What is 'Firmament'?
- Firmament is a fantasy story about these magical books that are hidden and guarded away in a fantastical and secret society. There are many books that are magical, however, there are only six books that were written before them, which are even more important and warrant a lot of guarding. Then...there are The Destined...

EBI -
- In the blurb alone, there's a mix up between 'this' and 'these', when you say 'mystified with this magical books' - the phrase should either be 'mystified with these magical books' or 'mystified with this magical book'.
- The sentences can be quite simple sometimes... I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like this for effect, or if this is to start the story with short and then show improvements, or whether it's just something that you've already recognised and are planning to fix in the editing stage, but they're quite simple. I'm not suggesting that you make every sentence really complex and paragraph-structured, but maybe one or two complex sentences with a variety of punctuation would be quite satisfying to the reader.
Review -
- Right, first off, the first thing I noted, and loved...the cover is absolutely stunning! I absolutely love it, and it totally sets the boundary for the book! It's just a book on stunning blue far away but as soon as I looked closer I could see lightning, hands gripping the book, waves, a branch, some wires or veins, a flower...! It is literally fantastic! Although this cover wasn't made by the author, the fact that it was asked for, and then chosen to represent the book says a lot. There on outwards, the book has just completely carried on stunning. The words used, especially just within the first few paragraphs of the first chapter, really demonstrate how well written the book is. I mean, the paragraph of 'He roamed his gaze to the right, and spotted five more pairs of different colored eyes arranged from hot to cold,' specifically caught my eye - it's fantastic! The descriptive terms used are really professional, along with punctuation use.
'Firmament' is one of those stories that doesn't tell you something, it shows and describes to you so that you understand on a better level, and that is what all of the publishers want because that is what makes an amazing story. So seriously, when people are commenting saying that you have the potential of Suzanne Collins or J.K Rowling, they're seriously right because you absolutely, one hundred percent, certainly do. Plus, including pictures is always a good idea, and the chapters are literally a perfect length!
