"Siddharth, I don't want to rush things. I know we are already late. But can we... I mean can we take things slow?" Avneet asked hesitantly. It was not easy for her at all...

She wanted to tell him everything... But it wasn't right time. It was already too much for him to take in, she thought.

"Avi... We have waited too long... Too long that we don't even know each other properly anymore." He said as his voice broke. "It's only better to take things slow and get to know each other." He continued and touched her cheek and kissed her forehead.

A tear ran down Avneet's eye realising how understanding Siddharth was.

They talked for while before Siddharth dropped Avneet to her home. The bright smile didn't leave her face. She was happy! After very long time she was really happy!

"Siddharth is my Boyfriend now!!" She said to herself with biggest smile she had in while. She couldn't even believe it herself. She pinched herself to assure herself that's it's not a dream... She really was Siddharth's girlfriend now.

"Stop right there. Don't even dare to enter the house." She flinched as she heard her mom's voice before she entered the house.

"Where were you whole night? Have you not had enough... You have already humiliated us once and still you stay out whole night! Shameless!!" She heard her mom say...

Her smile faded instantly.

"I.. I.. was with a friend. I already informed Jai." Avneet said.

"And what about me... Did you not care to tell your parents about it? What if something wrong happened?" Her dad said.

"Like you really care!" Avneet spoke back.

It was shocking for Mr. and Mrs. Nandra. It's been so long since she actually said something like that.. She herself was shocked with the confidence she was feeling then.

"You started talking back now... You are such an abomination. We really gave you too much freedom and this is way you treat us!?" Mrs. Nandra shouted and almost slapped her. But Jai stopped her.

"What the hell is going on here? What is wrong with you both! She told me already that she will stay at Jannat's. You cannot treat her like this. Mom, Dad, she is your daughter! How can you be so cruel to her! Trust her atleast a bit! She will not do anything wrong." Jai said.

"You both failed as parents to protect her back then and kept blaming her till now! My sister spoke for herself for first time today and I am proud of her as much as I am ashamed to call you both my parents. Shame on you!" Jai spat making his parents shocked and mad. But before they say anything Jai holds Avneet hand and takes her to her room and slams the door too loud.

Avneet hugged him tightly. "Jai.... I did it..." She cried. She was so happy that she didn't even care about whatever happened outside at all.

"I told him about my feelings... He... He likes me too!!" She said. There was almost different type of glow on her face.

Jai was teared a bit seeing his sister so happy! "I am proud of you little sista!!" He said and kissed her forehead.

"It was different feeling... I feel so good... I don't understand how to tell you, but I feel so happy! Like everything will be good now." She said almost jumping out of excitement. She couldn't contain the happiness she was feeling.

"So my little sister is committed now?!" Jai teased her pushing her shoulder a bit making her cheeks turning crimson red!

"Someone's blushing!" He said chuckling.

Avneet felt her cheek turning red and his her face in her brother's chest and he hugged her too tight praying that his sister always stay this happy forever.

"So comin to college?" He asked.

Avneet nodded excitedly.

She rushed to bathroom and got ready as soon as possible.

"I am ready!" She said.

They left for college. It was already so late though!

She sent her pic to Siddharth with '😚'

Siddharth couldn't contain his smile seeing his beautiful rabbit smiling so pretty! Everything was just getting right.

He hugged the phone to his heart and sighed happily.

He couldn't believe that she loved him!

Yes they weren't the Boyfriend-girlfriend yet. But they were in 'getting to know each other' phase... And it felt so beautiful.

Siddharth felt so happy that he jumped on his bed and hugged the pillow so tightly imagining it was Avneet and then burried his face into it. He felt is cheek burning red... He was blushing on thought of him and her together.

It was beautiful.

It was reality!

Everything was perfect!

And they were now together!

What could destroy that right!

Everything will be perfect now!
