---Aphmau's Pov---

Then he does something i wouldve never expected him to do. He puts his hands on my face and removed the space between us. He kissed me. I break away him letting go of me. "Garroth?!" He starts blushing really bad and i just keep crying though harder now. "L....L....Lord Aph...Aphmau im s....sorry" I stare at him then run away. "LORD APHMAU!!!" I pass by Zenix and see him looking super concerned. He stands in front of the road and I push him away. "Aph ar.... Ow" I sprint through everyone everyone asking me whats wrong. I look behind me to see Garroth talking to Zenix and his is head down. I run to my house and shut and lock the door sitting in front of it. Thoughts are pouring into my head. Why the heck did Garroth kiss me? I have an idea..... he will probably not look for me because he will feel bad. If i leave for Scaleswind tonight while hes not looking for me ill be able to be there by tommorow and head back later that day. Ill be able to be back by the next night once i see my parents. I stop crying and grab my huge purple backpack. I dont have a communication amulet because of what happened from Laur..... nevermind but i should bring some food water and a tent because ill need to sleep. Maybe even a flint and steel for a campfire. As im going through a list in my head i hear a knock on my door. "Wh....who is it." "Aphmau? Its Zenix" I can tell hes been crying. I walk over and open the door. He walks in and hugs me. "Im so sorry Aphmau!!" I hug him back. "I dont know why he did that. I should have left for Scaleswind when i thought i had a free shot." He stops hugging me and steps back. "You were what?!" "I wanted to visit Scaleswind while i was in my house. I just decided ill do it later." He shakes his head. "Please dont." "But my par...." "APHMAU PLEASE!" He hugs me. "Zenix..... they were the only two people i remembered." He hugs me tighter. "I know Aphmau im sorry." I start crying again. "Zenix why did he kiss me?!?!?!" "He shouldnt have. He feels really bad.... Aphmau ill see you later i have to get back to post." I sniffle and nod. He walks out and i shut the door behind him. I slowly sit in front of it. I put my head in my knees and cry.

---Garroth's Pov---

I shouldnt have done that!!!! I knew she was on edge after Laurance that she would totally collapse if she was kissed. I just felt really bad and UGH!! Im pacing around in my home. Wanting to go check on her but deciding against it. She needs to be by herself. Gah im such a bad guard!!! I just sit down and put my head in my knees. "Why did i kiss Aphmau?!" Because you love her more then your own life. "GAHHH!" I stand up and continue to pace. I hear a knock on the door. Its probably either Zenix or Zoe. Though i hope its Aphmau. I open the door to see Zoe and Kiki. Some of Aphmau's friends. Ha i knew it. "Garroth what happened to Aph?" I could tell they are both terrified speaking that when Kiki said that her voice was quivering and Zoe is shaking. I look down motioning for them to come in. They do and i shut the door behind them. We all sit down but they are staring at me worriedly. I clear my throat knowing this is probably gonna be bad. "Well i was checking on Aphmau last night because i was worried she left for Scaleswind without protection. I saw she was sleeping and picked her up to bring her to the bed she has in my house. It turns out she was awake and we decided to have lunch together at Kawaii-Chan's place the next day. So we got there and started eating and i brought up her parents and that she couldnt go to Scaleswind unprotected. She said she was actually going to and i went off on her." I look at them and Kiki nods as Zoe gasps. "She started crying and i felt bad so i hugged her. After that i....i..." A few tears fall down my face. They both look down. "I kissed her. I kissed Lord Aphmau." They both gasp and more tears trickle down. "Im an idiot, i knew she was on edge after Laurance i just...... Guys i think i love Lord Aphmau." Tears are pouring down now. I hear more gasps and i look up. They both look extremely concerned. "Gah!!! Im supposed to be her guard!!! Not someone who loves her!!!!!" I walk upstairs toward my balcony. I stare out towards her and see her crying through her window. Irene!!! What Have I Done?!?!?!

---Aphmau's Pov---

~~~7:00Pm~~~

Alright lets grab my backpack and head out. I know i have a camp site not to far from here so i can sleep. I grab my backpack and pet Thorgi. "Alright boy ill only be gone for a few days and ill be back to play around. Alright?" Instead of barking he just looks down. "Hey boy. Ill be alright. Promise." He keeps looking down and i look over at Sean Connery in his cage. "Hey Sean! I have to go. I love you." He squeaks and i laugh. I wince. Ow. I guess my stabs are hurting me more every day. I sigh. "Bye fellas" I walk out tiptoeing to dodge Brian and Dante during their night shifts. As soon as i get out of the gate i start running towards the camp i made when i first got here. Garroth is going to blame himself. Ugh!!! I seriously dont get why he kissed me!!! I sprint until i see the pink tent. I laugh. I remember my purple one broke and i was upset i had to use my pink one. I slow down and throw my backpack on the ground. "Alright, ill head to bed and get a headstart in the morning. Good thing i gave Logan the note that im leaving!" I laugh. "He could care less about me." I sigh and take out my sleeping bag and fall asleep.

---Garroth's Dream Pov---

I look up to see Laurance. I pull out my sword. "Laurance i thought you died?!?!?" He smiles. "Nope! I was resurrected! Its a shame Aphmau's parents died ey?" I drop my sword. "Y...you couldnt h..have! Y...you love Aphmau t...too d.....dont you?!" He sighs. "I do.... more then anything." He starts crying. "Im s...sorry Aph" After he says that i stare at him confused. "Garroth you cant protect her forever! She should be mine!!" He moves over and all i see is a woman. A lifeless woman to be exact. Aphmau.

---Garroth's Pov---

"AHHHHH" I woke up screaming. "Aphmau?" I look around to see or hear nothing, and i sigh. "That nightmare sucked."After i said that i start to hear frantic knocking at my door. "COMING!" I look at the look and see its only 10 at night. I walk towards the door quickly putting my helm and armor on. I answered the door to see Brian and Dante standing there out of breath. "Guys whats wrong?" Dante speaks up. "Aphmau.........Gone............Note..........Logan......." "Woah calm down. Come in." They both nod and i hand them glasses of water. This time Brian speaks. "Garroth.... Lord Aphmau is gone." I stare at him. "WHAT?!?!" They nod and Dante speaks. "Garroth we were walking around the plaza and we saw two halves of a note." He sighs and hands me both, and says. "Read it" I nod.

Dear Logan.
I know you can care less about if i live or die. Thats why im giving this to you. Im heading to Scaleswind and im going alone. Dont tell anyone. So either throw this note away or keep it i dont care.
Lord Aphmau.

I read the note over and over. I grit my teeth, knowing that if i do it anymore my teeth will be pulverised. "Logan....... HE KNEW ABOUT HIS AND DIDNT TELL US?!?!?!?!" They nod and i head out the door. "Thanks you may continue your shift." They nod and i sprint over to Zenix's House. I knock on the door. A few seconds later i see Zenix. I pull out the note. "Zenix. We have to go get her before she gets hurt." He opens his eyes wide as he reads the note. He shuts the door and about 30 seconds later he flings it open with his armor, helm, and sword. "Garroth we have to go find her!!" I nod.

---Zenix's Pov---

We start to run in the direction of Scaleswind when he says. "Knowing Aphmau she's probably at a camp sleeping. She's not stupid enough not to sleep at night." I nod sprinting faster. We see smoke coming from a little area in the forest. We start to sprint faster. By the time we get there its been about an hour sense we left. "Zenix its Aphmau" We both sigh in relief to know shes just sleeping. We wake her up and she automatically screams. "AHH GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" "Hey Aph!" She smiles. "Logan im guessing?" Garroth nods and we all laugh but then i get serious. "Aphmau what were you thinking?!?!" She frowns looking down. "I thought that you guys wouldnt want to go with me." Me and Garroth sigh. He speaks. "Of course we would Aphmau!" She shifts as if shes feeling awkward around Garroth. "So would you guys like to go?" We nod and she smiles. "I brought extra sleeping bags Here!" She throws one at me an i fall over. I laugh and so does Garroth who actually catches his. We all lay down to sleep.

---Aphmau's Pov---

~~~Next Day~~~

I woke up to see they were too. I yawned. They both looked at me Zenix laughing while he spoke. "Hey sleepy head." I punch him and he rubs the spot where i punched him. I wanna avoid any chance i have to talk to Garroth. He just made it so awkward. "Anyways you guys wanna head out?" Zenix yelled. "YEAH!" "STOP YELLING ZENIX!!" "OK LORD APHMAU!!" We kept yelling at eachother until we couldnt speak from laughing so hard. Garroth just nods as if letting us know that we should go. After we finish me and Zenix both get up and we start walking. We were walking for about an hour until we heard laughing. I stop in my steps. I studder trying to say the sentence. "D....does that l...laugh s..s...sound familiar?" They nod and i start shaking violently. Then i see Laurance standing in front if me looking sad. "L....laurance?" He nods, and i start trying to pull out my sword. I look to my sides and i see them both have their swords and shields up. "Hey.....My love." I normally would grit my teeth but my teeth were shaking, so i couldnt. I finally grabbed my sword and i pulled it out. "Im sorry Aphmau. You may be with me one day." I look at Garroth whos making a fist and starts running at him until i see Laurance take out a bow. I yell but its too late. "GARROTH NO!!!!!" I see Garroth drop like a weight with an arrow in the heart and see Laurance mutter something and shrug. Then Laurance runs away. I would chase after Laurance but i couldnt. Uncontrollably i start bawling "GARROTH NO NO NO!!!!!!" I run over to him crying but still hes gripping his sword. I take off his helm and see his eyes still partly open and him breathing rapidly. "Lo....rd Aph....Aphmau." I wipe away some tears, and nod. "I....im sorry." After that i saw his chest stop going up and down and he dropped his sword. "G...Garroth??? GARROTH?!" I look to my side to see Zenix holding his helmet and shaking his head, crying. "GARROTH PLEASE DONT DIE!!" After im done screaming i just lay my head and arms on my guard. "Garroth......please dont die!" I feel Zenix's hand on my shoulder. "This is my fault Zenix!!!!" I start crying even harder. "No its not Aphmau!" I nod my head and cry into my guard.
