Sky's POV

After locking Mr Sanchez away I hurried over into the woods, down to where a clear Crystal lake was running.

It was almost time for school so I had to hurry and wash away the blood that was covering my hands, then I walked as quickly as my legs could carry me to school.

As I entered the school compound I saw Amelia walking towards me. She was wearing a tight least up jeans and an blue t-shirt. She looked at me with her mascara filled eyes then proceed to where she was going.

"What a skank." I whispered as I watch her walk on by.

I was about to enter the corridor when I heard someone calling out my name. Turning around I saw Justin running towards me. He was wearing a yellow t-shirt, a black jeans with rips in both knees and a white air Max.

He ran up to me gasping for air.

"Hey I'm sorry for last night." He spoke as soon as he caught his breath.

"I didn't know she was going to do that, I swear to you."

"It's cool, just let it go." I said while holding my bag in my left hand.

I glanced over Justin shoulder and could see Alia staring at us with a big smile on her face.

"Let's talk after school okay." I told him then walked away.

Alia ran towards me as soon as Justin walked away while squealing.
"So I saw the video and I totally didn't know you were such a badass. Wait I mean I didn't know you could hit like that." She said in a high tone while gripping on to my hands.

Alia held my hands so tight that she almost stop the blood circulation in my fingers. I had to pull my hands away from her.

"What the hell are you talking about? What video?" I snapped.

She paused then looked at me while pulling her phone from her packet, then she started playing a video. She handed me the phone then smiled.

"OMG! Who the hell did this." I asked roughly. It was the video from the restaurant. I felt so bad that I quickly handed Alia her phone then ran back outside.

I hurried over to where I saw Justin sitting alongside Edwards. As soon as he noticed me coming he stood up then scratch his head.

I fumed towards him with anger, then pushed him in the chest.

"What's that for?" He asked looking at me in a wired way.

"Are you going to sit here and tell me you don't have any idea that someone videoed me beating the crop out of your girlfriend."

" Ex girlfriend to be exact and I don't know about any video." He answered.

I hissed my teeth then started walking away when I felt myself stop. Justin grab my arm from behind then forced me up against a tree.

"Look Skyler, I am totally into you okay. Just give me one last chance and if I screw up again I won't stop you from leaving." Upon saying those words he slowly loosen his grip.

"Well if you put it that way, of course I'll give it another chance." I said turning back around to face him.

Justin face lit up. He just stood there gazing into my eyes.

"Let me ask you this." I said while breaking his gaze. "Why are you so interested in me?" I asked while tilting my head.

He stopped then step back a bit from me. "Why's that so important?" He asked.

I rolled my eyes then open my mouth to say something when I was interrupted by Justin.

"Look, I'll carry you on another date and if it goes the way you want I'll tell you why I'm so interested in you." He spoke before pulling a yellow comb from his packet and dragging it through his hair.

"Yeah whatever." I said while looking at everyone that was watching us including Alia and Amelia.

"Okay fine I'll date you okay, just let me get to class." I told him while walking away.

"I can't let my girl walk to class alone now, can I?" He asked running towards me.

He pulled my left hand into his then smirked at me.

I've only been living with my aunt for about 5 months and I never imagine dating the quarterback of a football team. I mean come on I use to be such a shy girl who gets straight A's and always sits in the of class afraid to even answer a single question.

"Are you okay?" Justin asked breaking me away from my thoughts.

"I'm fine." I said before letting go of his hands and walking away.

First period went by very fast and so did second period. Soon it was lunch time.

I walk into the cafeteria to find Amelia sitting in Justin's lap while a crowd was gathered around them. A sharp pain ran through my stomach as I stood there in shock watching them. I don't know why I felt this way, because I've only experienced emotions like this when my parents died.

Rage and anger ran through me. I quickly turned back around and exited the cafeteria. I was blowing up with emotions that I didn't notice Max walking alongside me.

"Hey Skyler, what's wrong?" He asked breaking me out of my messed up thoughts.

"It's nothing okay." I answered walking away when he grabbed me by the arm and turned me around to face him.

"Stop stressing over Justin because I care about you more than he does."

"Oh yeah, well fuck you and Justin." I yelled then glanced over Max's shoulder to find Justin standing at the cafeteria door looking down at us.

"Bye Max." I whispered under my breath then walk away.

I exited the school grounds then made my way to the old abondand house in the woods.

I found Mr Sanchez still chained to the bed with both his wrist filled with cuts as if he was trying to get away.

I walked over to the bed and was about to say something when I heard noise coming from a window nearby and footsteps running away.
