Ari and I finally had the conversation that I was trying so hard to avoid, but I'm glad we spoke about it. The more I avoided it the more I felt like it'll break us apart.

Once she left my room I laid down contemplating how everything would have turned out to be if I hadn't met her here. Even though I had a successful career, I always felt like I lacked something and that something was her. My Aria. Everything was slowly falling into place and I couldn't have been more thankful for this trip. I mentally thank deepak for choosing this destination when I hear someone knocking on my door.

Think about the devil and he appears. 'Hey man wassup', I asked Deepak as he stood at my door with a creepy smile on his face.
Why is he grinning like that? Before I could tell him anything further I felt a smack on my face.

What the actual fuck! There was whipped cream all over my face and head. Some of it even got into my nose and eye. By the time I wipped it off Deepak was waddling back to his room and I could see shubman and Rahul's head peeping from the room and they were laughing her asses off.

"I'm sorry it was dare!", Deepak said lifting his hand up in surrender.

"You look like a snack. Mind if I lick you?", Rahul said running to me with his tongue out.

"Back off you creepy dog. Do not touch me!", I said walking back into my room and banging the door on his face.

"Aww let me in. I'll lick you clean". I roll my eyes. What a creep. Why do I even hang out with them.

"Get the fuck away from me before I make sure you have no kids Rahul", I warned him.

"Fiiiiine!! We're going to the pool. If you wanna come then be there in 10 min", he said walking away.

Thank god he's gone. I quickly wear my swim shorts and sandals and go to Deepak's room. I can finally relax.

The next day we decided to go to sky diving. Aria and sagar couldn't join us because their final round was tomorrow and they were busy preparing for it. I'm glad sagar couldn't come, He makes me wanna twist his neck. Why is he always around Ari. Even though Ari said there's nothing going on between them I still feel very jealous.

I was sad Aria couldn't make it but her conference is more important and I appreciate that.

After a fun sky diving experience where shubman puked his guts out all over rahul shoes and deepak almost fainting we reached the hotel in the evening. I decided to go check on aria. I hadn't seen her the whole day.

I walked up to her room and saw her door was slightly open. I pushed it slowly and leaned against the wall looking at the mess in her room. Books all over the floor, papers everywhere. Literally everywhere on the bed, the table, pillows thrown around and in the middle of all this sat Aria with disheveled hair and glasses at the tip of her nose trying to read a paper in her hand.

I held in a laugh when I saw her surrounded by all of this. I knocked on the door and she answered without looking," Keep the sheets on the table there and please get me a small tub of chocolate icecream. Thank you so much".

Wait who did she think I was. I couldn't help but chuckle. She turned around and looked at me.

"Can I come in or am I allowed in only if I get the chocolate ice cream?", I asked her as she removed her glasses at smiled at me.

"Oh hi shreyas. I'm sorry I thought you were the room service guy. I had asked for a few printouts", she said putting away the paper and tapping the floor next to her asking me to sit down.

I walked up to her and sat down. " This is a lot of work Ari. Are you machine? Do you ever take some time off?", I said shaking her by the shoulders.

"I had to shorten my paper for the finals tomorrow and it's too much work and I don't like it", she said tugging at her hair.

"What is it about? Maybe you can explain it to be in short so you'll feel confident?", I suggested.

"You'd listen to me?", She said widening her eyes.

"Ofcourse I will princess", I said giving her a wide smile. She turned away blushing. I love it when she blushes.

She started explaining to me about her paper. It was something to do with cancer cells and how you can prevent them from going on to the next stage or something like that. It was all going over my head. But she was so excited about it that I could listen to her talk all day.

I took this time to look at her. The way her eyes sparkled when she spoke about her work, her innocence, the way she moved her hands to explain. Everything about her is beautiful and all I can do is sit and admire her beauty.

Once she was done she tucked her hair behind her ear and looked down and said ,"I'm sorry if I bored you but I do feel a little confident. Thank you shrey".

I held her chin and lifted her head up to look at me. "Hey don't thank me. You are crazy smart and I know you'll do amazing tomorrow. Don't stress alot okay", I said looking into her eyes.
She blushed more which made me smile wider.

"Come I'm gonna take you somewhere", I said getting up and lifting her up.

"But where? I need to prepare!", She whined. Such a baby.

"Do you want Ice cream or not?". Her eyes widened at this and she started jumping up and down nodding yes. Fucking adorable.

"Then get dressed and be ready in 10 min", I said.

"I'm not changing. What I'm wearing is perfect", she said looking down at her clothes. She's wearing a loose hoodie and shorts underneath it which is not even visible. I'm not taking her out like this.
Those sexy legs distract me enough, I don't need other men looking at her.

"No Aria. Change please", I said looking away from her legs.

"But shreeeeeeey".

"Aria! Okay fine I'll pick out the clothes for you, you lazy bum", I said walking up to the cupboard where she had kept her clothes. I pulled out a lavender sweater and jeans and paired them with white shoes. I left the outfit on her bed and turned to find her texting someone on her phone and smiling.

Curiously I asked her", Who are you texting".

"Deepak. He is too funny", she said making my blood boil.

I need to do something before deepak steals her away from me.
"Stop drooling over him and get dressed. You have 10 min", I said walking out.

"Jeez, Okay dad", she scoffed throwing her phone away.

"It's okay 'Daddy' sweetheart", I said winking, leaving her standing there with her mouth open.
