Chapter 2

You smile like sunset, one look at you, and my walls go down

"Felix! get down!!"

(It's not Felix from Stray Kids but you can imagine it him if you want)

I look up to the annoying witch that sitting on a tree branch while eating an apple.

He smirks and asks "What do you want?" he enjoys teasing me.

"Don't you act like you don't know! I've been asking you for days to be my dance partner so I could practice my dance before the ball!!"

"Really? I never remember you asking it to me"

I start kicking the tree because I was pissed with him ignoring me, he lean on the tree and closed his eyes.

"If you don't get down from this tree I will call Hexus!" hearing what I said he shot his eyes open "Oh hell nah," he said before jumping off the tree and ran away from me.

I groaned before running after him, he looks back to see still chasing him so he decides to run out from the forest, thank God I already had my cloak on me.

He looks back at me and smirks before running inside a big crowd of people I keep following him, I know that he's trying to hide in the crowd of people, but that was useless because he's taller than most people in here and he's wearing a black cloak it's easy to find him.

I then see him running inside a library I groaned 'It's going to be hard to find him' I thought and ran inside.

But to my surprise the library is not crowded today, it's pretty empty actually, I began to search for him in the middle of these bookshelves and I had to keep quiet or the librarian will kick me out.

"Wait until I find you, you little witch!" I whispered under my breath and kept looking for him.

After about ten minutes I finally found him leaning his body against the bookshelf, his back is facing me and it looks like he's reading a book.

I silently walk up to him back hug him, trapping him inside my arms.

"Gotchu!"

I feel his body freeze but he didn't do anything, I let him go and grab his arm "Let's go you stupid rat" I pull him to walk out from the library but he doesn't move.

He finally turns around and I felt my heart dropped, the guy I hold hands with was not Felix.

I quickly let go of his hand "S-sorry ahjussi! i-i though you're someone I knew s-sorry" as I was apologizing I kept bowing down to him because I'm too embarrassed to look at him in the eyes after I'm done I run out of the library.

Y/n's pov

After running for a while I finally spotted Felix eating a banana while flirting with the seller, I run up to him and punched his shoulder.

"Ow!"

"It's all because of you!!" I kept punching his shoulder, I still couldn't get over the embarrassment.

"If you didn't ru-" I didn't get to finish because this dumb witch put a strawberry in my mouth, so I paused to chew and gulp down the strawberry.

"Explain."

"Not here" I grab his hand and was about to walk to a quiet place but a loud voice stopped us.

"There he is!"

We look back and see a group of men pointing at us "What did you do now?" I ask him.

Felix didn't say anything he just showed me his fingers and there I see a silver ring on his pinky and it looks expensive.

"Where did you get that? don't tell m-"

"Catch him!!"

The group of men then start to run towards us.

"Run!" Felix hold on to my hand tightly and pull me into a sprint, because of the crowd we bumped into so many people.

After a couple of minutes, we finally get out of the crowd but we can still hear those men shouting at us so we didn't stop running.

"Felix slow down!!" he didn't listen to me, I accidentally bumped into a guy making his umbrella fall from his hand.

I stopped for a bit "Are you okay?! I'm so sorry!" I was about to grab the umbrella but Felix pull me again start running, I look back at the guy who I bumped, he's wearing a big hat but I still can feel his eyes on me.

A/n's pov

"Was that her?"

Felix and I run into a different crowd this time but I somehow lost him and now running to God knows where.

Unfortunately, the men that were chasing us are now chasing me.

"I didn't even do anything!" I shout, hoping that they would stop, but of course, they wouldn't.

Then I hear the sound of a horse running behind me 'Oh they got a horse now?' i thought as I keep running but I could feel that the horse is coming closer to me before I could turn around a big hand grabbed my collar, lifting me from the ground and making me sit in front of them on the horse, our body pressed together and my head was leaning on his chest, I could tell that he was a man because of his hard chest.

I was struggling to get off but he place his hand on my waist while his other was gripping on the horse's rope.

"I'm not one of them"

His deep voice whispers into my ear, I could feel his hot breath on my neck, somehow I like the way he's holding me close to him, I felt a weird feeling in my body and I could feel my cheeks grew hot.

The horse starts to run faster and the voices behind us start to fade away after a while the horse starts to slow down and stopped, we found ourselves in an empty field.

He gets down and offers his hand to help me to get down, I accept his hand and with his help, I'm finally back on the ground.

I look up to him, he's breathtakingly handsome and he looks familiar "Thank you..."

"You're welcome" he smiled gosh those dimples, I wish I could poke them.

"W-well I will g-go now"

I turn around and was about to walk away but I realize that he is still holding my hand and wasn't going to let it go.

I look back at him and we both start to get lost in each other's eyes.

He suddenly pulls me into him, because of the sudden force I began to lose my balance, so I grab his bicep and he put his hand on my waist helping me gain my balance back.

I look up at him, our faces are very close to each other, I could feel his body heat because our body is close too.

He bring my hand that was on his to his lips and kissed my knuckles and caress it.

"I'll see you soon, Eve"

He then let go of me, still confused about everything I said "O-okay" then I turn around to run away from there.

He stand there, watching the woman that was in his dreams running away from him.

'She's shy...cute.' he thought as he get on his horse again.

"Gotchu, little Eve"
