I felt pain on my neck as the assailant dips his fangs into my skin while tearing up the animal's skin dress I had on me.

I screaming in agony as I lift up my hands trying to grab on anything to pull myself away from this crazy man.

"Hana!" Qinyu yells out as he turns himself into a giant peacock and pecks his giant beak onto the spiky haired guy.

"Gahhh!!!!" The spiky haired guy turns himself into a big black bear and swing his large paw towards the peacock's neck.

"Qinyu--" I whispered slowly as I saw he was sent flying across the hall. He's already spitting blood.

I pull myself up, panting heavily like a dog. The pain on my neck is kicking in. I look down at my spousal marks. Its glowing in red. Both of the marks glowing like a beacon.

Yin-- Joo-- Please help me.

I rub on the glowing marks and tug on the remaining piece of clothing on me, trying to conceal my bare chest. I took a piece of animal's skin on the floor and patch it up on the open wound on my neck.

"Tssskkk--"

I need to get out from here. I need to get help. If not, both of us might be killed.

I glancing at the beat up peacock before quietly crawling out towards the back entrance.

I'm going to find some help. I hope that you can staying alive.

"Where are you going, baby?" A guy asks sinisterly as he pulls my hair up making me winch in pain.

"Ahhhhh!"

"Awwww-- babe. I love it when you cried like that. It makes me wanna hurt you more." The blonde man chuckles as he slaps me repeatedly on my cheek.

"Yin--"

*Roar!!*

That's was the last thing I heard before I blackened out due to the intense pain I felt.

Yin's POV

"Urghhhh--"

I abruptly stopped chasing a wild boar as I felt an intense pain in my chest.

Yin-- Joo-- Please help me.

"Hana!" I cry out loud before sprinting towards the village.

This is new. I never felt this kind of telepathy before. Is Hana in some kind of danger? I do hope that it was a false alarm. I can never imagine Hana in a dangerous situation. I couldn't bear to lose her again.

I stop in a halt as I felt a murderous intent not far from me. I close my eyes as I tried to sniff on Hana's scent.

"She's there." I sprint in my maximum speed and entered the small hut, where's Hana's scent was strongly felt.

My heart sank as I saw my mate was beaten into a pulp in the hand of a rotten male.

"Roar!"

I pounce myself in maximum speed onto the assailant. I bit off his neck and tore it into two. I was completely in rage.

How could they did this to my mate!

I turn myself into my human's form and grab Hana into my arms. There's a deep wound on her neck. The blood is still gushing out from the wound.

I panic.

I lick the wound and try to wake her up but she is still unconscious.

"Gahh!"

"Sqwakkk!"

I look up and saw a huge bear bitting on a giant peacock's leg.

It's Qinyu. He's a doctor. He can helps sutures on Hana's wound.

I carried Hana to the bed and let her laid there. I turned myself into my beast form and pounced towards the huge black bear.

"Roar!!!"

I bit my fangs on the bear's neck but his skin was too thick and I only managed to give him a shallow wound.

"Qinyu! Please take Hana away and treats her wound. I'll take care of this fucker. Just leave."

I telepathically sent a message to Qinyu. He understands it and quickly flew off with Hana in his giant claws.

"You're so dead! My mate will be angry as I didn't get to tear off that bitch's body into shred." The black bear said in a really deep voice.

I was enraged.

"Why did your mate wanted to hurt Hana so badly?! She didn't do anything wrong! She is the loveliest person I'd ever met! She wouldn't hurt a stray animal! Let alone a person!" I raise up my voice as I keep on punching and clenching my claws and fangs into him.

"It was all because of you! It's all your fault!" The black bear yells out as he bits off onto my neck and throws me out of the already broken hut.

"Ptuii!" I spit out a bit of blood and a tooth.

"Is Tara was the mastermind behind this?" I ask in anger.

"Huh? Why did you even bother to ask when you already know the answer. You arrogant tiger! If you didn't rejected her, she wouldn't be pathetically asking us to defile your female!" He grinding his teeth so hard as he smacking his paws onto the ground.

"Ceh. She is as manipulative as ever. You should had asked her the real reason why I rejected her. She's a delusional, psychotic bitch. Look at you now-- what kind of a beastman who would ended up hurting someone's mate like this? Are you turning into a rootless beastman? Shame on you!" I sneered as I get myself up on my four legs.

"I'm not rootless and Tara is not a bitch! If I manage to kill you, maybe she'll open up her heart to me. You're the source of our misery. Just died already!" He roaring out loud while dashing towards me.

I put up maximum energy on my hind legs and dash forward with an amazing speed. I avoid his heavy paws and dip my fangs deep onto his neck and twist it till it tore open making his blood gushing out like a broken dam.

I step myself away from the huge black bear while watching him falling down to the ground. He turned into his human's form once he breathe out his last breath. I roaring out loud.

You'll pay for your sin Tara. You'll pay for this. I'm not going to let this matter goes by easily.

Meanwhile-- under the ground near the village--

"Ssskkk--"

Ahh-- How long did I slept? How come it was so loud outside?

"Ughh-- why did my chest throbbing so much? It hurts-- like my heart was being crush a lot of time." He lowered his gaze to his chest and pats on it slowly.

"I miss her so much. I hope that she'll be happy to see me back. I'd shed a lot of skin this year. I'll make a beautiful dress for her using this later. It would look nice on her." He smiles as he took the bundle of snake's skins into his hands and slithered out from the hole he hibernated.

He inhales deeply as he stretches out his muscles.

"It's weird. The rainy season is still not over yet. Why did I woke up so early?" He touches his chest and taps on it twice.

"Don't tell me--"

He quickly slithers towards the village as quickly as he can.

I hope that Hana is safe. If not--

"I'll swallow that bastard first!" He hissing in anger. He even smashing all the big tree he encountered in his way with his big, strong tail.

What's the point having him in the harem if he failed to protect Hana from danger? I'm totally pissed. I should have brought Hana with me to hibernate. At least she'll be safe with me.

He, at last arrived at the village. What he saw was a completely destroyed hut with Hana's faint scent still lingering under the rubble.

He became outrage.

He swept all the woods aside while wailing pitifully.

"Hana--"

He grabs on a piece of torn clothes which had Hana's blood on it. His eyes reddened.

He squashes hard his tail onto the dead bear beastman's corpse and smashed it like a watermelon. There's blood and flesh, everywhere.

The throbbing pain inside had dissipate. I'm sure that Hana is safe somewhere. But-- how dare they tried to hurt Hana while I was hibernating. How despicable--

He just swept away the remaining corpse with his tail and slithers out from the village.

She's not here. I need to go and find her. There's a faint scent of an unknown male being mixed with Hana's scent. It makes me really anxious and mad.

Did Hana had been kidnapped? Is she was being tortured or did she had been--

"No!" He yells out loud.

"This is not going to work out. I need to calm down. Hana is safe--somewhere. I need to believe it. I need to go and find her as soon as possible. I don't want her to get clingy to this-- unknown male. She's mine, and mine only." He sighs as he turns himself back into the forest where Hana's scent was being tracked.

Just wait for me. I'll be coming for you. Just be safe.
