I let out a yawn as I awoke from a well rested sleep. I turned my head, expecting to see the adorable sleeping face of my girlfriend. I usually woke up before her but not today. Her side of the bed was completely empty. Before I could question why...

"You fucking bitch!"

The sound of screaming echoed through the walls. "Oh boy" I muttered as I reluctantly got out of bed and walked downstairs.

"I'm not the bitch here. You're the one getting in my face" husk jabbed angels chest angrily.

"You got in my face first!"

"I was offering you a drink jackass!"

"Oh you think I can't last five minutes without a drink in my hand or some coke in my nose? Fuck you!"

"Uhh do you ladies mind?" Their pointless fight was cut short by the king of hell himself "I'm trying to enjoy my pancakes"

"Fuck your pancakes!" Angel spat.

Lucifer let out an offended gasp "how dare you sir!-" he stopped short at the sound of alastors soft laughter "the hell are you laughing at chuckles?"

"You. Do you have a problem with that, your majesty?" he smiled innocently but his eyes gave away his malice.

"You better believe I have a problem with-"

"Enough" I split them up before Lucifer could tear our hotel manager apart "you're all adults. I shouldn't have to wake up to you all bickering like children"

"Fuck you're right" angel sighed "I'm sorry husk. I've just been so tense from what happened sir pensious and cherri" the whole room fell silent. Just yesterday we lost someone we considered a friend. Of course we couldn't just forget that.

I took a deep breath "Where's Charlie-"

"Right here" she appeared behind me, heavy bags hung off her eyes and her left eye was twitching "I've been up all night coming up with the perfect redemption plan. We can't let sir pensious sacrifice go to waste right. That'd make me the worst friend right!?" She held my shoulders tightly with a crazed look in her eyes.

I cast her a worried look "honey you look exhausted. Why don't you get some rest-"

"Nope!" She pulled away and started pacing "no time for rest. There's a lot of work to do. Gotta fill up the hotel. Gotta prove redemption is possible before they send down more angles and take more people that I care about until there's nothing left-"

"Honey!" I placed my hands on her shoulders, making her stop. She looked over at me as her demon form started to come out. I let out a sigh before addressing the others "clearly everyone here is under a lot of stress from the previous extermination. I think we could all use a break"

"A break? Like a beach trip!?" Nifty bounced around excitedly.

"Sure that sounds fun doesn't it honey" I rubbed her shoulders gently.

"I guess a day out would be fun" she smiled softly.

"That's my girl" I kissed her forehead lovingly "now go get some rest"

"Thanks vaggie" she rubbed noses with me before heading upstairs. Once she was out of sight I let out a sigh of relief. Ok now to plan a beach trip.
