I was sat in the garden just taking in the scenery when I heard a door in the house slam. Unnerved, I gathered the courage to walk in and question the intruder. Only thing was, I was met with my tearful husband.

"Ritchie?" I asked. He chucked a little and replied "Oh god, I'm sorry. Did I ruin your zen?" He laughed at his use of the word zen.
"No absolutely not. Well, yeah but for good reason." I winked.

I caressed his hair and sat on his lap with his head in my hands.
"So what's wrong, Ritch?"
"I quit the band." He said looking straight ahead, eyes dead.
"You don't ever wanna go back, love?"
"I really don't."
I rubbed his back and smiled, "Then don't!"
He looked up at me with a smirk, "I'm glad to know you'd support me but I think there are so contracts involved that just might stop me."
"Hm... I think you're right, babe."
Ringo leaned in and kissed me with all the love he could muster and immediately pulled me into a hug after.

"It's gonna be alright as long as I keep coming home to you Y/N." He lightly patted my bum.
"Oh you're such an idiot!" I laughed but placed my hand on his cheek.
"I love you, Y/N."
"Hey that's so crazy because I love you too!"
He rolled his eyes.
