It is over. Y/N, Dollface, and Penny had left town and vanished not before Penny wanted to visit the grave site of their mother and father. Once they arrive, Y/N and Penny went to the head stones of mother and father.

Y/N: Hey mom. Hey dad. I just wanted to tell you that... I'm out and with my sister once more. I was locked up in the Asylum for murdering the President.

Penny goes and hugs her brother before shedding tears.

The two siblings stood up before leaving. On the road in Dollface's vehicle, as the masked driver drives, Y/N looks at Penny who is sleeping peacefully in the backseat. He then sees Dollface who looks at him for a second before looking at the road. He asks himself will she be able to be free from the mask?

At a beautiful cabin somewhere in the mountains,

Penny laughs while playing with a small animal which is a small dog in the backyard. Y/N watches his sister proudly. He sees for the first time ever since Twisted Metal...

Dollface: Y/N, there is something I want to tell you tonight.

Dollface looks at him before he goes and inserts the key into the lock. Turning it, the key unlocks and then Y/N reaches and slowly removes the mask off.
