Sound Manipulation~ He has the power over control over sound waves and the decibals within, meaning he can increase a volume to a near inaudible noise, making for immense destruction and discomfort.

Shapeshifting~ Aside from his true form, Luka has but only four other forms he takes. A massive winged beast, a creature with a raptor-like anatomy, and a humane form; which he very rarely takes.
