The twin duo Katie and Race Higgins selling at The Shiphead Races like always betting on their favorite horse #16.

Back at The Refuge

Oscar and Morris Delancey we're taking care of the empty building as the younger brother looked at the glowing rose slowly loosing its pedals.

His older brother notice this,
Morris sighed:"You miss that Higgins girl alot correct?"

Oscar nods:"Yes, i do miss her alot but, had to set her free. For some strange reason, i've fallen for her." He confessed

Morris nods:"If Uncle Wisel finds out your in love with a Newsie then your dead and i don't want to lose my little brother.

Oscar nods again:"I know, but honestly? I want to be free of this curse and spend the rest of my life with her" he said softly

Little did they knew was, Their Uncle Wisel found out with a smirk:"So, Oscar Delancey is in love with a Newsgirl? That can change" he chuckled evily.

Oscar's eyes widen worried for losing his love:"No! Wait! Please, she's inocent, don't hurt her!" He begged.

Wisel chuckled evily again:"Oh, she won't be hurt but i know someone who will get hurt and its you Oscar!" He snaped

Morris rushed to protect his younger brother Oscar huging him tightly but too late, Wisel punished boys leaving them wounded inside a dirty cell.
