It was a normal day, well, as normal as it could get when you were in a New York condo, I stopped texting Nagisa a year ago now, I still had random urges to text him - beg him to forgive me but I couldn't do that. I was Akabane Karma for god sake. Heir to a CEO with colleagues that spread across the world, I was strong I managed to beat up some men with knives and guns at the age of 7 when I was out with Nagisa, so why was I getting caught up over some stupid emotions? It was true I was the air to a CEO so what I told Nagisa wasn't entirely a lie just a cover up - I could've continued business back in with Nagisa, truth was my parents died ages ago, so I guess i'm already the head of a CEO. They were dead before I told Nagisa my cover up for moving, he went to their grave with me but he thought they were my grandparents instead of parents.

I was broken from my chain of thought when I heard a knock on the door, 'who was here to see me...? Oh right I had to meet up with someone for some important business'. I pushed myself off of the couch and made my way over to the door and opened it rather quickly hoping to get this over with - I was expecting a man called Ren Sakakibara. He was one of the Five Virtuosos back from school, a friend of my old rival Gakushū Asano, I was never a fan of any of the Five Virtuosos' but Ren was the easiest to put up with in my opinion, we eventually became colleagues. I was simply confused, the person at my door had celadon hair in cat ear-styled pigtails and hazel eyes. She claimed to be called Kayano Kaede and asked to come in for shelter from the rain that was hammering outside, I looked at my apartment and out the window to see that there was in fact rain slamming against my windows, 'how didn't I notice the rain?' my eyebrows furrowed in annoyance as I looked at her again,

"Can't you go somewhere else i'm waiting for someone to do business with." my tone of voice hinted my annoyance and irritation, the girl simply gave me a sickeningly sweet smile - there was then a bright light radiating from her small body structure (wtf angel???) and where the celadon haired girl once was stood a ravenette with long wavy hair but still the same structure and hazel eyes, she then revealed herself to really be Akari Yukimura.
She kept that horrible smile, it creeped me out, I then spoke again,
"Look I don't care who you are, what you look like, will you just get out."
She responded with a huff of annoyance which puffed her cheeks out pouting, "please~?"
'Jesus christ is she trying to be cute or something?' I cringed slightly, 'Nagisa was way cuter than her and he didn't even have to try'.

I then went to close the door on her however she clearly had other plans as she put her foot in the way preventing it from closing, 'this chick is so agitating what the hell.' I opened it again there was a visible vein on my temple showing how impatient I was getting with this girl. She was acting like a bitch i went to push her when she burnt me. i passed out. I woke up in the forest as this demonic entity.
