John Imagine:

The Beatles took a look around where they have landed. They had no idea where they were and didn't know where to go.

Thanks to Jeremy, the Nowhere Man, they had been separated from the Yellow Submarine and Old Fred. They were on their way to save Pepperland, but now they were lost.

John let out a long sigh, his insides twisting with irritation.

"Cheers, Jeremy," he said sarcastically.

"Oh, don't go pointing fingers now, John," Ringo said reasonably. "We should try to find our way out of here. We've still got to get to Pepperland."

John sighed once again and followed his band mates and Jeremy through the strange land. Everything around him was a kaleidoscope of unusual colours and creatures that he never suspected to exist.

Picture yourself in a boat on a river

With tangerine trees and marmalade skies...

John jumped slightly at the unfamiliar voice that suddenly erupted from behind a periwinkle bush. He stopped in his tracks and stared.

"Hang on a moment," he called to his friends. They froze and turned to look at him. "Listen..."

The voice grew louder, it's gentle voice ringing throughout the odd world. The voice was strange... strangely beautiful. John wanted to listen more, to hear what it had to say.

Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly

A girl with kaleidoscope eyes...

John slowly crept up to the bush and peered over it. There sat a girl, her legs crossed, her eyes closed, her lips parted as musical notes escaped her from the deepest depths of her very soul. Slowly, she opened her eyes and glanced up at him. He stared at her with his mouth hanging open. She was absolutely stunning...

"Hello," she smiled a dazzling smile. "What brings you here?"

John sputtered, unable to form a sentence, utterly mesmerized by her beauty.

"Sorry miss," Paul came up behind John and smiled apologetically at her. "He tends to wander."

"Lucy," John blurted out.

"Pardon?" the girl asked.

"You're Lucy! In the sky with diamonds!"

"You must be mistaken," she giggled. "My name is Y/N."

"But you look..."

"She does," Paul said thoughtfully. "How odd..."

"Are you boys lost?" she asked.

"Yes," Paul replied. "Do you happen to know the way to Pepperland?"

"Oh, absolutely!" Y/N said brightly. "Just follow up this path. When you reach the fork up ahead, take a left and keep going straight. You'll get there in no time at all."

"Thank you!" John gasped, reaching out to her.

"John!" Paul scolded, smacking his hand away. "So sorry, Miss Y/N. and thank you very much. We'll be going now."

"Have a safe trip!" Y/N smiled.

"Come with us!" John cried as Paul dragged him away. She only chuckled and waved, her lovely smile never leaving her beautiful face.

"Goodness, John, what's the matter with you?" Paul asked irritably.

"I'm in love with her, Macca! I'm in love with Lucy! With Y/N!"

"John... Her name is Y/N. There's no Lucy in her name..."

The group started down the path that Y/N told them to take. John glanced behind him to stare at her, absorbing her beauty and grace. She only smiled at him and blew him a kiss.
