I Swear It

Recap~

"My name is Kiseki Kireina, I am an angel that fell from the heavens; a fallen angel. I came from a different world however, and I've come here to bring piece to this world. Even though I'm a fallen angel, I am still an angel. I know the future of everyone in this world, and everyone's past as well.

"I was created by the person who originally owned this body; essentially, I am a split personality of my original who is currently inside our mindscape right now. I am not supposed to exist but I am. I was named 'Kiseki Kireina' because my original wanted me to be a Beautiful Miracle - her Beautiful Miracle.

"In conclusion, I am a fallen angel who was created to be a saviour. My name is Kiseki Kireina, the Beautiful Miracle."

Chapter Six~ 1615 Words

Everyone was frozen stock still. I, however, just sat there on the bed next to a wide-eyed Levi. I was trying to hide my nervousness on whether or not they would believe me but I know that Levi would, I've already given him proof after all.

"A-a fallen angel?!" Hanji squealed excitedly. I sighed. "Yes, I am a fallen angel." I replied, my face expressionless but on the inside, I was a nervous wreck. "How do we know that you aren't lying?" Erwin questioned wearily. I took this chance to side glance Levi who had now snapped out of his trance, his face stoic once more.

Levi caught my glance even though it was only for a second. "I already knew... but I didn't know you were a fallen angel, I just knew that you were from a different world," He informed me. "She showed me some proof by speaking about things I had never even heard of before." He recalled, now speaking to Erwin.

"How about you show us something, Kiseki?" Erwin asked. "Ooooo!! Yes, yes, yes! I'd also like to experiment on you, if that'd be okay!" Hanji yelled energetically. Though, I didn't want Hanji to experiment on me... "I'd rather not," I told Hanji. "But yes, there is something that I can show you to prove that I am, in fact, speaking the truth." I stated, facing the tall man with the large eyebrows.

"Well, go on then." He allowed, nodding a bit. My gaze, that was previously focused on the commander, now landed on a certain short captain. He caught my gaze once again and just nodded. I was surprised he hadn't said anything for a while now; usually, he's more talkative when I'm around.

When I asked, he told me that he thinks of me as a sister even though we haven't known each other for a very long time - well, he hasn't known me for a very long time since, you know, I watched the anime and read some of the manga so... yeah, I know you Levi... in a completely non creepy way.

After staring at Levi for I-don't-know-how-long-but-it-felt-like-an-eternity minutes, I had finally stood up and closed my eyes. I could feel the atmosphere get tensed, anticipation getting a hold of them.

I paused, doing nothing but stand there, eyes closed and breathing normally. I slowly opened my eyes back up, my fake bluish green eyes glowing a bit as I changed back into my 'true form', I guess you could call it that.

There was a bright glow, blinding the three others in the room before fading as if it were never there.

Levi's POV~

There was a bright light, bigger than any light that I had ever seen before. As the glow faded, it revealed a shocking discovery.

There right in front of me was a girl, not just any girl, but a girl who had so much pain. Scars littered her body; on both of her legs, her arms... everywhere. Her left eye was bandaged, as well as her chest. She had so many bandages, patches and bandaids; I couldn't count them all.

She had bright red hair that could even rival the sun's that went down to her waistline. She had beautiful, soft (or at least, it looked soft) white skin, and a sparkling green-blue right eye to match. (A/N: Picture above)

Overall, she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my entire life.

I stared at her in a trance, eyes wide and mouth parted slightly. I could tell that Hanji and Erwin were in the same trace-like state that I was in because they haven't emitted a single sound since Seki... changed..? No.. transformed... yeah, that's the right word.

I quickly regained my composure, seeing that Seki was showing that she was beginning to get uncomfortable under our gaze. I 'cleared my throat', gaining the attention of the other three in the room. "Seki..?" I called out, unsure if it was really her or not.

"Yes?" The supposed Angel next to me replied. "Is that... what you really look like?" I questioned, relaxing slightly, knowing that it was her that was next to me and not some stranger but... I guess, Seki isn't who I thought she was so... isn't she a stranger? I don't know... but I'm determined to find out everything about her.

Normally, I wouldn't get so attached to someone so quickly but... when I first met her, she had this warming presence, it weird but I kinda feel safe around her, I don't know why, she just has this... aura around her that makes her seem like an-

"Yes, this is what I really look like." A female voice cut off my train of thought. I realised I had stared off into space, which I rarely do, thinking about the owner of said voice. Her voice held fear and caution in it. Fear of being rejected because of who she is, I presume, and caution so she can run away if we want to dissect her--

Wait, wait, wait, hold on... why the FUCK would anyone want to dissect a beauty like Kiseki?! And yes, I admit she is beautiful and I'll scream it from the rooftop if I had to.. oh, wait, I take that back, I wouldn't do that but... I'd do everything in my power to protect my little sister... *ahem* I mean, self-appointed little sister.

"Wow, Shorty!! I didn't know you thought that strongly about Kiseki here!!" I heard a voice scream, interrupting me, once again, from my train of thought. "What the hell are you talking about, Shitty Glasses?" I asked, my voice monotone, same as usual, though, silently praying that I didn't say that all out loud.

...But alas, my prayers weren't answered.

"Allow me to repeat repeat what you said! *ahem* 'Wait, wait, wait, hold on... why the FUCK would anyone want to dissect a beauty like Kiseki?! And yes, I admit she is beautiful and I'll scream it from the rooftop is I had to.. oh, wait, I take that back, I wouldn't do that but... I'd do everything in my power to protect my little sister... *ahem* I mean, self-appointed little sister.' How'd you like my impersonation of shorty?!" Hanji impersonated, a horrible one at that.

Just as I was about to open my mouth to yell at Shitty Glasses for being... well, Shitty Glasses, a beautiful sound cut me off before I could do so...

A laugh. And not just anyone's laugh. Seki's laugh. Her laugh. It was so beautiful, such a lovely sound, I could listen to it all day. At first, it started off as soft giggles but eventually, she burst out laughing. She clutched onto her stomach which was aching from laughing so much, her eyes watering from joy.

It was the first time I heard her laugh. I couldn't help but let off a small chuckle at the sight. "So beautiful..." I hadn't realised I muttered aloud. Apparently, she had heard me for she had stopped laughing and looked at me, a visible blush on her cheeks.

She smiled at me, a true, genuine smile, not one of those fake ones that she gave to everyone around her. It was beautiful, everything about her is beautiful; her smile, her laugh, her... everything. Man, was I lucky to have such a gorgeous young girl for a sister...

At the sight of her smile, a smile faintly appeared on my lips. I turned my head away, hoping that no one saw my faint smile. I heard a gasp from behind me, I turned my head back to face my self-proclaimed sister.

"You just laughed and smiled... I've always wanted to see it.." The fallen angel murmured quietly but I still heard it. My smile widened a bit more, making it visible for the untrained eye. Although, no one except me knew... but behind my smile, I made a promise to myself that I would never ever break, even if it cost me my life.

I will always protect Kiseki with my life and never let her get hurt again.
I will always be a big brother to her; I'll always support her through every twist and turn.
I will always be the shoulder she can lean on if - no, when she needs someone to cry on.
I will always wave back to her when she waves to me; I'll never ignore her needs.
I'll always be by her side forever and ever.
I swear it with my life... for I love her as my adorable little sister, no more and no less:
My one and only self-proclaimed sister, Kiseki Kireina; my beautiful miracle.
