With Hardcase's eyes close he managed a sentence "Wow, Commander Khan..." he said in praise. "How you do this is unimaginable, I-I can feel...wait... Is that me? Hah! I can see myself, as if I am standing where you are. This is amazing." 

Hardcase let out an excited huff. "General, this is absolutely amazing." He said as he opened his eyes to meet Reetha's. He could feel her approval of his new found ability and nodded to Reetha in thanks. Anakin opened his eyes to find Hardcase looking proudly at Reetha, and he knew that the trooper had managed to connect.

"Is-Is this.. woah. That's a weird feeling." Kix exclamied next. Anakin had quietly gestured to Hardcase to sit beside him to let the rest establish their connection. "What do you feel vod?" Hardcase asked. "I-I see, Hardcase,..." "Sitting beside the General.... and I-I seem to be, taller?, than everyone." Rex added.

Anakin and Hardcase looked at each other in surprise and looked back at the captain and the medic.

"Wow, huh!" Kix huffed. "I seem to be able to here what she is hearing." "Well, what do you hear?" Anakin asked. "I... hear... conversations?... Yeah. I-I hear conversations from troopers in the ship. Ouh! There's someone I hear. It's ... Appo. Yeah, Appo. He's talking to Oddball in the mess. About... their ships paint job?"

Anakin looked at Reetha as she nodded her furry head in approval. Hardcase commed Appo. "Hey, Appo, it's Hardcase. Ya happen to be in the mess with Oddball, talking about your ships paint job, vod?" "Ergh... that's, oddly specific, but y-yeah. Wait how do you-" Hardcase ended the com and looked at Kix with amazement. "Ya did it vod. Ya did it!" 

Kix opened his eyes and turned his head to Reetha. "That was what you where hearing? That's some awfully good hearing." He said with slight laughter at his new found ability. Reetha nodded in reply and nudged Kix again congratulating him. "Well, thanks to you, I wouldn't have realized I could do this." He said as he petted her wolf nose.

Now, all that was left was Rex and Ahsoka. Ahsoka let out a frustrated grunt. "Uhh Master, I don't think I am getting this." Ahsoka opened her eyes and looked to Rex, who was still focusing. Then she closed her eyes to try to establish a connection, again. "You need to calm down Snips. You need to feel her presence in the force." Anakin instructed.

"Maybe we can get a stronger connection if Commander Tano and I try to focus on one thing in common, and use that to connect to Commander Khan. Would that work General?" Rex asked. "Rex, that is actually a great idea." "Do we just try to think of what Reetha is thinking?" Ahsoka questioned.

"Do just that." Anakin suggested. "I'll get Reetha to think of something. Both you and Rex must focus together to see what Reetha has thought up. You guys up for that challenge?" " I'm in." Rex agreed. "Commander Tano?" "I'm in for it as well. Lets do this. Master, lets get Reetha to think of something. Rex and I will try to connect with Reetha's thoughts."

Anakin turned to Hardcase and Kix, "So, what should we ask Reetha to think about?" he whispered. Kix shrugged, and Hardcase stroked his chin, and his eyes lit up with an idea. "I've got it." He whispered his plan to Anakin and Hardcase. 

Anakin nearly let out a giggle as he heard what the clone suggested and agreed. "This is gonna be good." Kix said to Anakin. Hardcase walked over to Reetha and whispered to her ear. Once he was done, he sat down and nodded to Anakin. "Alright, you to, ready when you are."

"Ready Rexter?" Ahsoka asked. "Ready commander. Let's do this. On a count of three" Rex replied. "One, two.." Rex and Ahsoka took a deep breath, "Three" Ahsoka exhaled and Rex followed suit.

It was quiet for a few seconds until Rex let out an exasperated sigh. "Are you kidding me?" "What, what is it?" Ahsoka asked. "Honestly, it's better you don't know commander." 

Across Rex, he could here Hardcase, the general and Kix snickering away. "Hardcase, I will get you back for this." "Woah, did you get that from Commander Reetha?" "No Hardcase, ya just snicker to much. " Rex sassed back.

Rex returned his concentration to Reetha, as his face turned all sorts of red. Apparently whatever it was, was just to embarrassing for him to remember. "Seriously vod'ika. You had to bring that up." Rex felt a huff of air from Reetha and a sort of airy chuckle from her. 

"Commander, please stop thinking this before Ahs-" Rex was cut of from a familiar togruta laughing herself off. "Ohh my goodness" She shrieked. "Rex, is that-" she chortled "Ohh kriff, oh no.. Rex" She chocked out giggling .  

She laughed so hard till she had tears coming out of her eyes. She opened them and looked at Rex, who still had his eyes closed but a wearing a clear scowl on his face. 

"You are... wearing a skirt... dancing a HULA!..." She choked out and laughed, squinting her eyes. Anakin and Kix tried to stifle their laughs, but got caught up in the moment. "..and, and you wearing a LEKKU WIG!! WITH COCONUT SHELLS.. ON YOUR... WELL LIKE..." she choked up again, this time nearly rolling on the floor. Meanwhile, Hardcase had made his way over to Rex and poked his cheek "Like... boobs!!" 

And that's when Rex snapped his eyes open and took Hardcase into a choke hold, while the rest in the room burst out laughing, and Reetha had reverted into her human form, also gasping for breath from laughing so hard, as she placed a hand on Rex's shoulder and knelled beside him. 

"Well, Rex... I'm really sorry" She laughed out. "But honestly it was a really memorable moment." She giggled, as she rolled on the floor beside Ahsoka. 

Rex had let go of Hardcase, and pouted while looking around the room. "Yeah, yeah laugh it up." Then Hardcase stood up and mimicked Rex doing his Hula dance as a twilek. "When did he do this anyway?" Ahsoka asked she recovered slowly from laughing. "Oh, it was when we had out small weekly gathering with Commander Khan." Kix told Ahsoka. 

"Mhmm. We had a small truth or dare session, Rex choose dare obviously, and well, he danced to a Tattoine hula as a twilek." Reetha told Ahsoka as she just gawked and giggled at Rex. "Well, honestly I wouldn't have thought Rex would be up to it." Ahsoka stated. 

"Yeah, well, I guess we were all really in the moment, and Rex probably had a little to much sugar." Reetha glanced at Rex, as his face turned a deeper red, but he eventually chuckled anyways. "Well, I always entertain." 

"I would pay to see Rex to that again. Who knew you had this crazy side in you. " Anakin chuckled as he clapped against Rex's back. "You guys should join some time." Kix stated and Hardcase agreed. "The more the merrier." Rex stated as he shook his head side to side. Reetha nodded in agreement.

After calming down, Anakin told them that they would travel to Sorgan in two days, then dismissed the meeting. Hardcase, Ahsoka and Kix made their way to the mess, Anakin headed to his quaters, while Rex walked Reetha back to her room. 

"You were awfully quiet." Rex noted as she keyed in the pass code to her quarters.

"Yeah, it's just earlier." Reetha said as she tilted her head towards the meeting room. "I haven't exactly revealed my ability to anyone. Ever since my master.. well..."

"Ever since then..?"

"Yeah. I guess, I was just not ready to do it without him." She trailed off.

Rex leaned at her doorway. "Well, sometimes it's good to let go of a norm and adapt to changes. I'm glad you did it Reetha." He smiled down at her. "Anyways.. I should let you get some rest. All the force thingy must have tired you out. See you around. I'm going to let you get some rest." Just as Rex was about to leave, Reetha called out to him.

"Actually, I'm not really tired." She mumbled out quietly. 

"Owh. Well, what do you want to do?" Rex asked.

"Can you come in for a sec? I just..."

"Need some company?" Rex smiled gently to her. "I'd be honored." She smiled back to him.

After chatting and watching a movie with Rex, Reetha's eyes started to get heavy, and her head slowly dropped on Rex's shoulder, without the poldren. He noticed this and smiled. "Reetha... You should get some rest..." He told her in a soft voice.

 "Hmm... oh sorry. I dozed off." "It's alright. I guess that's enough of movies for a day." "Uhuh, yeah..." Reetha mumbled back sleepily. "I've got Hardcase to drop of your dinner her earlier. It's on your table." Reetha mumbled a drowsy thanks. 

Rex chuckled to himself, as he slowly lowered Reetha to her bed. Seeing that she was asleep, he slowly made his way to her door. Then, he felt his left hand being tugged, and looked to see that Reetha had pulled his hand. "Hey, Rex?" She asked. "Mhmm" "My ability... was is weird?"

 He huffed a small laugh, as he knelled by her bed and held her hand. "Your ability, is amazing Reetha. Don't ever think otherwise." he said as he gave Reetha's had a reassuring squeeze. "Thank you, Rex." 

She smiled at him. Rex looked at Reetha with an adoring smile. "Sleep tight, vod'ika." He said as he stood up and affectionately ruffled Reetha's hair, content that she was sleeping happily.
