He looked back at me and said. "Be good." He was about to go but I held him back.
"Are you dating her?" I asked with the hope that he wasn't. He removed his hand from mine.
"I'm not."

"Then.....why?" I sounded desperate.

He then walked away ignoring me again. I nodded accepting my fate as I got my phone from the seat and sat back down on the chair.

I watched as she held his hand and they walked back to the counter. At least they weren't dating so the bitch should stop acting like she owned him. I rested on my seat and watched him explain everything that happened to him then, I felt a tap on my shoulder and it was one of the policemen.
"Your friends are outside."

I rolled my eyes. Why wouldn't they get inside? "So I'll be taking my leave."

"Yeah we'll be keeping tabs on you to see if you're fine."

"Thanks."

I walked out of the station without saying a word to him. I couldn't say anything to him after what happened. I spotted my friend and she ran to hug me. "Oh my God. You're really hurt."

"Yeah. Well, I'm not going there this night."

"Don't worry. We'll sleep at kelvin's."

"That's relieving."

When I got into the car, kelvin asked how I was. Well, I told him I was okay and we got to his house. He had a vacant room so I slept there instead. The next morning, I decided to go to class instead of stay home and do nothing. Janie had clothes in his house so I just wore hers and then we drove to school. Janie felt I would have stayed at home and taken some rest but nahh, I wasn't going to stay home being bored. I ain't pregnant. Not yet lol.

We got to the college and as usual, it was filled with roaming souls. We headed for the class and then I saw Brad. He stopped walking and looked at me. Our eyes fixed and he continued to walk till we had no more eye contacts. We got into class and the lecture ended.

I really wanted to like Brad that way cause he was the first and right now, he's the only one that likes me amongst them. Funny how I couldn't just bring myself to like him. It wasn't an easy thing to do.

"Hey, what're you thinking about?" Kelvin asked with a caring smile.

I smiled back at him. Maybe I was beginning to feel more comfortable around him. Janie would be glad. "Uhh nothing really."

"You sure?" I searched for Janie but didn't see her beside him. "Uhmm where's Janie?"

"Oh, you were so deep in thoughts that you didn't realise she walked ahead of us."

Why would she do that? "Why?"

"She wanted to get something from some....." he paused as we both sighted Janie hugging Collins. Oh my goodness. What's wrong with my friend? She blushed with her hands covering her face and he was smiling down at her affectionately which made kelvin grumble beside me.

I thought of calming Kelvin down but he was already furious. "Uhh kelvin...."

"Don't!" He walked straight to the both of them and pushed Collins. Janie moved back in astonishment.
"What the hell?" Collins yelled and kelvin fired back "Whats your problem?! Huh! What were you doing with her?!"

"Kelvin please" Janie said and he faced her.

"Look I don't know if you're messing with me or something but you walked ahead of us to hug this bastard."

"Hey! Watch your mouth." Collins spat and I closed my eyes in disappointment.

"Collins, shut up. Kelvin, I walked ahead to get my book from my locker not to see him but then, I bumped into him. So cause I'm dating you I can't say hi to other guys?"

"This isn't about other guys but about him! This guy standing here!"

Collins frowned and I rolled my eyes. Why would Janie even hug him when she knew that he was the reason why they fought earlier?

I walked away from the argument cause it began to annoy me especially Janie. I left the college and went to wait for them under that tree where I got to know Trevor's name for the first time.

I rested on it and viewed all the grasses and flowers. Please, I couldn't bear all that drama.

"Why're you here alone?" Oh yeah. I knew that voice.
"Are you supposedly watching out for me?" I turned my head to see his handsome face.

"I'm actually meant to." He walked closer to me and added. "Our lives are in danger." He smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"I can take care of myself. I dodged a bullet and that's a rare thing that happens these days."

"You dodging a bullet was just luck. You can't tell what will happen next."

I chuckled. "Oh please. I hit him hard. He'll pick on someone his own size next time."

He chuckled with his hands in his pockets. Trust me, he looked extremely cool. " Wonder Woman."

I chuckled and walked closer to him. "Yeah, I'll kill anyone who messes with me and those I love. Urgghh!" We both laughed and he looked around.
"Why're you alone?"

"Ughh what's with you and this question?"

"Wondering where Janie is." He shrugged and I added. "Wondering where Ahneeka is." He rose his brow and I pouted like yeah, I just did that.
"I haven't seen her today."

"That's weird."

"What about Janie?" He wanted to change the concern from Ahneeka.

"She's arguing with kelvin and Collins."

"I'm surprised you're not the one busy arguing."

I frowned. "What? I don't argue."

"Woah no offence but that's your speciality."

"What the fuck? I opt out of any argument."

"You should stop lying to yourself." He chuckled and I rose my hand to hit him but I missed my steps so I fell into his arms instead.

He helped me get my stamina and looked at my face. "Now you're throwing yourself at me."

I shook my head chuckling. "You really are in dream land."

"Then we're in dream land." He said and I chuckled. "We're really vulnerable to the murderer now that we're not paying attention."
"Mhmm I'm always alert......especially when it comes to the people I love." He looked down at my lips and back at my eyes. He repeated what I said but I passed that. "Yeah, the likes of Ahneeka."

"What's your fuss with Ahneeka?" He said in between chuckles. That was cute but I didn't admit it.

"She's really annoy......" He then kissed my lips and I paused confused for a while. He stopped and looked into my eyes. I took in a deep breath. The taste of his lips again was divine plus the best. I've always wanted more of him.

And he gave me what I wanted like he read my mind. He placed his lips on mine and I grabbed his upper lip. His tongue found mine and we kissed passionately like one of us was going off for a war.

He placed his hands on my bottom and kissed me deeper and I could tell that he wanted me. Yes Trevor. I want you too.

He then stopped placing his forehead on mine with our eyes closed. He was taller than me so his neck must have been hurting. Well, my body was on fire. That was what he does. He just always ignited a fire in my body. We're just perfect for eachother but he said he wanted Ahneeka. He said he preffered her so what was he doing?

I opened my eyes and moved back so he opened his also. I began. "You.... you have reached the point where you would chose...." he closed his eyes in disappointment and I continued. "Between me and her."

I licked my lips. "You can't be playing with my feelings. I need to know my place." I added looking at his lips for a reply.
