~Fairy Castle~

This was quite possibly the most dangerous thing I'd ever done in my life. I thought to myself as I stared distrustfully at the strange bottle Merryweather had given me.

It went against everything my father had ever taught me. I remembered his strict instructions not to take food or drinks from strangers... and this woman was as strange as they come...

Then again, I highly doubt dad's instructions were meant for something like this.

I shot a look over to Hook.

"Down the hatch Bonny." He commanded.

I plugged my nose and drained the bottle. The potion Burned the whole way down.

"Now that you two have drank the potion all you need to do... Is eat this once you arrive at the castle. Then you'll be invisible."

The woman held two lumpy greenish-brown pills in her outstretched hand.

I looked over at Hook. I wasn't so sure about this, but if Hook trusted her... I guess I could too.

"Now I'll give you another set of the potion and pill. This will be for your princess." She handed Hook the items with a smile, her hand lingering as it brushed his.

"How's she supposed to eat this when she's stone?" I piped up.

Merryweather glared at me and sighed. "It's magic, it will find a way to work."

"Okay..." I replied.

"Drop the pill into the potion, shake it well and pour it on her, the spell should still work..." She replied.

"Thank you for all your help Merryweather." I smiled.

She looks me over and huffs. "Don't mention it."

Hook and I headed back to the Jolly Rodger.

Hood ran his hand over the side of the ship as we walked towards the gangplank.

"Hook?" I asked timidly.

"Hmm?"

I bit my lip, "I don't think I trust Merryweather fully."

He turned back to me his black brow quirked.

"What makes you say that?"

"I... I just have a feeling...that's all..."

Hook shrugged, "Well there's very little we can do about it now."

"Okay... just be on guard..." I replied

Hook gasped theatrically, clutching his chest. "My dear Belle! I'm always on guard."

I chuckle lightly.

We board the ship and Hook let's me watch the men on the main deck.

Merryweather had cast a spell on the ship that turned it and everyone on it invisible but still we had to be careful.

I wandered into the captain's cabin again and sat in front of the mirror. I stared at my reflection and brushed my fingers over a scar on my left cheek.

The mirror was once again filled with a swirling blue magic. And soon Everard's face was there again.

"Belle!!!"

I jumped, "Everard!"

He looked so good. He seemed more human somehow.

"How are you is everything okay?"

"I'm fine, everything's fine... you look different."

"I feel different! Whatever you're doing it's working. The castle is coming alive again!"

He smiled and his sharp teeth glinted. "Hook told me what happened."

"The ring... I'm sorry I shouldn't have taken it." I blushed, tucking some hair behind my ear.

"No... I'm glad you did. It kept you safe..." Everard replied, then he frowned.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I have a bad feeling about this."

I nodded. "Me too."

He looked alarmed.

"I'll be okay, I promise..."

"You don't have to be a hero Belle... Just be careful... For both our sakes..."

He was quiet again, looking down for a moment before remarking.

"I'm so proud of you."

I blushed. "What why?!"

"You are the most remarkable woman Belle... you're this amazing tiny human and everything you do boggles my mind." he smiles sadly.

"I wish you were here with me." I whisper.

As soon as he recovered from his shock he replied "So do I... I mean I wish you were here with me, or I was with you or... whatnot..."

I giggled and jumped as I heard a knock on the door.

Hook stood in the doorway smirking at the two of us.

"We've arrived." he smiled.

"Oh... Goodbye Everard..." I blush.

"Stay safe Belle." He says softly.

"I will..." I reached out and touched the mirror, before scurrying out to the main deck.

"Take care of our girl." I could hear Everard command Hook.

"I will." Was the soft reply.

Hook joined me on the deck as I stared at the looming white castle.

The sky was hot pink and the white castle with its domes and spires, stood out in great contrast against it.

Hook sidled up beside me and handed me the pill.

"To true love. And a bit of luck." He smirked tapping his pill to mine.

"I'd drink to that."

The pill was bitter on my tounge and brought tears to my eyes.

"Belle are you still there?" Hook's voice reached my ears.

"I could ask the same as you..." I replied, looking over at the empty space beside me.

"I'm here lass." He chuckles.

He took my hand and dragged me towards one of the life boats.

"In you get." Hook commands.

I tried not to notice the dizzying height we were at, mind you it would be difficult to reach the castle on its floating island without the aid of a magical flying boat.

I stepped into the boat and clung onto the sides for dear life.

"God be with you." Smee shouted from the main ship.

"Thank you Smee." I replied.

The man smiled as Hook rowed the boat towards the castle.
