Short and sweet

"Did you know you have freckles?"

The question confused Jeremy, and he gave Michael a weird look. "Yeah? I've had them for a while now, my dude. It's because I've been helping Evan in the garden. My skins pale so my face was like 'aye you know what would make you look dorkier? Freckles.' And I was like 'lol guess you right'."

Michael didn't answer right away. He glanced up at the stars, and the boys feel back into their comfortable silence.

"I think they suit you." He paused before adding, "Your freckles. I like them."

"Oh. I uh, thanks, dude."

"Stop calling me dude, we literally made out in the back of my car before getting here." Michael mumbled, intertwining their fingers as if to prove a point. "But seriously. They're cute."

"Sure, Micah. Anything you say." Jeremy said, rolling himself onto Michaels chest. He laid down on top of his boyfriend, accidentally giving Michael a full view of his freckle covered face.

Michael stated lovingly at them all, realizing that every new dot he spotted, he fell deeper in love with the blue eyed boy.
