Aria

I shake my head and start wearing the outfit he picked for me. Boy does he have a good sense of style. After dressing and setting my hair I walked to his room and knocked, secretly hoping he'd come out in a towel again. Ugh Aria stop having dirty thoughts. I shake my head and wait for him to open the door. When I go to knock again, he suddenly opens the door and I end up knocking on his forehead.

"Oh shit. I'm sorry", I said sheepishly. He was fully dressed. Such disappointment. He wore grey sweat pants and a black full sleeve t-shirt with white sneakers.
Sweatpants! Grey sweatpants! My weakness!

"Like what you see", he asked smirking.

This is the second time he's catching me checking him out. You gotta stop doing that Aria! Stop gawking and say something you dumdum.

"Hey how do you get to wear sweatpants but I don't get to wear my pajamas", I pout.

"I don't want anyone looking at you. Only I can look at you. All of you", he said winking and turned around to close his door.
He is going to be the end of me.

We walked out and just as we reached the gate of the hotel I saw deepak walking in with surya bhaiya. Oh no. He's gonna tease me again.

As soon as deepak saw me he ran upto me, lifted me and spun me around.
"Hey there beautiful", he said still spinning me around.

"Deepak put me down before we fall down together", I said squealing.

"Where are you going without me?", He asked putting his hand on my shoulder and pulling me closer.
I don't even have to look at shreyas to know that he's burning holes on Deepak's head with his glare again.

"She was too stressed so I'm taking her for icecream. Now let's go before we're late. See you later guys", said shreyas pulling me away from Deepak's embrace. Jealous much.

"Bye ladoo. I'll talk to you later. Miss me while I'm gone", screamed deepak as we left the hotel.

"Slow down shrey. Why are we running".

"I want you all to myself tonight that's why. And why did he call you ladoo?", He asked his eyebrows coming together.

"He thinks I have chubby cheeks so I remind him of a ladoo", I said remembering that convo I had with deepak.

"Yeah yeah whatever", he said slowing down.

"Are you jealous?", I asked looking at his face for a reply.

"Um no, No! I have no reason to be", he said rubbing the back of his neck. Something he does when he's nervous.

"Okaaay let's go then. Oh I see an ice-cream parlour. Let's go there", I said running off not waiting for him.

As I opened the door to the parlour I head a bell jingle. I love this place already. The interior was so cute. With pink couches and cushions, dim lights and soft music.

They had so many different flavours. I scanned the entire row of different icecreams when I felt shreyas stand beside me. He put his hand on my waist and pulled me close to him.

"Which flavour do you want?", He whispered in my ear sending a chill down my spine.

"Peach.. peach and strawberry", I said my voice as low as ever.

"Good choice", he whispered once again and turned to the lady at the counter.

"One scoop of salted caramel for me and two scoops of peach and strawberry for the lady", he said winking.

I was still left dazed. He was too close to me. Closer than before and I couldn't think straight.

The lady at the counter gave us our cups of icecream and smiled," You guys are a very cute couple".

"I'm sorry you've mistaken. We're not a couple", I said looking down at the icecream.

"Yet", he said thanking the lady and paying for the icecream.

We sat at one of the tables and I silently ate my icecream thinking about what he said.
What does he mean by 'yet'. Does he want to be with me? Ugh why does he have to say things like this. Stupid monkey.

After finishing we left the place once again thanking the sweet lady and decided to go for a stroll. That's when I noticed bright lights in a distance. It was a small amusement park.

"Shrey shrey look at that. It's an amusement park can we go there please please", I said holding his hand jumping up and down in excitement.

"Sure we can but first you have to give me a kiss", he said looking serious.

I stopped jumping and looked at him with wide eyes and an open mouth. Holy hibbergibbies! Did I hear him right?
He had this serious look on his face for a few seconds and then burst out laughing.

"You should have seen your face", he said still laughing like a hyena.

I blushed hard. I started hitting him on his chest until he pulled my hands and I crashed on his chest.

"You are so cute Ari", he said looking into my eyes.

Why does he have to do me like this. Damn him and damn the butterflies in my stomach.

I pulled away and crossed my hands in front of my chest," I'm going if you're not coming"
I turn and walk away. I hear him running and suddenly I'm lifted off the ground.
He throws me over his shoulder and now I'm hanging there with a wonderful view. His ass. Not that I mind, but why is he carrying me. I hit his back again in hopes of him letting me down but no he doesn't.

When we finally read the park he lets me down and I punch his chest.

"Why did you carry me. I have legs you know", I said giving him the best glare I can.

"I know. Very sexy ones I must say", he said smirking.

Oh god. Why does he have to do this everytime. I stomp my feet and turn around looking at the place. My eyes land on this tiny shop with a beach theme. I pull shreyas and start running to that shop.

"If you wanna hold my hand all you have to do is ask sweetheart", he said properly holding my hand and intertwining our fingers.

I ignore his comment and continue going to the shop. They had such cute bracelets and earrings. I left shreyas' hand and went on to check the things there when I found him looking at a few chains.

They were the chains that come in pairs for couples and best friends and all. He picked one of it and asked," Do you know what this means?".

I shook my head. It was a white and black chain. Both in seperate chains. I had no idea what it was.

"This is yin and yang. Both of them are completely different but they compliment each other. Without each other, they are incomplete.", he said looking at the chains in his hand and holding my hand in the other.
Wow that was beautiful. I didn't know he would know all of this. Isn't he a romantic little puppy.

Before he could say anything further his phone rang. He took it out of his pocket and showed me. It was his mom. I nodded my head and told him to pick it up. He walked out of the store to talk to her and at that time I bought the yin and yang chain and a pair of earrings.

I hadn't forgotten the fact that it was his birthday tomorrow. And I know it was close to 12.

I paid for it and walked out while he was done with his call.

"Hey let's go on the Ferris wheel", he said waiting for my answer. .

"Yes please I haven't gone on one in so long", I said excitedly.

He got the tickets and we sat in one of the cabins.  We sat opposite each other and the cabin was so small that my knees were in between his. As the wheel started shreyas took my hand and placed it in his and kissed the back of my hand.

"I like our hands together". Why is this boy this cute.

As we reached the top I looked at the view. The stars and lights, it was gorgeous.

"Isn't the sky beautiful", I said still looking at the stars.

"Maybe. But I have an even more beautiful view right in front of me", he said making me look at him.

He placed his hand on my cheek and slowly stroke my cheek. He pulled me forward and our foreheads touched. I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing. I could smell him as as usual he smelt amazing.

I opened my eyes and said," Happy birthday shrey", and kissed his forehead.

His smile widened. "You remember", he said our foreheads still touching.

"How could I forget", I said breaking the touch.

He moved forward and hugged me saying," This has to be the best birthday ever! Thank you Ari".

I pulled away from him and said", Can I ask you something shrey".

"Anything baby", he said tugging my hair behind my ear.

"Will you be my plus one for the gala?", I asked hoping he'll say yes.

Now he looked like the cheshire cat grinning from ear to ear.
"Yes! Definitely yes! A hundred times yes!", He said pulling me into another hug.

'Best best birthday ever!!", He mumbled into my hair while I hugged him back as tightly as I could.

Very cliche no? I loved writing this part.
