Riley's POV

A Slytherin boy- Scorpius, I think- got it. I really don't care, I want it less. Kaitlin would use it for a prank, for sure. It's a good thing I didn't get it, because she would've taken it. Or eaten it. I make my way to lunch, awaiting the smell of pudding. I sit at the Ravenclaw table. I saw Kaitlin come in, with a huge smile on her face. Jeremy followed her, and sat with his friends. I turned back to my food, before jerking back to the podium for fireworks. They went on for about five minutes, each one more spectacular than the last. I watched all of them go off, then turned my attention to my food again. I had a drink of pumpkin juice, then worked on my potatoes.

Kaitlin's POV

Well, what did he ask? Only for another date, tonight! I can't wait! I sat down, and tons of fireworks went off. It must've been five minutes of them. I looked over at Jeremy, and he smiled. I smiled back, and looked back at my food. Ooohhhh, potaoessssssss. I took a bite, then got a sip of pumpkin juice. I looked over at Scorpius Malfoy, and wondered why I hadn't noticed how hot he is. I got up, and walked over to the Slytherin table, taking a seat. I sat next to him, and rubbed my hand on his arm. "Hey, Scorpius", I said. He looked at me, and smirked. I don't know why.

Riley's POV

I walked over to the Gryffindor table, just now realizing what Kaitlin sees in Jeremy. I ignored Landon walking to me, and sat down near Jeremy. "Hey, Jeremy", I say. "Hey, Riley", he replied. "Soo, do you wanna do something later?", I ask. "Uh, me and Kaitlin were gonna do something", he said. "Puhh- Leeaassseeee???", I insisted, giving him puppy dog eyes. "Maybe for a little bit..." "OK BYE", I ran back to my table.
