopped on his hands and then wrapped the bed around his neck, pulling it tightly. He gasped and choked for breath but I just squeezed my eyes shut and listened to him die.
When he stopped struggling, when he stopped breathing, I let go of him. I watched his body drop to the floor and I stood up straighter.
I wiped my nose with the fabric of Calum's shirt, since it was ripped anyways, and then made my way out of the room after grabbing my gun. Regardless, I'll be questioned so whether I'm there or not isn't concerning.
I looked around for Michael and Calum, but I didn't find them outside. "Michael? Calum?" I asked as I pulled the oversized hoodie off, leaving me in a tank-top.
I didn't get an answer from either of them.
"If you're fucking with me I'll rip your throats out. Where are you?" I asked and looked around the bushes and trees of the area.
A small, subtle bit of panic set in my chest and I decided to look at the front office after a minute or two of searching. I didn't see them anywhere, but the man upfront knew I was looking for them.
"I hid them in the supply closet just down the left." He spoke, his voice holding nothing but boredom.
I nodded and made my way to the supply closet. I opened the door and looked at the two. "The car was fucking locked thanks." Michael snapped at me.
"Well if you would have taken the keys off of the fucking desk on your way out, it wouldn't have been." I said and he rolled his eyes, leaving the small room.
"Th-Thanks," Calum said and shifted awkwardly, his arms around his stomach. "Even if we had to hide in here, we'd be dead I'd you didn't show up... I'd be dead."
"Don't mention it." I said and handed him my hoodie. "Might be a little tight but it's better than being shirtless. Come on."
We stepped out right as police men walked into the building. I pulled my badge out of my bra and walked up to them, flashing it so they can all see.
"Agent B, what happened?" One of the officers with a notebook asked me and I put my badge away.
"I came by to pick up a friend and then we were being shot at. Long story short, I killed him with a belt and we made it out just fine." I told him and he just stood there, asking for every single minor detail.
God I hate cops.
-
"Where's Luke?" Michael asked and I shrugged. "You're not going to go find him?"
"Not today." I said and laughed humorlessly. "Go shower and then go to bed. It's been a long day and I'm not ready to fight anyone else."
"You're an agent, you should be used to this." Michael scoffed and I grabbed his forearm tightly. "What? Did I hurt your feelings?"
"Just because I'm this A class agent, doesn't mean I can't get hurt. My injuries are just as fucking valid as yours, as anyone's. So can it Clifford or I'll happily do it myself." I told him and he rolled his eyes.
"Savanna was never like this." Was all he said.
He ripped his arm from my grip and my jaw clenched. "Well she fucking died so tell me, would you really wanna be like her?"
"We all end up dead sooner or later!"
"Keep that in fucking mind." I said loudly and Calum just looked between us, now wearing his own shirt.
"You're kinda like Savanna." He said and I shrugged, not caring. "You're both some of the best agents, get irritated easily, really good fighters-"
"I'd rather not hear about it thanks." I said and sat down, holding my head.
"You okay?"
"My head is throbbing." I said, in more pain than I was letting on. "I don't know what's happening." I said quietly, curling my fingers around my hair and squeezing my eyes shut.
"Agent B? Do you need any medicine? We have pain killers and shit." Calum said and I couldn't answer. It all went black before I could answer him.
-
"What the fuck?" I whispered to myself. I was standing on top of a building, like an old abandoned ware house.
The airvents all shut off at the same time and I looked around. I saw an elevator and I decided to walk towards it.
I pushed a button, and then stumbled back when I saw two people standing inside of it. I reached for my hip but there was no gun to grab. No knife. Nothing.
The man was tall and and had long blonde. His jawline could cut diamonds and his eyes seemed like they stared right into your soul. He carried himself with confidence, his muscular arms crossed against his chest and his chin up slightly.
He looked like Ashton.
The woman was tall aswell, and had wavy red hair with freckles to match. Her green eyes were sharp, dangerous almost and the tank-top that clung to her body proved she was rather skinny.
She looked like Kennedy.... just prettier.
"You better fucking take care of my s-"
"William! Not now!" The girl hissed and pushed him. "Sorry, he's very protective over his son."
"Where am I?" I asked. "Who are you? Have we met before?"
"No, we haven't. But we will meet again soon." The girl spoke and smiled. "You know who we are though."
"Yeah okay nice, why am I on top of a warehouse?" I asked and looked at them. "I don't know this place."
"It's where we died." The guy, William, spoke. The name rung a bell, but I didn't wanna think about it.
"Fun." I commented and held my head. "I'm going now-"
"You can't!" The girl said and grabbed my arm. Her touched burned and she immediately let go after. "We need to talk."
"About?"
"5 Seconds of Summer; Calum, Michael, Luke, and Ashton." She said and I nodded. "Please, you have to make sure they're safe. I know they're morons but please."
"If my son dies, I'm meeting you in hell and trust me, you don't wanna tango with me." The man said again, threatening.
"Great." I muttered and rubbed my temples. "I know who you are. Savanna? William?" I said and they nodded.
"They're in a lot of danger because of us and we can't do anything about it. Please. As soon as you can, go after... Ashton. He's in more danger than Luke." She told me.
"Was that hard?" William asked. "Was it hard making Ashton a priority when Luke is your ex?"
"Not the time Irwin." We both snapped and I looked at the girl. "So Ash?" I asked and she nodded.
"Yeah. He's down at the boardwalk. Catch him before they do." She told me and I nodded as she faded out.
"Until next time Agent."
