Ashish: acha we didnt know that.. I thought Sunday only come sometimes.. glad to see it coming the day after tommrow he said jokingly

Avni:papa

Ashish:ok ok continue he said winking at avni

Shekar:let's all go for a picnic the weather is also good and we all would be free then

Dayawanti:perfect idea

Ashish:see u have become smart by been with me he said while shekar looked at his crazy friend

Praaksh slapped ashish playfully

Neil in his mind:a day with Tina gosh when will this Sunday come ... he looked at Tina and rubbed the hack of his neck

Avni in her mind: picnic with Neil and the rest.. will get to cherish these memories with him she thought while looking at him and then played with her food while smiling

Tina in her mind: hmm let's see what is so special about Mr America that avni keeps talking about him she thought while smiling at Neil teasingly

Finally it was Sunday.. while all the men were getting ready the ladies were in the kitchen packing all the snacks

Avni had gotten ready and went to Tina house which was next door to hers...

she entered to see tina was still in her pjs with a face mask on

Avni:Tinaaa r u mad we r leaving soon to go for a picnic and u r busy with your face mask

Tina:avniiiiii.. first of all I'm aware we r leaving soon and secondly I'm just giving my skin beauty treatment it needs.

Avni: well it's got enough treatment it needs now hurry up otherwise I'm sending mama

Tina: meri jaan give me 10 mins

Avni shook her head and left going back to her house and went to her room to get her phone

As she was walking down someone tapped her on the right shoulder when she turned around to look on her right nobody was there when she this time she got tapped on her left..but instead of looking on her left she turned around completely to see a smiling Neil

Avni: Neillll..r u in the mood of playing around she said walking down while Neil walked besides her

Neil:haan..and u should get useto it..avni looked at him smiling with all the love she had for this guy

Avni: acha..she said chuckling with the way he said it.

Neil:by the way where is tina.

Avni: she is at her place still getting ready

Neil:still?

Avni: haan still she said smiling seen neil expression

Neil:if she takes long like this now what will happen in the future he mumbled but avni heard him and chuckled

Avni:get useto it like we did...now chalo she said and walked down the stairs while neil stood there

Neil: that I will definitely do he said smiling to himself and then went down rubbing the back of his neck

1 hour later

Avneil, shekhar and tina came in one car while the rest in another... neil was sitting in the passenger seat while looking at tina from the rearview mirror who was busy clicking pics with avni.

Once they reached to the picnic spot all got out ... as they had arranged a place to sit down tina and avni decided to go and get the picnic basket while neil and ashish went to get few games from the car that they could play .

As they were walking back.... tina was about to trip thanks to a stone and due to her losing her balance she collided into avni who didnt expect that and was about to fall but before avni could land on the floor she felt a hand on her wrist..

Neil:careful he said

Avni smiled hearing neil voice and looked up but slowly the smile vanished from her face to see it was ashish holding her wrist...she turned to look on her left to see neil there but the thing was he was holding on to tina hand and that "careful" was not for her but for tina

Neil: walk carefully...what was the rush he said making tina stand properly while ashish made avni stand straight who was looking at tina and neil

Tina:uff.. it was becusse of that stupid stone otherwise tina is never clumsy like this.

Neil: acha well now we know that tina is clumsy he said smiling

Tina:whatever suddenly tina saw ashish and avni and remembered how she had bumped into avni when she was about to trip.

Tina walked up to avni

Tina: avni u ok ? I'm sorry u got hurt because of me

Neil: avni u ok right? Sorry I didnt know u was hurt too

Avni:relax I'm not hurt...papa saved me.. um let's go everyone is waiting for us she said walking ahead while controlling her emotions thinking neil didn't even even realise she lost her balance too until Tina mentioned it

everyone formed a circle and sat down... as neela and shweta were busy talking to daya and bebe.. the 3 men were talking with each other

Neil took a piece of lays chips out and forwarded it to tina ...she looked at him and was about to take the piece when neil moved his hands away...she frowned and he forwarded it again gesturing her to eat it while she smiled teasingly and ate the piece without anyone noticing except avni

Avni looked away as if trying not to think much about it and smiled as she tried to listen to what the others were talking about...but the way neil was looking at tina and feeding her made her feel low.

Without anyone noticing.. avni got up and started to walk away and stood in a corner looking at the view of the place...but instead of actually looking at the view.. she was getting flashes of her and neil emails, their childhood memories, their recent memories... neil thinks tina wrote those messages but in reality it was her

Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder.

Avni: papa go I'm coming she said thinking its ashish as she didnt expect anyone else to come there

But when the hand didnt move she turned around

Avni:papa I said na...but she stopped when she didnt expect neil to be standing in front of her

As she saw neil standing in front of her she automatically felt her eyes get teary and smiled back

Avni:Neil u.

Neil: haan I came to see what my friend was doing here alone

Avni: try and guess she said looking at him

Neil:I'm sorry I dont know u well but I can tell that u r upset...but I wont ask the reason as I know it will upset u even more so it's best not to think about it

As neil said that avni looked at neil

Avni in her head: that's what u think neil... in those emails u know me too well but in real u dont feel so because for u Tina has written those email.. If only u knew it was written by me then maybe u wouldn't have said that

Neil:avni..he called out to her making her coming back from her thoughts

Avni: yeah..

Neil:u want to sit there he said showing the bench

Avni was about to say no but she decided to become a little selfish for few mins so that she can create memories with this guy

5 min later avneil was sitting at the bench while they heard their family laughter as they were playing games.

Neil:avni

Avni:yh ?

Neil:tell me more about u

Avni:kya ?

Neil:what Kya.. tell me more about u please

Avni:what do u want to know?

Neil: your likes, dislikes.. anything about u

Avni:ok so I done masters in business

Neil:u know even tina has

Avni smiled nervously if only he had known avni had written everything about herself only

Avni:that I know

Neil:ok so continue

Avni:so I have applied for few places in fact I feel like starting my own business as I love baking.

Neil:and ?

Avni:I love reading books especially love story.

Neil:u and Tina have few common things even she loves reading love story

Avni:um ya.. by the way what will u do by knowing everything about me leave some for later she said coming up with an excuse otherwise whatever was written in the email will be the same to whatever she will say

Neil:arien.. we still can have other things to talk about

Avni:Neill chalo everyone is playing and u r been lazy.. we have a whole life ahead .. so for now forget about getting to know each other she said getting up and walked to where the others were
