(Thomas's POV)

We've been on the road for days after the incident and we are still not much closer to the cabin. I think we're in Tennessee now but I can't be too sure. I don't like this at all. I am so glad that my brother, friends, and... Jon are all here otherwise I honestly don't know what I'd do without any of them, especially Jon.

"You okay, Tommy?" Jon asked looking over at me concerned.

"Um.... yeah, I'm fine," I answered not even really convincing myself that I'm okay.

"Yeah, no you're not." He said and I knew he was right, "Seriously, what's wrong, babe?"

"I just don't like any of this, It's all so scary and I am having a hard time being okay with this," I said while blushing slightly at the nickname. He's so cute and fluffy sometimes and that's something I really love about him. Wait........did I just say, love...I guess I did. I smiled at the thought of telling him that I love him.

"What are you smiling at, baby?" Jon asked me wrapping his arm around my waist and snuggling his face in my hair. In his defense, it is quite late right now but I couldn't sleep.

"I love you." I practically whispered. He pulled away from me and looked me in the eye and then kissed me.

"I love you too, Thomas." He said after he pulled away.

"FINALLY!" Remy shouted across the van drawing everyone's attention.

"What? Why did you just yell, Remy?" Logan asked looking over at me and Jon with a semi worried expression. He wasn't driving right now because he wanted to let Hadley have some driving time even though we have a million-year drive ahead of us and there will be plenty of time.

"I am so sorry, Thomas and Jon, but it was so cute, Logan! They were cuddling, then Thomas turned to Jon and he said "I love you" and then Jon kissed Thomas and then Jon said "I love you, too" and they are just so precious!!!!" Emile said definitely fanboying over the relationship he was watching develop.

"OH MY GOODNESS THAT IS FREAKING ADORABLE!!!!!" Patton, Alex, Roman, and Lucy all screamed scaring Hadley and making them swerve almost of the road.

"You guys are literally so flipping precious, and I am so flipping single," Alex said in a fake whiny voice as she flopped onto Lucy making them both fall over in a fit of giggles making everybody laughed and then kind of went back to what they were doing except for our brothers that came over to us. Virgil moved from where he was talking to Roman, surprisingly, and Logan coming from the front seat where he switched with Derek.

"Soooo you said I love you?" Virgil asked with an eyebrow raise.

"Yeeesssss....." Jon said, "Anything wrong with that?"

"No, not at all," Logan said. He looked at Jon. He crouched next to him and spoke in a low voice, "I'm proud of you."

"Thanks," Jon said.

Virgil looked at me. He ruffled my hair and said, "Was wondering when you were going to find someone."

I shoved his hand away and fixed my hair. "Stop it!"

"I'm serious," his voice got low and he looked me in the eye. "But if he hurts you I will break his face."

"Jeez, Virge, calm down," I said to him.

"Hey, Logan," Hadley called from the driver's seat. "I think I know where they are."

Logan stood and walked over to her. "Really?"

"Yeah...try the glove box," Hadley said. We all walked over to them and Logan pulled something out of the glove box.

"This it?" Logan asked them. Hadley nodded and pulled the van over to the side of the road.

Logan looked at the paper. He read what was on it:

"A creator who made a mistake

"What does this mean?" Logan asked.

Hadley stared at Logan, "Escape your past..." Their eyes widened and they looked at Alex. Alex had the same expression.

They looked at us then back at each other. They spoke it at the same time, "Sam!"
